Review is specifically for the parts department. Older guy with a golf looking shirt. My girl and I were sent to look for a part. When she called, she was treated extremely rudely. She gave a description of what she was looking for and immediately placed on hold. Someone else came on the line asking if she was helped. She said "I think so someone just took my information " and the person responded "that's not what I asked you". Wtf?? Once he did start helping her, he spoke extremely rudely, implying she didn't know what she was talking about. THEN , I called in myself and had no problem getting the part. I went in and the old guy had the audacity to bring up my girl to me. Who in TF does he think he is ????? How does he have a job ??? Old ignorant rude miserable man. Excellent customer service! Anthony from the service department is great at his job. I had a mishap the first time I brought my car in here. Anthony and Corey were great in getting that fixed as quickly as possible and at the lowest cost to me. Corey is a very understanding and friendly manager. He was super helpful. Getting the Wrangler a New Year Physical lol A quick update... My car needed some unexpected maintenance, so of course I brought it here. Ed Cifuentes service advisor was very helpful and got me all situated with my issues and made sure he got the work done in a timely manner, he gave me the best deal he possibly could. He was totally honest with me about everything and was great at communicating. Communication is so important to me and I'm so thankful Ed kept me updated and in the loop. Another outstanding employee that never seems to drop the ball is RANDY. I have continued to come in and get my car the basic services like oil changes only because of the incredible service Randy provides. Randy is very informative and always ready to help when you pull up, I appreciate that man for his hard work and consistency. So... I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with the service department was very disappointing. I scheduled a 7 a.m. Friday appointment and dropped the car off Thursday evening at their request. I left my contact info, but no one called. I had to track someone down the next day and was asked what I wanted done, even though the appointment was booked the day before for a diagnostic. I was left with the impression it would be quick, After I managed to reach someone, they sent me a number and said to text if I needed anything, but my texts went unanswered. After hours of silence, and finally reaching someone I learned my car still wasn't ready. Delays happen, but the complete lack of communication left me stranded. A simple heads-up would have gone a long way. I hope this dealership improves its basic communication with customers. read more

My experience started off rough at another location in Torrance that gave me false information and didn't provide a rental, leaving me stressed. But when I came here, everything was a complete 180. Anthony Silva, Service Advisor, was absolutely amazing - kind, professional, and so easy to talk to. He made sure my car's issues were checked thoroughly while also getting my oil change and tire rotation handled quickly and smoothly. I also had a great experience with the rental car service - the gentleman who helped me made the process incredibly easy to understand, and the whole thing was seamless. RUN. Buy a car anywhere else. The sales department is shady, the service department overlooks major issues during car certification before they sell vehicles. Then they're happy to see you come back for service in a month or two. We purchased a car here in August 2025. Since purchase I have put less than 7000 miles on it. Brought it in two weeks ago to have it serviced. The first call they made to me was that nothing was covered under our limited warranty. I had to call them back and tell them that we have a full extended warranty that they sold us. Second call made to me was that they found $5200 worth of "wear and tear" on a vehicle that they sold us allegedly "certified pre owned". The service associate that we were dealing with, David was great. Even he felt like that was an absurd amount and he reached out to Chrysler to try to get some sort of Goodwill payment covered for us. Now we go to pick up the vehicle. My husband walks in and asks to see the detailed report that was done by their text before they were able to mark the car as certified preowned. Unsurprisingly, we get a runaround. We get a vague report that looks more like a full service oil changed than an actual engine report. The sales manager was so cowardly, staring at the floor, while speaking to my husband that it was very obvious that he knew exactly how shady their business practices are. We pay an absurd amount and then we go to get in the car and low and behold! The check engine light is still on! After the sales manager insured my husband, his inspection guys don't miss anything at all, they performed the service and forgot to clear the codes. This place is an absolute joke. Misleading online scheduling and confusing customer service. I recently tried to book my first complimentary Jeep Wave oil change for my new 2025 Wrangler using the online scheduler. The website explicitly lists "Oil Change" as an appointment option, so I booked a time slot.When I called the Signal Hill location to confirm, the representative told me they don't actually honor appointments for oil changes. She explained that even if you book a specific time online, you still have to wait in the regular drive-up line behind everyone else who walked in. When I asked why it's listed as an option online if it doesn't count for anything, she just said she didn't know, and then offered to make me another appointment--which made no sense since she just said they don't honor them.It is really confusing to have a scheduling feature on the website that the local shop ignores. If the Express Lane is strictly first-come, first-served, the website shouldn't let people think they are securing a time slot. Deactivate or disable that option please. I'll be taking my Jeep to a different location that handles the walk-in process a bit more clearly. When I gave the example if I made an appointment online and came in as scheduled on time and there's 10 people ahead of me as a walk in, that I would have to get in line behind the 10 people? I asked woman on the phone for clarification is that correct for a fair review, she said "yes". Enough said. read more

Wow, so I took my car in to this dealership back in Jan 2025 for a noise I was hearing in slow turns, didn't know if coming from the steering system or drive train. After they had the car for two weeks, I get the call that they cannot find anything wrong with the car. Steering, transmission, rear differential and brakes all check good. Note they charged $250 just to take a look. Fast forward to current (Nov 2025), I'm still hearing that noise and it really bothers me, it's not normal. Rather than go back for potentially two more weeks with no results, I decide to go to a different Dodge dealership (Cerritos). Note, they only charge $89.95 to take a look. Well guess what, after only 2 days, problem identified (looks like I've found my new dealership), rear differential has multiple internal failures, requires replacement and now I'm looking at a $4,000 plus repair. Sure would have been nice if Glenn E Thomas had done a more thorough inspection, it may have been a more affordable repair vs me continuing to drive the car for the last 10 months with an obvious issue, ultimately causing more damage and turning in to an expensive replacement. Cerritos is farther away from my residence but well worth the drive; they clearly do thorough inspections and diagnostics and charge 64% less to get the car looked at. read more

