Called ahead before stopping in to get a patch repair on one of my tires. Parking was a bit tight at the time. But they allowed me to just park right next to their entrance, since I was only there for a tire patch. The waiting/seating area was also a bit tight, but it was peaceful while waiting for the work to be completed. The atmosphere was very relaxed. There were several comfortable sofas and their A/C kept the temperatures normal during the hot Las Vegas summer! It was nice that they were open until 3pm on Saturdays! I was blown away from the initial phone call asking about pricing to the first interaction as soon as I walked in the door. Jesse and his team are incredible! Very humble and kind when explained services (I know nothing about cars). My brakes were giving me issues which led me to believe I needed new brake pads but I was wrong and they simply needed to be cleaned from all the Vegas dust. If you're looking for a scammy, dishonest mechanic then this is the place for you! 5 STARS for crookedness. These scammers tried to charge me $1400 for a small problem (swapping a bad thermostat - $50 part) that a buddy of mine diagnosed and fixed in 30 minutes. They even tried to pretend that the "wetness" from coolant I had personally spilled proved a leak somewhere else - adding another $600 on top of the $1400. They even took photos of the "evidence" to show me the fake "leak". Plus they found a bunch of other "little issues" to try to scare me into another $1000 or so. I'm absolutely infuriated. I had this vehicle serviced at a reputable place across town a few months ago before I moved, but I live on this side now and, based on the reviews, I had hoped I'd found an honest mechanic close by. The reviews are all 5 star - so I can't actually believe they're real reviews. There's no way. Probably just had family and friends write reviews.
