I brought my BMW in to get the check engine light look at and my vehicle smelt like fuel. They performed over $1,500 in work, which turned the light off. I drove my car the next day, and it began to smoke from the engine, still smelt like fuel, and the check engine light came back on. I brought it back in and they charged me another diagnostic fee and then another $2,000 to perform additional work only 3 days later. I picked it up and a week later, the check engine light came back on and it still continued to smell like fuel. I would strongly encourage customers to take their vehicles elsewhere where. They do good quality work. I prefer to use them over the BMW service center (which has become so poor and unreliable for a very high cost). BMW only is up front about costs. If they encounter issues, they are pretty prompt about contacting the client, and sending pictures. They send a nice summary to my cell phone (which opens a like to your full report and even things to consider in the future). I like that. This way I know how long I can wait and plan out expenditures. Today, I had the AC serviced. I was told it will take 1-1.5 hours. They finished work an hour and fifteen minutes. Job very well done. It's blowing cold air appropriately again. I like the quality of their work. I wish they were open on weekends. read more

I really wanted to like this place. They got me in quick when I had a check engine light come on a few days before a roadtrip. I had seen a few reviews that said they refused to take responsibility when they clearly made mistakes on vehicles and I had so hoped I wouldn't run into this issue, but I did. They told me it was the def pump - didn't tell me it wasn't something that I didn't have to replace right away - my bad though I should've done the research. They kept my car overnight without even letting me know! Again, I took the blame because I should've noticed the time and called to check the status, however I do believe I should've been informed if my car was going to be kept overnight. Went to pick it up the next morning running late to work and thought I heard a funny sound so I pulled over to check the engine. When the car was in park, the engine sounded fine when I pressed on the gas pedal it still sounded fine so I rushed to work thinking it must be nothing. A few hours later, I had to leave for the road trip and at the end of the 4 hour drive we realized the plastic piece underneath the car had been dragging the whole entire drive. We took pictures and video of the issue and informed the Mechanic as soon as they were open. I told them we needed to take it into a spot here and I would try to find a place that would do it for free but asked that they reimburse me if there were any charges. The guy on the phone sounded agreeable to this and said as soon as we got back back into town to bring it in and they would take a look. While on this trip out of town, I had to take it to a mechanic two separate times because it kept falling and right away they told me that it would have to be replaced and not stay on because of the damage done. I called Werkstatte to let them know what this Mechanic said and sent pictures from this Mechanic, who did that all for free. Again, they said they were sorry and to bring it in as soon as I was back in town. I brought it in as soon as I was back in town and they blamed me for the issue saying I should have brought it right back. One, I didn't know that piece was hanging down or I would've tried to and two because they kept my car overnight I had no time between work and needing to leave for this road trip to another job to take it back in. The general manager was incredibly rude on the phone blaming me repeatedly for the problem. I wasn't aware that after I took my car to a mechanic I still needed to check it out to make sure all the pieces were put back together. Now they want to charge to replace this part they didn't put on correctly and are saying there's a leak that's causing part of the problem - which I asked twice if there were any other issues the first time I had my car in and they said nothing else was wrong. I'd suggest going elsewhere if you want a place that will stand behind their work and try to fix an issue if a mistake is made. I still cannot believe how I was treated here. read more

Just had a battery replaced for my 2018 BMW X6 for $298 which is a very reasonable price. Dealership would charge $560. The only thing I had trouble after the battery replacement was the trunk can't be powered open or close. So I had to go back for them to recode my car. But I'm glad that they were able to fix it. Just make sure that you check your trunk or everything else if they work properly after the battery replacement, before leaving to save yourself a second trip if anything needs to be recoded or fixed. read more

