Don't go there. You're better off flushing your money down the toilet and eating whatever is in your fridge. Service is terrible. You can be the only person in there and your cup will sit empty for 30 minutes before you get a refill. They'll get your order wrong and not fix it. Nor adjust the bill. The majority of their menu is coming from the freezer. And did I mention how absolutely horrible the service is. We sat after being told to seat ourselves and proceeded to wait another 20 minutes before we got menus. I can understand when a place is busy but there was only one other table and single at the bar. First time here with my husband. We were there on a Saturday around 4:00 pm..... only a few people there..... Jenny waited on us, she was very friendly and easy going....our beer was nice and cold.... Place and bathroom was very clean. I had the veggie burger and hubby had a burger and waffle fries...we were very pleased with our food...my black bean veggie burger was awesome! We hope to visit again soon...they have a big menu...got to try more yummy items...we ate a piece of baklava...pretty good...it is a short drive for us...definitely a plus! Good parking, and didn't have a wait to eat. The service was ok... seemed to be having some staffing issues and some stress going around. My husband got the burger and fries and I got the mild and old bay wings. The wings were a good size but maybe a little too done, and the old bay seasoning was too heavy. The beers were ice cold tho! This was our first time visiting this place. We were made to feel like we were an intrusion. There was only one other couple sitting at the bar eating. When the owner finally approached us, he barked at us that he was serving the bbq chicken dinner. The online menu said the chicken dinner was from 1 to 4 and we were there after 4 and never mentioned a limited menu. We told him we were interested in sandwiches and wings. He said he was only having a limited menu. At that point we should have left, but we didn't. He went away and came back 15 minutes later. We ordered cheesesteaks and wings. half hour later we finally got our food. The wings were an appetizer, but it all came together. The food was awful. The wings were hard and dried out. They tasted like they were reheated and rubbery. The cheesesteaks were dried out as well. The rolls were huge but the last 4 inches of each side of the sandwiches were empty. We certainly will not be returning to this establishment. It is certainly not worth what they're charging. BEWARE of this establishment. read more

New Management as of this year-2023. The service was good and the food was tasty & well priced. I had shrimp in a basket and hubby had cheesesteak quesidilla. Both were good. Downsides were they need some nice decor, maybe a theme, instead of free beer advertisment signs, a new consistent floor throughout and TAKE those original blinds down. read more

Nightmare experience. Anything that cud go wrong did. 2 waitresses that tag-teamed our table seemed to be out of sync the whole evening. We'd give our orders to one & thee other wud be clueless as to what we told the 1st one, at one point asking what we want for dessert when we hadn't had our main course. My Bahama Mama took about 12 minutes to arrive after the others had gotten their sodas. Our wings arrived with no plates and had to remind waitress it's hard to eat them wo plates. My wife had raspberry tea and had to repeatedly ask for sugar which should have been at table already. A-1 sauce took a while to arrive for our steaks. And speaking of steaks I ordered the NY strip & my wife ordered the Delmonica. Both were very tough & dried out on the inside. My serrated steak knife cud barely cut through it. I am not one to leave a steak on my plate, but I did just that after 3 bites. My wife wears dentures and hers was too tough to chew. My son ordered water and that took several reminders to get to him. He ordered a take- out for his wife and they forgot to put in the rice side. We got there at 5:15 but didn't get our dinners til 6:20 and we were the only party in the dining room. It was nothing but a litany of apologies all evening for the miscues on our orders. As if all that wasn't bad enough we waited a good 10-15 mins. for someone to take my debit card for the bill. Didn't get out of there til 8:00. In summary 501 Grille would've been better off staying closed than operate a restaurant in complete disarray. read more

Last night March 30 2022 we went there looking for a quick pub type meal. We waited over an hour to be served as the waitress failed to put in our order while apparently remembering anyone she served after us. We complained to someone who identified herself as an owner and while she gave us a reason there was no genuine explanation as to how a simple hot wings order was not entered. Reading other posts there is a pattern of excuses about being sort staffed or still training. Neither of these are actually being addressed as bad service continues. This is an out of the way place. You could drive right by it even though it is right on the road. The food is good, consisting of burgers, sandwiches, and more. The beer selection on tap is quite good. We had a Cuban panini and brisket sandwich. Tasty. Good fries. Probably e best thing you'll find in the area. Good sized bar area separate from restaurant. Only problem is that this is farm country so there are a lot of black flies in the restaurant which is a bit annoying when it comes time to eat. read more

Right now the Fish Tacos are some of the best in the area. Additionally I rank their wings around the best in the county. My favorite flavor is the Cajun ranch but they have so many it will blow your mind. Make sure you try their fresh cut fries if you are a fan. They are the best!!! read more

Haven't been back to this restaurant since receiving food poisoning from their seafood .. found out from the waitress that she wasn't sure how fresh it was - but the damage was already done at that point. My wife and I have dined at this particular restaurant many times in the past and found it quite enjoyable. A few months ago the food and the service went downhill. Today we thought we would try it again. We are done! We arrived and seated ourselves in our normal location. The bartender/waitress quickly provided us with drinks. As time went by I wondered if anybody would ever be taking our order. I overheard the waitress ask another table how they enjoyed their meal. They said it was fine. I piped in and said so was mine. This is when they realized they had not taken our order. Finally our order was taken and it arrived incorrect. Waiter went about trying to resolve the problem. I then cut my steak to find in over cooked. Eventually the order was corrected and the steak was recooked. This was a filet mignon, or so they claimed. Steak tasted like it had been frozen and microwaved to thaw. I've had sirloin that tasted better. The only good thing about this dining experience was my martini. Gave the waiter a 15% tip, well below my norm for his efforts. My wife was overly generous because of the holidays. read more

When they're on point, the wings are one of the best! The issue is that it's inconsistent. One day you can go and the wings are perfect and another time you go they are under cooked. This place used to be known for it's wings. Ate them several times in years past and they were very good. My wife and I went for dinner there just recently and I was really disappointed with everything. My wife ordered a medium rare steak, baked potato, and a salad. I order a seafood dish, baked potato, and the vegetable medley. Took a while, but she finally got her steak. It had one pink spot in it...certainly not medium rare. I had to ask a second time for my baked potato. The waiter apologized for the inconvenience, but didn't offer anything to appease us. This is a regular stop for us. We usually sit on the bar side, where there are a half dozen TVs. This place has some atmosphere, and service is usually pretty good. There is always a "special" menu of the day, offering a good variety. The chef likes to come up with unusual but not too off beat selections for the day's menu. There is also standard menu with wide selection. Slowly but surely, prices here have creeped upward, so it is not easy to have a $10 meal here, which was easily possible only a couple years ago, but I guess you get what you pay for. We like to "build your own burger". Their fresh cut fries are outstanding. We like their wraps, and also tomato bisque. We do not recommend the cheesesteaks. Their salads are nice, and if you order salad as a meal you won't be disappointed. I often order the seafood on the daily menu, and it always meets or exceeds my expectations. They expanded their hours a couple years ago, and we tend to visit late, Sundays, but anytime you go here, we think you will be happy. read more

Beer selection is stellar,fresh cut fries are off the chart,and the chicken BLT wrap with the chipotle mayo is definitely my favorite menu selection. Went there Sunday for the last time. Was a semi regular. Ordered burger done medium. Sent first burger back because it was a piece of burned shoe leather. Second one was burned too. Cook tried to hide burned side under cheese. Can't hide burned smell. Wasn't going to take a chance on the third. Waitress acted like she was doing a favor for not charging for a piece of shoe leather. Finally heard from manager after4 days, only after I posted on their FB.
