With my job, I eat out quite a bit so it takes a little more to impress me. First, the staff was great! The owner even came around to make sure all was good. Everything is local bought, and top quality produce and meat is selected.The Salmon/Brisket combo that I ordered was beyond good! If you are within an hour drive from Palmyra, you need to try this place. Not really for families with young children, but it would make a wonderful date night. (or apology meal. The chili was inedible. Dry no moisture at all. Just a ball of meat and beans. Explained to the waitress. She was not trained properly to respond. She did ask if she could get me another one and would let the manager know. Didn't want another she said would take it off the bill. A few minutes later I guess the manager who I thought was a bartender came over to ask about the Chili. I explained and asked her if she saw what they were serving. She said no didn't see it. Apologized. Also not a trained manager. She should have checked to see what the product looked like. Should have done more than deducted the one item off the check. Whether it was a come back coupon or another perk. Not only that but the sandwich was also poorly made . It is obvious that neither the kitchen cares nor the manager. Training and supervisory assistance is needed at this unit.