We brought our BMW here based on the great reviews, and they truly exceeded our expectations. These guys are the BEST. We originally came in for an issue with the electric cooling fan, and they ordered a replacement part. When we went to pick up the car, they let us know the problem was actually caused by debris preventing the fan from spinning--no replacement needed. They cleared out the debris, handed us the keys, and didn't charge us a dime. They easily could have installed the new part and charged us $800, but they chose honesty over profit. Came back today to get some general maintenance done. And just wanted to say this experience was 100x better than my first visit. I even had the same service advisor and everything, a complete 180. Probably just caught him on a bad day the last time but this visit was definitely much better. And I would gladly recommend their shop. They Got me in and out and was very thorough about the process. Not sure if they remembered me because I didn't mention who I was or my previous experience at the shop but they for sure turned it around and I will most likely be back in a few weeks to get my front brakes done. Awesome work and thank you!! Only thing I'd like to suggest is maybe having a greeter at the front. A few people walked in and weren't sure where to go or who to talk to upon entering. ROBERT CRAMPTON knew or should have reasonably known the specifications of the vehicle he sold to me, but unfortunately lied about: the efficiency of the battery in the 2023 330 E series, the length of time to required to charge it, and he was intentionally evasive regarding run flat tires. This dealership clearly does NOT perform the appropriate inspections required for CPO vehicles as the breaks were squealing in less than 24 hours post purchase. Additionally they do NOT ensure safety of the vehicles regarding visibility issues and warped tint. Of course a person should never trust a "used car salesman", but based on my past experiences with purchasing CPO BMWs, I imagined they would provide quality products. The finance manager MICHAEL KING colluded with ROBERT CRAMPTON in refusing to uphold AUTONATION'S 5 day/250mi. return policy. I highly recommend avoiding this dealership. BMW of Henderson is not what it used to be. Times are tough, but I didn't realize they were so desperate to sell cars that they would engage in fraud. Ironically, if ROBERT had been honest regarding the specifications of the vehicle or upheld the return policy, I probably would've selected one that cost 5-10K more. I've driven BMWs for the past 12 yrs., but next time I guess I'll try Mercedes or get an American car and enjoy additional tax breaks. BMW offers no incentives at this point in time (2025). Their warranties are short lived and virtually worthless, no services are included (as they used to be) and they don't even offer run flat tires. (Also noteworthy was the fact that they told me to come back the day after I bought it so that they could fix the door which was literally falling apart. Robert said it should be a "quick fix", but after having me wait for almost THREE HOURS he said he would THEN check if they had the part. Oops, they didn't! They had me leave and come back the next day. All the while the clock was ticking on the 5 day return policy). They obviously don't value a person's time or money and surely they don't aim for satisfied customers or repeat clientele. read more

As much as I like to go to the BMW dealerships in town I was getting sick of the high prices. I never really felt comfortable to go anywhere else. One of my friend's owns a BMW & had found this place & told me about it. He had nothing but good things to say. I checked them out on YELP & was impressed by their 5 star rating & all the great reviews. I had a few things I needed to have done to by BMW so I sent an email via YELP. The owner, Victor was quick to get back to me & answer all my questions & give me prices I requested. Prices that were correct & it was what I was charged when I had the work done. I've been here twice & have dealt with Sam when I called. I was able to drop my car off @ no specific time & headed back home while they worked on my car. I don't really like to wait around shops for my car. Sam had called me when my car was ready. I got a text about a few things they found wrong. They have never pressured me or made me feel pressured to get the extra work done. Its a courtesy they do for you. The first time I dropped my car off I was @ home & had friends over and we were enjoying our time in my pool. I didn't want to have to leave to pick my car up. I asked if I could pay for the service over the phone, have them lock up my car & come pick it up later. After Sam checked to make sure this was OK he ran my CC, everything went thru & I was good to go & picked my car up after hours. I had gotten my spark plugs replaced. They had to order them prior to me bringing my car in. Apparently one of the spark plugs was bad, so they had to order one & they had one in the shop that they were able to use. They told me I would need to come back when it came in so they could replace it & told me my car may misfire while driving it. It was a few wks before I went back since I didn't feel like getting this done. I decided to get the rest of the work I needed done & drop the car off for that & my spark plug. I had taken my car to the BMW dealership prior for an overdue oil change & this is where I found out about the other services that were over due & those are the ones I had taken care of @ BMW Only. I wanted to drop my car off in the AM after I got out of work. They weren't open yet but I was able to arrange this via email with the owner Victor. They have a key box I was able to leave my key in. Funny thing is I still had my tag on it from my first visit so they knew who I was. I called them soon after they opened. Funny thing is while I was trying to call them Sam was calling me. I got a hold of Sam & told him what was needed to be done & had communicated with Victor. I had to get some sleep. I was called when my car was ready & was able to pay over the phone & pick the car up later. My two visits here was @ the new location & also during the COVID pandemic. So I haven't been inside the building plus they were still settling in. They don't have a car wash to have your car all washed up after they work on it. That would be cool if they did. My GPS actually took me past the building. The building itself is visible but not the sign for it. I had to call & ask Sam where exactly was he located. He was able to direct me & happened to see me close by. I'm so glad my friend found this place & shared it with me. I probably won't be going back to BMW unless its for a second opinion or to get air in my tires when the weather changes & causes the pressure to change since its close by to my work & seems to happen when I'm leaving. I highly recommend you taking your BMER here. They are 1/2 the price of the BMW dealership. Staff is professional, friendly, caring & knowledge. The owner is fantastic about getting back to your YELP emails. Don't pay those HIGH BMW prices anymore!!! read more

