First she tells me that she cannot the 1 hr reiki to 16-year-olds for because they cannot lay down still for one hour. My son has been having anxiety and needed Reiki. He's 16 not 8 years old! Then when I had to reschedule, even though I was in the 24 hour window, she gave me attitude, but finally said she would not charge me for rescheduling. The next day when I texting her about my rescheduling to find a new date, sounds like she forgot that she said she would not charge for rescheduling, she tried to charge me 50% of the cost as a cancellation, even though I was trying to reschedule and not cancel! You can't be healing people when you're stressing them this much with your attitude, rules & changing what you say!