Our 2020 Dodge Durango developed a loud engine knock and white smoke out the tail pipes at a little over 29,000 miles. I changed the oil and oil filter every 2,000 miles. Documented oil changes. I provided all the documentation and dodge agreed to replace the complete engine long block and the intake manifold.. Dropped off my car for repairs due to it shutting off while driving at night for no reason got it back 2 months later they made me pay for a rental after 2 weeks it was back in the shop same issue this time they said I was lying it just needed gas within 3-4 days of getting it back the car went into limp mode again and shut off was stuck and unable to drive even tho I begged them to check it out before I picked it up and the refused saying it's just needed gas and they can't find anything wrong with it ( ps when they did the "test drive " they did it with 10 psi on my tire in general that's just stupid ) read more

Absolutely the WORST experience I've ever had with any dealership. If I could give zero stars, I would. I brought my Jeep Grand Cherokee in for a sprocket replacement and it ended up sitting at Glenn E. Thomas Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram for almost TWO MONTHS (May14- July 9) For the first FIVE WEEKS, they didn't even touch my car. The first time I called to get an update which was week two, I was told the part was back ordered took two weeks to get, but it had just came in. That's understandable those things happen. Three weeks go by I call again and I was told by my service advisor "there are two cars ahead of yours once they finish those they START working on your car--week after week it was the same, "Two cars ahead." My original service advisor, Tony, was completely unhelpful and showed ZERO follow-through. He never called with updates, Any updates I or my husband received where only after we reached out. The lack of urgency, transparency, and basic professionalism is honestly unbelievable. I had to formally complain just to receive a rental vehicle after FIVE weeks of being without a car. Then, after being told the rental would be extended for another week because my vehicle still wasn't ready, Tony, failed to follow through, once again, and I was charged out of pocket for one week. (Wasn't refunded that till the rental car was returned) Out of sheer frustration, I emailed the General Manager, John Davis--no response . It wasn't until I emailed him a second time, TWO weeks later, demanding a reply, that I finally got an answer. If the General Manager doesn't care enough to address customer issues in a timely manner, it's no wonder the rest of the staff reflects the same lack of urgency and accountability. If it hadn't been for Corey stepping in and taking over, I would have pulled my Jeep after five weeks and taken it somewhere else. Corey was the ONLY person at this dealership who seemed to care or take any action. To make things worse, while my Jeep was being "fixed," it developed a new issue THEY caused--and then they had the nerve to tell me I'd need to pay out of pocket to have it diagnosed. They eventually agreed to cover it, but let's be real: I should have never been asked to pay for a problem THEY created in the first place. This place is a DISASTER! Poor communication, no accountability, and zero sense of urgency. Save yourself the stress and take your business elsewhere. read more

By far the best service I've had at a dealership, and I'm talking about the service center. I brought in my Pacifica which had a funny sound coming from my engine, it happened off and on. When I arrived the sound wasn't present but the mechanics were determine to find the sound and after multiple attempts, they eventually found it and addressed the issue. The last dealership I went to gave up within the first try. The other thing I have to commend is my service advisor Dan Millhouse who took great care of me. Friendly, straight to the point, and just knows what he's doing - the kind of man you need when dealing with car issues. He got me a rental without question and even had a uber pick me up from my house to drop me off at Enterprise. He was also determined to find that engine noise. Honestly, I was very surprised and amazed on how this service dealership department helped me understand my car more and help me with any recommendations for service. I came in to have the service team inspect if I needed a coolant change and brake flush. I was required on my next service from Dodge Cerritos auto square, I needed a coolant change, brake flush, and air filter change with my car only being 30k miles and it's a 2023 dodge charger scatpack 6.4L. Luckily the team from Dodge signal hill service department took very good care of me. Shoutout to Junior who was my service advisor after getting knowledge from other service advisors recommendation. Junior went through everything I needed to know about my car. I'm very thankful and grateful to have these people who helped me. I just needed an oil service change and tire rotation that's all! Dan at Jeep Services kept my car for four days with every day telling me we're waiting for it to cool down to check what's happening. I don't understand why a car needs a whole day and night to cool down. Nobody communicates with anybody had a hard time at enterprise and people here do not communicate. Had a hard time picking up my car. Dan wasn't here. Receptionist told me nobody communicates anything with her so waited for 30 minutes to pick up my car. The worst customer service ever. This is my second bad experience at a dodge dealership, the first was in Van Nuys. My car was on recall and the parts have been on back order for 6+ months. Not their fault, I understand. But also, at the same time it's an inconvenience because the DMV would not give me my registration tabs. Driving around LA with not up to date tabs, risking getting towed if I park on the street and not able to explain my situation, even though tabs are paid is anxiety ridden. When my car finally got serviced for all the recall fixes, I went in and two things that really irritated me to write this review. I went to the DMV and they said I needed a certificate of emission from the dealership. Why didn't they give it to me when I left after getting it fixed? Now I had to go back and get that. Everyone knows how irritating waiting at the DMV is, so now I had lost my place. While getting a smog check as well, I realized that the dealership did not put back my engine cover. I know I had it before and now it's gone. It's been a couple months since I've been to the dealership to realize now, I doubt that they'll recognize they didn't put it back so now I'm SOL. read more
