Honestly, I don't know where to begin to properly explain how INCREDIBLE the service was from GEORGE! We had a dire EMERGENCY with a broken pipe that needed FAST fixing. Water was GUSHING 20 feet into the air flooding the entire side of the house and making a river that went have way up the block! I didn't even know how to turn off the water until the kind, friendly women on the phone explained where I could find the turn off valve. I Turned off the outside valve and then received a call back to let me know that GEORGE was on his way to access the problem and to correct it. In less than 5 minutes I received a text from GEORGE to tell me he was on his way and not to stress about the problem. He made me feel very comfortable, knowing that there apparently wasn't any plumbing problem he couldn't handle. He arrived very promptly with a big smile on his face to shake my hand and to tell me that he would check out the issue and get it repaired as quickly as possible. The pipe which extended from the house into the ground to the main waterline had cracked apparently from the heat and temperature change from evening to daytime, from past plumbers, who did not do a good job, and he said he knew exactly what to do and would handle it. He told me just to relax and to go into the house , and he would let me know when everything was finished. Within less than 20 minutes, he knocked on the door to tell me the job I've been completely taken care of and there would be no more expensive loss of water for a long time. That was music to my ears because we had the same pipe repaired two other times by two other plumbing companies, and each time their repair work failed miserably and we lost thousand and thousands of gallons of water which of course could not be removed from the water bill. This time with how GEORGE HANDLED THE SITUATION AND MADE ME FEEL COMFORTABLE, I KNEW THAT THIS TIME THE PROBLEM WOULD FINALLY BE FIXED. AND I WAS RIGHT AND SO WAS HE. HE DID AN ABSOLUTELY AMAZING JOB NOT ONLY QUICKLY, BUT HIS WORK WAS VERY NEAT WITH NO MESS WHATSOEVER ANYWHERE NEAR THE JOB SITE, LIKE THE OTHER COMPANIES DID. GEORGE COMPLETELY REPLACED THE PIPE, SEALED IT WITH WEATHER RESISTANT/HEAT RESISTANT SEALANT, COVERED IT WITH SPECIAL INSULATION AND APPLIED AN EXTREMELY HEAVY LAYER OF SPECIAL TAPE TO KEEP EVERYTHING IN PLACE. SO, HAPPILY I CAN ONLY SAY THAT IF YOU NEED FAST, EFFICIENT, FRIENDLY and EXPERT plumbing SERVICE ... This is the company you ABSOLUTELY must call above all others. GEORGE was a miracle worker and I cannot thank him enough, as well as the friendly lady on the telephone who told me very patiently as to how to turn off the street water valve. Their rates are very fair and I can't complain in anyway about the money I paid them because they were so damn good! They were not expensive. This is the best plumbing company that I have ever had, and I will NOT use any other companies in the future except them. I also understand that they do heating and air work, but haven't yet had the opportunity to use them for those services. This company is a joke, they are crooks, Brandon is a joke, he has no idea about how to diagnose a fault/smell he came to my house there was a smell coming from my shower drain. He came round and sounded very knowledgeable he said that the drain will need cleaning, so I said for him to do it. Once he was done he said that should take care of it but if it doesn't then we can put a camera down the drain and maybe smoke test the pipes and this should tell him if there is a leak that is what would be the cause. Well the smell was still there, called 702 plumb Air and he came back done the smoke test he actually came with another guy George I believe his name was and between them they gave me some bs and said it's your water tank, changed out the anode valve, well that didn't fix it, called them back and they said looks like you need to have the tiles lifted in the shower floor that's where it is probably coming from, oh yeah and we don't do that $1500:00 later that's their diagnosis. So their office gave me a phone number to some company that they recommended, I called them the lady on the phone said that's not something we do it sounds like you need a plumber, I said 702 Plumb Air is a plumbing company and she said yes but we use this person and gave me his contact information. So I called spoke to the owner (by the way I asked 703 Plumb Air for the owner to call me but I guess he couldn't be bothered) and that owner said it sounds like you need a simple clean. Can I just say this company checks all the boxes. We received a letter from the water district indicating that we are using 3,000 gallons of water a day. I know 3,000. So we contacted 702PLUMBAIR to schedule an appointment. The girl in the office I believe her name was Raquel was absolutely amazing and very empathetic to our situation and was able to ease our minds until they were able to get 1 of their lead technicians out and she said we would be in good hands and he would figure out our issue. Well Chavis was our technicians and he did not disappoint!!! He quickly got to work first he started with an isolation leak test of all of the water supply outside of the home, including the irrigation. He determined that the leak was not outside of the home so he asked to come inside. He then walked around the home Checking the floors with his digital thermal imaging camera and was able to find multiple heat signatures throughout the home. He informed us that we have multiple slab leaks. But just to reassure us that this was the problem he performed 1 more test at the water heater by turning off the supply for the water heater and the meter stopped spinning. He then presented us with multiple options and explained each option in detail. We chose to do a full hot side reroute so we would not have to worry about this problem arising again. I believe it was fully flushed but I was not able to turn it back on. When I noticed a wet stain on my ceiling, my first thought was that there might be a leak from the upstairs bathroom. I called them, and incredibly, George arrived in less than two hours.
