Great service as there wasn't anybody else there in the restaurant when we went. The hours say that it is opened all day so it's great if you want a late night bite. The portions are pretty big but I would say the prices are high so it equals out. Pretty flavourful but the food did take quite a bit to come out. Good ambience with low lighting and jazz music.

Food, service and ambiance. Mohammad is the man to see! In the mornings the stillness of this place is something to experience. We enjoyed an omelette and the fried egg sandwich BLT thing. Just do it, and take some cake with you.

We had a group of 8 yesterday to have brunch. We didn't make any representations, but we got in to patio right away. And the restaurant was filled up fast. We were grad that we went a bit early. We order one of each and it was a little bit ok to take time to make for 8 orders. When the dishes came, we were shocked. In our group, 4 kids and 4 adults. We didn't expect the portion of each was so big. A kid couldn't finish an adult size of dish. The waitress who took the order should have alerted the guests, when she saw that kids were also ordering. The restaurant was like all day breakfast. I got Morning Bagel and my Husband got 7 West Omtlette, another couple got All Time Breakfast, and Morning Bagel. The kids got 2 Pancake & Sausages, Breakfast Waffles, Steak and Egg. Those were big portions that an adult barely could finish one plate. We packed out the rest. The food was ok, the service was not really, not sure if it was too busy or what, we have to ask for water multiple times, asked for doggy bags for multiple times before they brought us. The only thing I would highlight is that this is a 24/7 restaurant with patio. Please note that the tip was automatically generated 20% in the total of the bill, I think that's because we came with a large group, but no tip option with this type of service was...

The decor is cute the atmosphere is a bit chaotic and the service is extremely slow you have to try and get the attention of the staff to order, get your bill, anything really. The iced coffee was delicious I ordered two lol. It is on the strong side so I was up all night The pizza was extra cheesy very rich. The tomato sauce was delicious dishes they added more to the base.

Very lovely spot, with lovely staff. Food is simple but delicious. The portions are very large so either arrive hungry or be prepared to take leftovers home:) The ambiance is very good here, and it feels homey! Definitely recommend:)

Decent place around downtown to get breakfast staples. Feeling mighty hungry? Their breakfast platters are what you may need to soothe the beast. Got mine with toast, home fries, ham, eggs and sausage. The home fries weren't crispy enough to my liking and were underseasoned. The rest of the platter was what you could expect to get at a neighborhood diner. Grilled cheese was on point with the bread retaining its expected crisp exterior. Wish the cheese was a little more gooey, but I'm not going to ding them any points on that, with this order being a delivery.

I give this place 5 star for 5 important reasons: 1. This restaurant serves decent food 24/7, and this is super important because you can always rely on this. 2. The diversity of food at this restaurant is awesome, you can have a variety of options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. 3. The location is very good, it's in a nice area of downtown and there is a public parking in front of it 4. The servers are really nice. 5. The inside gives a very authentic vibe, something missing here. And the food is very good!

Love this place! The fact that they're open 24/7 was alr superb, but their food and serving size are totally amazing! The ambiance is also quite intimate so it's perfect for a date or catching up with a friend. You won't be disappointed with their service as well as they will accomodate you right away. Open 24hrs? Sign me up Finally visited to catch up with friends Here we got their 10" goat olive cheese pizza ($21) and their Caprese tomato salad with bread ($20) Great portions for sharing and really liked the cozy ambiance of the restaurant Last but not least the goat cheese pizza was so cheezy as seen hahaha and the pizza dough was soft airy and crispy on the outside. Really yummy

Made reservations for lunch for three on a Friday and was seated immediately. The server also kind enough and brought over water and filled it for us. We ordered a pint of Mill Street and an Old Fashioned, both very delicious. We ordered the grilled cheese, chicken club sandwich, and hot prosciutto panino all with a side of fries. Our meals came out at once and it was very fresh! The fries were super hot and crispy but slightly too much salt. The portions were very generous as well. Would definitely return to try their other items.

Vibes immaculate, aesthetic ideal, food & drink great! This review encompasses the 5th visit I've had here and my thoughts about this place remain the same-- come here! The cafe is a converted three story townhouse that is decorated and dimly lit with candles to provide an intimate setting for a meal with friends or a date with your partner. Service has always been terrific every time I have been here. The food comes quick, staff are courteous, and reactive to your requests. Now the food, we had an amazing caprese salad with nice buttered baguette slices. It was an amazing starter that is actually quite large. We also shared a pizza that was honestly perfect, amazing crust that was crisp at the bottom and topped with plenty of cheese, pepperoni, mushrooms, and truffles. Not once have I ever felt disappointed with the food here. Do come here. Seriously. I mean it!

