This flower shop is a life saver! Please skip the long lines and expensive flowers at Albertsons and go here instead. Just a few months ago, I was a sucker who bought my flowers at Albertsons. I didn't know any better until one day, I decided to venture across the street and stop by 710 Flowers. Best idea ever. The flowers here are SO HUGE (their bouquets are only $10-$20). Staff was nice . But I had gotten flowers here because the one I usually go to had to many people there. But I'm so disappointed, they could've done better and it was extremely overpriced . And the arrangements made the flowers look so cheap . I won't be coming here again and I should've just went to the flower shop I always have went too since the beginning . I have high hopes for this flower shop, especially with the beautiful remodel but I have to be honest.. I've stopped in here twice because I live down the street and their lack of variety is pretty sad. I'm not sure where they get their flowers from but a simple trip to LA flower mart would provide them so many more options. Trader Joe's has better options and much better prices. I needed to get some New Baby Congratulations flowers for my niece last minute. She just gave birth to a Baby Girl. Enrique Took my order and exceeded my expectations. He was awesome! I just received a delivery from this shop. I had surgery the day before and had been highly medicated. The note in the delivery clearly indicates it was a get well flower. The delivery person texted me originally to go out and get the flowers due to a gate code? My place doesn't have one so seems that she went to the wrong address. I saw this text after the fact as I have been medicated. Once the delivery person reached my dose she started to ring and bang the door rushing for the door to open. I have limited mobility and highly medicated so took me a bit to get to the door. I understand you have to make your delivery but what you are doing defeats the whole purpose of a get well delivery. read more

I needed some hydrangeas for a special occasion, and even though they didn't have any out, they definitely came to help me, and got some from the back for me! All the other stores in the area were out. I also wanted carnations, and they had a lot of options for those which was nice. They actually have a lot of different flower options in this clean and organized store. As I was about to pay, they offered to make a small bouquet (small fee, but definitely worth it), I walked out with a nice unique bouquet for a very good price, will definitely be coming here again. It pains me to write this because I like the idea of supporting local businesses. I went to this florist 2 days before Valentines Day to beat the crowd. The first problem was the arrangement that I picked from their website actually cost more than was posted; by only a dollar, but I'm sorry the advertised price needs to match the actual price, not to mention the additional dollar for using my credit card. When I came back on Valentines Day to pick up my arrangement, they apparently lost it and had to do it over. I waited 45 minutes, which made me late for work. There was little communication from the 10 staff running around and I had to keep asking "where is my arrangement". Sorry, but I won't be back. read more

710 is a totally under-rated flower shop. Was looking for some sunflowers and Allen's down the street was 5-star on Yelp, so I went to check there. When I arrived, all the sunflowers were WILTED and the price for the wilted sunflowers were a total no-go! So I backtracked and made my way to this flower shop and LO-N-BEHOLD, they had lovely sunflowers (at a reasonable price) ready for my anniversary present!! The service was absolutely wonderful too! I've been going here for a few years on and off. Flowers are pretty and would rather help a family business than a chain flower shop. But the last few times I've gone I'll be quoted one price then go in to be charged a different price. Called in today for some prices and sent my daughter to pick up what she needed for a gift she was assembling. They quoted me $2.99 for baby's breath and when my daughter got there the girl told her $3.99 a stem. Then she gets to the register and the person there charges her $4.99 for baby's breath and an extra $1 because now she has to use her card to pay. I called in and spoke with the original person who quoted me and she straight out lied and told me she quoted a different price when I asked her to verify in the first place. I'm trying to help out a local business and now feel totally taken advantage of. I won't be going back there and will stop referring people there as well with that type of customer service. read more

Last month I ordered a large fushia & white arrangement purchased by friends for a friend's service that had passed. They were so attentive to my needs and I was very particular in what we wanted. Once I arrived to pick it up, it was not as we wanted and the staff was so helpful and cooperative to make it JUST RIGHT & they did. We were so pleased with it & highly recommend them.
