For about two months of this journey, she was alongside me during many of these steps and precautions, including connecting multiple times on the phone to make sure that I was comfortable with each step we were taking. By the end, I was satisfied with the information we cleared up, and the steps we took to confirm that the 'crack' was a natural inclusion that came with the stone before it was placed in the ring setting. Liz's thorough commitment and generosity to help me, despite me not being an official client, speaks volumes to her level of service and dedication as a local jeweler.
