Unfortunately had some issues with my car randomly losing power, turning off and on while driving, and was more than worried trying to get my car to the nearest shop. The closer shop we tried was way booked until next week, and the demeanor of the man behind the desk was rude, diminishing the work of other car shops nearby. **LUCKILY we came here next and are beyond thrilled to have gotten work done by Caesar and his team! After calling to check for availability, we quickly came over and Caesar met us as the front desk. He quickly got the keys from me, went over some paperwork, took my vehicle to the back, and within 30min, we had resolve for my issue! I enjoyed that he was honest with what he found, which was a minor flaw in my vehicle (that he ended up doing for free). He also told me of something that COULD cause the problem in the future, without hassling me about it at all! But after the misfortune I had that day, I was ready to get that done that day as well! After about an hour, they got the part I needed, fulfilled the service, and we were back to collect our car! Tiffany was easy to talk to and handled my payment well, going over all I had signed! She let me know that if we needed anything, had questions, or something felt off, to give them a call! Really thankful for genuine people who do their job well, don't BS on work orders, and are professional. Hoping I don't need more work done, but glad to know this place is here if needed! read more

Absolutely phenomenal customer service and genuinely good people. A very welcoming environment and quick and reliable service. I honestly thought my car would need repairs that would last a day or two. They had everything from diagnosis to repairs all done in less than 4 hours. They were very great on the price for repairs. I thought I was going to have to spend a heft penny but nope, just a little less than $200 and I was set. Car is running beautifully as it was before. This is one of the only few shops in town where I know I can fully trust them. Not only do they take care of my vehicle but they also have excellent client service. I drive about 40 mins to this shop but I do it gladly. It's also family owned so I'm happy to give business to a local shop. They are very professional and have great sense of urgency and are very accommodating as well. FYI... there's a tire shop next door. Skip it. Don't look at it. Drive pass. Ignore it. I had previously taken my Honda CR-V to a different shop and was quoted over $2000 to get the A/C working again. I decided not to go with that and to get a 2nd opinion, and am I glad I did. I saw some recommendations for 702 Auto Care and decided to give them a call. Spoke with Tiffany and she immediately went to work to try to put together a quote for the work just based on what I could tell her. The price was going to be a substantial savings, so I made an appointment to bring my car in. When I brought it in I spoke at length with Tiffany and Cesar and was very impressed with their knowledge and being so open and friendly. Was even more impressed the next day when they were able to save me even more than on their original quote. A/C is blowing ice cold again (you know you gotta have it in Vegas in the summer) and they were able to save me over $1200 off the original shop's quote (AAA).
