Nice store with fun blingy stuff, clothes, purses, jewelry, but not as extensive a selection as I thought. Found a sundress for my niece and a pair of earrings for myself ($175). Bring your money when you come here, the stuff is fairly pricey. Lots of summer stuff but mostly smaller sizes. Very friendly staff. Nice place to browse. I was given a wine goblet for a Christmas gift. It was very nice style wise but too large and I like my wine glass thinner not as heavy. Also, I thought I should have at least a pair not just one but was unwilling to pay the price of one..yikes! This store IS lovely but way above my price scale. There were 2 ladies when I arrived and I was greeted warmly. At first I thought I'd have a problem as the gift was purchased 12/8 and it was now 1/15. I didn't even get the gift till 12/16, was out of town 12/19-12/26 and got that bad cold everyone is getting from 12/26-1/11..this was the first weekend I could drive the 45 miles RT..THANKFULLY they opted to still give me a credit so I looked around.. Thankfully I found 2 pairs of earrings on sale and couldn't decide between the 2 so I got both. Yay!! My gift exchange covered 90% of the cost. Yes, they have lovely items. I saw a cool red leather wallet but too expensive for me.. $150.. Will I come back? Maybe..to see if anything is on sale and if I'm in the neighborhood. I feel this caters more to women who live in Del Mar, Rancho Santa Fe..high rent district.. read more

Yeah, I loved everything in this store. It is pricey but the prices match what you would pay for these designers anywhere and someone (or the group of them) are really good at buying. Clothes/luggage/shoes/handbags represent the world. The Hammitt bag collection comes from Los Angeles and they are beautiful and top quality. Other things from Spain, Italy, France and they are smart, because they mix in pricey with great sales. I honestly could have spent an hour or more here because of the eclectic but beautiful displays. I'm not much of a shopper either, but stores like these could turn me into one. read more

Fair En Del/Madison is a great place to shop. It's a little pricey, but hey, you get some nice quality clothing there that you don't see everywhere. The customer service is outstanding. The ladies are polite and helpful without being too pushy. I'll definitely be back to shop again! read more

LOVE Fairen Del! I get the best deals there. It's located in the Flower Hill Mall which is upscale but they have a surprising selection of moderately priced, gorgeous clothes, shoes and accessories. Had a great time looking at this beautiful store today with my husband. We discovered a gorgeous Virgins & Saints jewelry line and he got me the most beautiful statement necklace. It was very reasonably priced for what it was. As a thank you they threw in a beautiful little Venetian glass votive candle holder and I couldn't be happier! The owner (I think) was super nice and very helpful. We will be back for the gorgeous jewelry and great selection. read more

Really great gift store at Flower Hill with lots of bags, luggage, jewelry, and other gift-y items and accessories. I love the Sophia & Chloe line of jewelry here - so pretty and reasonably priced. The salespeople are friendly (really helpful and not snobby) and the way the store is decorated always feels kind of dreamy and enchanted. They also have a good "guy section" on the first floor with some interesting gifts for that hard-to-shop-for husband or father. Recommended! read more

Fairen Del has been one of my favorite stores of all time (customer service is amazing and I adore the sweet bird that is added to each gift wrap), but since the remodel and the change in the bottom floor to a new store, the selection of clothing and accessories is limited. They used to have a nice sale area/rack, but that is gone. Price points were always mixed so you could get something luxurious or a small gift, but that is also gone. The smaller space means less new inventory so I feel like I have seen the same items over and over again. Please bring back the old ways of the store! read more

This store is absolutely gorgeous. The clothing and accessories were adorable, but there is 0 customer service. I could not believe that I walked around for 15 minutes while there were 2 salespeople and no other customers. No one ever even said hello. Perhaps I appeared to be only browsing or I didn't look like this was my style. I have 2 daughters and often shop for them as well as myself. I wouldn't spend a fine here. I notice there was a review from June 2015. Clearly the lesson was not learned. read more

I admit a few pieces of the clothing and jewelry are nice. Nothing to rave about. Customer service is bad, bad, bad. The sales staff barely look at you, barely speak to you. I called the store later and learned one of the employees with the poor customer service is actually one of the managers. Ha. Unbelievable. If its because I don't particularly appear wealthy...think again. Don't be too quick to profile a person. You are missing out on my hard-earned money. I think I will visit the store in Carlsbad from now on. read more

MUST READ!!! OK, sooooo.... I happen to come into this amazing store quite rarely. They do have great products and good variety but its located far from home for me. I have met who I think is the owner "Tara". ( steaming gorgeous heavy set toe head) She was quite nice right away and offered me to try on a pair of lovely boots I was staring at. We engaged in conversation and I sensed a playfully flirtatious yet intense sexual energy coming from her. I caught her blue eyes glimpsing at my bottoms a couple times which I took as a compliment. I proceeded to a different section of the store where she immediately followed me to. Fell in love with a coat on their display and asked for her assistance. While helping me try on the fabulous coat I felt her arm aggressively press against my cleavage and her breath caress the left side of my neck. While the physical attraction was reciprocate I was also a witness of her aggressive energy. She went out of her way in the middle of a power trip to show off her prepotent manners and mistreated her staff. I'm unsure if she was flexing her muscle to seemingly appear more attractive to me or she flat out was mean to other people? Either way I felt uncomfortable and immediately the butterflies turned into wasps. Not sure what to think.
