I have ordered 2x from them and in both cases an item broke. My most recent order a "positivity" bracelet broke within 4 days of wearing it. I reached out to the company for it to be replaced. when I received the item it was completely wrong. I have reached out regarding my issue 5x. 5 emails asking them to please fix their mistake and have yet to hear back from them. There lack of customer service is pretty bad to the point where I have had no one even respond to my emails. i will never order from them ever again after this! It took a couple of days for customer service to answer and they just refunded me without an option of replacement. This company claims that they help people, that they are fair trade or whatever. I contacted customer service because I had basically paid 2x the listed price for the item. They told me I was not supposed to get a clearance item as a Mystery Item and that they'd send me another pair. The second pair was ALSO A SALE ITEM. Now I'm trying to contact them to send back the second sale item or to get a refund. And I was told that I should be grateful. I cannot believe the low quality of this customer service and the fact that they use Mystery Items to get rid of their sale items by charging more for them!!!! I wish I could give 0 stars. Extremely cheap pants that only look good on tall and skinny people. I used to live in Mexico and bought these pants made in rayon and they were flattering for everyone. Lotus and Lina's pants are a super cheap fabrics that billows out at the waist to make you look fat and dumpy. They put a fancy tag on it to make it look legit but these are simply very cheap pants made in a cheap factory. I wouldn't buy them. They also don't offer refunds which is a red flag in itself. read more

I ordered face masks from their online store over a month ago and they still have not arrived. After a few emails, I received an email with a tracking number. Well as it turns out they created the tracking but never mailed the package. After one more email that I never received a response from - I called them to see what was going on and was told they would look into it and call me back. I didn't hear back so I had to call again. Apparently they finally mailed the package. On another note, I assumed they were making the masks in the US well come to find out they are made in Thailand. During this time I was really hoping to support small local companies. But as it turns out not so much. Beware before ordering anything online from this company. I realize this is an honest mistake so I email the company stating what happened and ask for the 2nd pair to be shipped. No response. I DM them on Instagram - again no response. I reply to the delivery email I received and yet again no response. As a last resort, I post a comment on one of their Instagram posts trying to let them know what happened and they reply to everyone else's comment except mine! There is no contact number to call and I have exhausted every way I can think of to contact this company. It has been 2 weeks since my order was delivered. Lotus and Luna does not care about their customers and at this point they are deliberately ignoring me. I guess I'm supposed to just give them my money and not receive a product in return. I placed an order for items and was informed shipping would be between 4/29 and 5/5. On 5/7 I received notification with tracking information saying my order was in San Diego. After 5 days with no delivery, I checked with the company. They claimed they sent it and had no idea why it would still be sitting in San Diego, they were going to "walk over to the PO and find the package", etc. I sent an email to USPS and they called me immediately, saying the package never left San Diego and never even made it to the San Diego PO! Still have not gotten the items. BTW original order was placed on 4/17/20 and its now 5/12/20. Ugh! read more