My brother is a mechanic and once he found out I was getting my car serviced at the BMW dealership, he was adamant that I find an independent auto shop instead. My first stop was Jiffy Lube, and they promptly turned me away since they "no longer service BMWs." Exhausted from all the recent transitions in my life--new city, new job, new time zone, living in the desert for the first time, new consulting gigs, etc--I simply defaulted to making an appointment with BMW of Henderson for the following day. When I arrived at the dealership on 6/5/21 to drop off my car, I was not pleased that I had to wait almost 25 minutes to be checked in. I also had to advocate for good customer service twice. Once the process was finally underway, I was told they'd need my car for almost 4 hours (on a Saturday) to do an oil change. DENIED! I scheduled an appointment for a weekday and left. Once I made it back home, I also looked up independent auto shops since I was disappointed with the whole experience at the dealership. Thankfully, I discovered BMW Only. The rest is history. I immediately secured an appointment and showed up about an hour later. Here's a list of the positives: 1.) I received impeccable customer service from Victor M. He was both professional and personable, recommending a great place to get food during my wait. Right before I left, we also discussed hiking and outdoor recreation near Las Vegas. 2.) While I applaud BMW of Henderson for their staff diversity across the entire organization, I did notice the large number of Black Americans in the lobby, waiting for their cars to be serviced, and I didn't see a single Black person in the pictures on the wall of their service team. I only saw three BMW Only employees during my time there, and Victor M. specifically told me that he's Russian. The other two employees I saw appeared to be Black and Asian. 3.) The ambience! I loved the sleek, minimalist office decor and background music. I honestly felt like I was at a spa. 4.) The overall experience. BMW Only offered me a personalized experience at a great price. I ended up paying about 60% less than the price I'd normally pay at the BMW dealership back in Washington, DC. When I told my brother about my experience, he said I could pay him a $50 consulting fee per oil change and still save money by not going to the BMW dealership. LOL. I cannot recommend this shop enough! The same repairs that the BMW dealership quoted me to be +$7k ended up being less than half at Werkstatte, around $2,700. Skip dealership and other shops and give this place a shot working on your car. Hard to find a good shop. This is the only shop I will take our BMW to. We have a 2022 7-Series, and I like my cars to be very well-maintained in general. This usually means changing fluids, filters and components a bit sooner than the manufacturer's recommended intervals. Vegas is hot, dry, dusty and sometimes trafficky - this eats air filters, brakes run hot, coolant doesn't last as long, transmission and differential fluids work harder because of the heat, rubber components need to be frequently examined, etc. I was recommended this shop by a person I trust, and after getting my car serviced here, I understand why. My car was given their utmost attention, original BMW parts were used, the work was completed on time, and the pricing was better than dealer pricing. Should I ever need a repair (I pray I don't), this place has qualified technicians and the equipment needed to do the job. I believe this shop to be an asset to our community. read more

I am going to have to give you guys a solid respectful three stars!!! This is a platform for the people by the people so I gotta tell the people!!! I say solid because Andrew and Sam have been extremely nice, but unfortunately nice doesn't help pay the car bill. I brought my car in and explained every problem to the maximum "T". They did a diagnostic; came back with a list of things that needed to be fixed that added up to over $1,950. In short I received my car back with two of the same problems not fixed that I told them about...I text Sam immediately the same day and, explained to him that two of the problems were still present and I needed to bring my car back again. I brought the car back a few days later. They came back with another list of a few problems that added up over $1,760...to be honest I didn't expect that, since they already worked on my car a few days prior on the same issues I told them about...I am not taking away the fact they did fix most of the problems, I just wish all the issues were done the first time and, I didn't expect almost another $1900 bill the second time...I mean dayummm! I do understand owning a bmw is not cheap and labor is not free,and inflation is real...but the fact still stands I had to bring my car back for the same original issues...if it was fixed the first time,this review would of been a sold red and white 5 stars,and probably wouldn't be as long. I am not discounting the fact they do good work. First impression was just a little disappointing. I definitely would return to this shop,for future issues. I just have to be honest about my experiences,this is what yelps all about!!! Hopefully in the future this review can go from 3 stars to a solid red and white 5 stars!!! If you own a BMW and live in Las Vegas, stop looking for a mechanic. Victor and his team, including Andrew and Dorma, are the best in this city. Hands down, no questions asked!!!! The dealerships prey on you and are built to rip you off. Palm Springs BMW, Palm Desert BMW, Seattle BMW, Bellevue BMW, LA BMW, Calabasas BMW, Las Vegas BMW are all crooks and WILL lie to you and WILL rip you off! I know this because I have used all of them. Victor and his team are the only choice in Las Vegas if you are a BMW owner and enthusiast. Don't fall for the dealership lies! Victor's shop is built exactly like a state of the art BMW Dealer repair shop, if not better. The biggest difference is that Victor and his team are on your side and completely transparent. I own the a classic E46 M3 SMG (#1 BMW ever made) and a newer 650i M sport. Both of these vehicles are in the BMW hall of fame.
