I contacted this company because of their good Yelp rating. Initially I talked to Alonso on the phone and he was nice enough. However, after that, he seemed to prefer communicating with me via texts instead of calling me, which was frustrating, and it was difficult to get him to respond to my questions. He also didn't seem interested in giving me an exact time/date for service, and I had to text him several times. For the actual service appointment, the technician (Allan) showed up late, didn't apologize, and wasn't particularly nice. He spent an hour working and then asked me for way too much money for one hour's work. I contacted Alonso, who gave me a slightly better price, but still too much. I won't be contacting these guys again. Overall I'm kind of surprised that they have a 5 star rating. read more

I had an electric panel replaced which was diagnosed as problematic by 3 different contractors. Is it called 75 Electric because, Alonso takes 75 years to respond? Or because you can leave 75 messages that go completely ignored and unanswered? Perhaps both. He simply CANNOT BE COUNTED ON TO STAND BY HIS WORK and and is UNRESPONSIVE to the point of RUDENESS. Alonso installed a car charger at my residence about 2 years ago. At the time he promised the work would be fully done to code. We agreed to not pull permits at the time, but he promised it would be easy to get permitted in the future if the need arose. I now need the permits completed to turn on my new solar system. He said it would take 2 hours of his time and would follow up to schedule in 2 weeks. 2 weeks rolled by. Then 3. After 3 weeks, I started texting him almost daily. All requests were very polite. All requests were roundly IGNORED. I even gave him a final warning that I was becoming increasingly frustrated and would soon be posting a negative review. After over 5 weeks, here I am. read more

We needed assistance with troubleshooting as to why our kitchen's wall outlets were not working. Alonzo assessed the outlets and determined that we had a damaged breaker as well as a different outlet apparatus different than the one I had installed myself...which was tripping another outlet. We really appreciated Alonzo calling us back so soon on the very day we need assistance an made time to stop by to start troubleshooting our needs. It was also determined that we had an older outdoor outlet that was in sorry shape and needed attention. Alonzo came in person to give me a quote on installation of bathroom fan and dining room light. He check both out (we had already purchased replacements) then emailed over a quote for $200 for bath fan replacement and $40 for light in dining room. I hired him to do both and set appointment. He was 4 hours late!!! He kept texting that he'd be here, so I waited.... then we he got to my home and when to start on bath fan, he looked in attic and said he would not be able to do it that day and it was going to cost $100 over what he himself had quoted me when he came in looked the first time???? REALLY?? Ok, so please install the light, which he did, said he would collect money later. He than texts me (that seems to be the only way to talk to him).. that I owe him $80 for dining room light install!!! WHAT? You had quoted me $40!! Well, he told me that it cost a minimum service fee to come out... WAIT! I was going to cover that minimum when you came to the house to complete the 2 Jobs you were hired for.... now I have to cover service fee minimum because you could not do the job you quoted me you could do????????! BS!! I also hired based on reviews and can't believe this guy gets away with coming out to quote, then change quote, then not do work, then charge more for the 1 thing he was able to do... I don't often write a review, but I wanted to write this review to share what an awesome job he's done. I had electrical problem at my house. About a year ago, some of light switches and wall outlets didn't work. I held off on fixing it as much as I can until more lights switches and outlets went out last week. I was concerned that it would cost me fortune to fix it. I found Alonso from yelp and called him. To my surprise, he came out on a same day, and on time. He's very knowledgeable on electrical wiring, and knows what he's talking about. He started working right away, eliminating possible causes one by one. After eliminating non factors, he concentrated on finding the cause. He didn't just randomly check everything, hoping to find it. He made educated guesses, and able to find it sooner than I thought. It turned out that outdoor wall outlet was burnt and broken due to poor wiring and probably weather. Who would have guessed that outdoor outlet would impact indoor switches? I'm just glad that it's all fixed, and price was very reasonable. I asked if he can give me some discounts, and he didn't hesitiate to give discounts. It never hurts to ask. read more
