One of the women named Julie burnt my cuticles with the tool that spins. One was so bad that I had to visit the emergency room after seeing several doctors. How this could happen I'll never know. But I'm very upset because it's been going on for a while, and it takes a long time to heal. plus it still hurts. It's going to take a while to heal. I have a cruise coming up and I pray this doesn't stop me from going. read more

Booked a last minute gel pedicure with Julie yesterday and I was blown away! Starting with the easy online booking I was able to book an appointment same day with only a 2 hour heads up. Needed an acrylic toenail repair as well as a French gel pedicure. They were right on time, no waiting. Salon was clean and bright. I did an upgraded pedicure with a leg mask and paraffin wax treatment. There were multiple books of gel colors to pick from as well. Julie selected a beautiful neutral pink as my "base" to help cover the acrylic repair and she was spot on with her choice. It was thorough, relaxing and one of the best pedicures I've ever had. She spent ample time massaging my legs, made sure each treatment wasn't rushed, finished everything with hot towels and made sure my toes looked perfect before I left. The entire service start to finish was an hour and a half with the additional upgrades and worth every penny. Very fairly priced ($65 upgraded pedicure, $10 for gel, $10 for the acrylic nail fix). Avoid this place if you want healthy nails. The nail techs Wendy and Lana were terrible.ç Wendy rushed my pedicure and didn't polish the sides of my toenails. For my manicure she rushed and clipped down all of my nails short when I told her the shape I wanted then said my nail shape is weird that's why it looks bad. Then her coworker Lana finished with dip but butchered my cuticles so badly the skin above it started to peel and bleed after I left when I washed my hand. I've never had that happen before. My nails and cuticles were in such bad shape after the dip powder was removed that the nails started to rip and a piece of my nail bed tore off because the edge was so weak it caught and tore off as I was waking up. How does that even happen?! My nails were hurtig on two separate occasions after going to this place. They now look horrible and I wish I had never gone to this salon. read more

I went to get a mani and pedi. As the woman was doing my pedicure, she dropped the file on the floor. I asked her not to use that on my feet. She sprayed it with alcohol but since she had two of the same, I do not know if the sprayed the correct one. I also asked her to take off some dead skin from my heel and big toe. She never did. When I got home, I noticed that my feet were black on the bottom. This was a really bad experience. read more

I decided to try this nail salon for manis/pedis with a friend who was visiting from out of town, hoping that I could become a regular client. I checked out their website, https://www.7thnailparlorbocaraton.com/ which advertised 15% off for new clients, and when we arrived at the salon, there was also sidewalk sign advertising 15% discount for new clients. My friend and I got our manis/pedis, which were good, and the charge was $87 for each of us. My friend paid ahead of me because she was done first. When I went to pay, I asked about the 15% new client discount and referred to the sign, not remembering that I also saw the discount on their website https://www.7thnailparlorbocaraton.com/. My nail tech asked the male in charge about it, and he said no - that sign belongs to the salon next door, and they didn't offer a new customer discount. I paid $87 and left. When I got to my car, I remembered that I originally saw the discount advertised on the website, so I pulled up the site on my phone and walked back into the salon. I approached the male who said there was no discount for new clients and showed him my phone, asking if he was aware that his website advertised the new client discount. He said he DID know, but since I only mentioned the sign, which wasn't his, and not the website, I don't get the discount. This was SO shady to me, because I asked about a 15% discount for new clients, and he told me there wasn't one. He did provide each of us with a $13 refund, but his initial dishonesty will keep me from ever going back there. You either HAVE a new customer discount or you do not. It shouldn't depend on *who* you ask, or *how* you ask. Who knows what else they are dishonest about? Such a shame! He will probably respond as he did on my google review.... like he's upset that he got called out for his shady business practice! read more