From the hostess to the waitstaff. All very polite and welcoming. We observed them with other guests and they seemed very patient with the loud kids...and adults to be fair. LOL We had the big skillet both days as well as the breakfast sandwich. While there were some variances, we enjoyed both experiences. The first visit was better in my opinion - the potatoes were tender and not overcooked and my fruit cup didn't have a lot of cantaloupe. I have shared pictures of the menu as well. We had sparkling water and diet cola both times. Our beverages never ran dry. There is an upstairs that overlooks the first floor dining area. We wondered if anyone had ever spilled a beverage that landed on guests below. We could definitely see the possibility of that happening. They also had a nice patio, however, on the hotter days, not sure how enjoyable the city smell would be while trying to eat. Interesting - they only had one bathroom. So we observed a line. And there are tables right next to the door. I would avoid those seats if possible. A little too close to the restroom in my opinion. If we are in the area again, we would definitely eat here again, although they may be at the new location if we visit in the future. I look forward to seeing the upgraded features at the new location.

Pierina guided us via phone and even came outside of the restaurant and waved as we approached. That was awesome Customer service as well as kindness. Ambiance was chill inside. Especially liked the artwork and table with their name on it. I had the Nutella latte, Nutella and strawberry waffle, and a side of sausage. Didn't like the sausage at all (tasted a bit gamey) but that's probably because ein the states there are nitrates, etc that make it taste better. No biggie! She switched it out for bacon, and that was fine and appreciated. My sister had the breakfast tacos that looked delicious and she really enjoyed. All in all this was a great pick and I would return when im Canada ever again and I'm in the area. Keep up the great work, Pierina. Her welcoming attitude attentiveness and knowledge of the menu was stellar and warrants recognition. Thank you!!!

The almond croissant, when you're lucky enough to claim one before nine, delivers a genuinely impressive balance of shattering, buttery layers and a filling laced generously with almond cream, more Parisian in spirit than most bakeries attempting the same feat across this city. Even the raspberry version, when available, carries the same confident hand in the kitchen. The coffee program deserves equal praise. A well pulled latte and a properly balanced cappuccino suggest a team that treats espresso with the same seriousness as their pastry case, and it shows in the cup. Where the experience finds room to grow is in the choreography of the space itself. The room is petite, charming in its cobalt blue framed way, but the flow between ordering and pickup can feel cramped during a rush, and seating fills quickly. The patio, however, is a genuine reward, a shaded perch worth claiming on a slow afternoon. This is a cafe operating with real ambition and skill, let down only occasionally by its own popularity. Arrive early, claim a croissant while you still can, and settle onto the patio; you'll leave understanding exactly why regulars keep coming back.

The potatoes were probably my favourite out of everything. It was good but not the traditional you would expect. My friends sadly did not like their eggs benedict. The coffee was also average, not very strong or fragrant. Service was absolutely terrible. Our sever took so long to come, we see him just chatting in the corner. It was hard to flag him down for anything. It was not a nice experience. Food (3.5/5) - the menu is a combination of small and large plates ideal for sharing. A cosmopolitan menu of diverse items from many different cuisines. - Baja Caesar Salad - baby romaine, corn, caesar dressing, agave bacon, croutons, grana padano, chili spice. This was pretty good, romaine was fresh and sauce not too overpowering with a slight kick to it. - Coconut Shrimp with mango salsa, lime, chipotle aioli. Also pretty good... shrimp was cooked fine and the garnishes worked with it. - Tuna Ceviche with avocado, cilantro, corn, red onions, leche de tigre, cancha, plantain. This one was average. The sashimi chunks were pretty average and the overall mix seemed to lack flavour and moistness. - Hamachi Crudo with avocado, elderflower, pickled strawberry, jalapeño, pistachio, basil, olive oil. This was one pretty bad... some of the worst hamachi I have ever had! Overly fishy and off-colour. Service (4/5) - server and assistants were friendly and generally attentive. Some lapses in check ins from time to time. Rooftop is first come, first serve so a reservation does not mean you will be seated quickly and may have to hang out in the interior bar or tables until ready. Atmosphere (4.75/5) - you really cannot top the view from Kost. It has multiple look out areas besides the patio dining area by the infinity pool. They have a raised photo pedestal which is ideal to take pictures with the Tower, Rogers Centre and lake in the background. They also have some trendy couches and sitting areas as well. The interior dining area is also pretty good with window views outside and a California vibe to it. Overall (4/5) - Yes, the food is on the average side for the price. However, it really is a great atmosphere for dining, even if sitting inside. It is a bucket list destination at a minimum and worth a repeat imo.
