Review is for our first time visiting 810 Entertainment bowling: We were greeted by Zari and met with friendly service and good price for an hour lane rental, with shoes (Both adult and kids shoes were newer, stylish and comfy). From the moment we started towards our lane it felt like a VIP experience! Great ambiance/lighting, vinyl sofa seating (couches couches couches which one should I pick?). Shortly after seating we were welcomed by our server Mark who was exceptionally friendly and met our every need: drinks to the table, explained the score panel, even rounded up the kiddie ramp and several kids size bowling ball without us lifting a finger. From there, the bowling electronic interface was modern, fast, and simple to use. Selection of themes for screens was awesome. Lanes are traditional drop pin, very fast operation and bowling balls return right away. Smaller overall with 12 lanes but atmosphere wasn't crowded on an early afternoon Friday. We stayed for the extensive arcade which doubled the time we spent at 810. Pool and darts also looked fun and modern/well kept. At the time of writing, 4.5 stars w 2700 reviews on G maps. Mark told us this was the flagship location for 810 Entertainment. I'd have no hesitation going to any other of their locations. Truly an elevated bowling and arcade experience. Fun spot, but the food is just okay. We got a sampler appetizer platter with potato skins, fried pickles, spinach dip, and pretzels. Everything was just good not amazing. The Margherita pizza however was very good! But it is a fun experience to snack while playing pool. Our server was attentive as well! read more

We came here for bowling. It's a great outing for families. There's also a milkshake bar with dairy and non dairy options. There's a regular bar for adults and darts for anyone who doesn't like to bowl. You can also play pool. Darts are overpriced though. Staff was nice. Always love to go to 810 when in N Myrtle. They have alot of other games like Pool or darts to keep busy if you have to wait on bowling. But just a nice place to chill and happy they have couches for when you bowl plus tables. read more

So cool!!!! Updated and clean bowling alley / arcade. There is also a milkshake bar nextdoor you can access in the bowling alley - closed when we went around 10pm on a Wednesday, sadly. We were wildly impressed by how clean and cute the inside was. $90 for our party of 6 to bowl with shoe rental. The bar had awesome October themed drinks as well. $7!! We came today because of the rain, and they did not disappoint. There was a 45 minute wait, but it was not bad because they have an arcade, restaurant, and an ice cream place! We got our food brought to our lane with a nice waiter who frequently visited us! Cool experience when looking for something to do indoors. Nice bar area with a selection of craft beers and full bar. Didn't bowl but the area looks nice with couches and tables for each lane. Unfortunately the bocce courts and arcade area was closed. It was very crowded because of the rain which over which overwhelmed the bartender. She did her best. A very clean/ family friendly/ trendy establishment! My family and I came and had a wonderful time. My daughter wants to spend her 10th birthday here now. We didn't get a chance to try the restaurant/bar but we did eat at the ice cream place they had in there! It was great because the kids could play in the arcade while we sat at the table. We definitely want to come back, and try out the bowling alley. My 6 year old son had lost his ipad. I went back in and couldn't find it. As I was about to give up I told the bowling side/ manager that my son had lost his ipad and asked if I could leave my name and number incase they found it. The manager stopped what he was doing and went to see if he could find it. To my utter shock he did in fact find it! Which was greatly appreciated. This is a great place for late entertainment. The entrance has seats and various types of games to play. Walking farther in is the bar and tables with some small board games to play. Next to this is the bowling alley. I like how they separate the balls by size instead of having to look through them all to find the size you want. I wish some of the medium size balls had larger finger holes, but that is my preference. Going farther in are some board games and video games. A decent pick of video games was a nice touch. I enjoyed the various size jenga games. I looked in the room past this point and it looks like a private room, maybe for parties, with four lanes and some booth tables. There are specials early in the week that made coming here that much better. The food they served wasn't too bad either. A little better than the average bar food. I definitely will be back next time I'm in the area. read more

TS Debby chased us inside. Booked a lane for the family as they were open. Staff seemed overwhelmed by the amount of people there. They started our time limit before we were even seated at our lane. Lane 5 does not work as we couldn't adjust our players names and the staff didn't care to or couldn't be bothered to assist. We got stuck once and the clock ran down and we had to ask the front desk to add more time on. We spent $80 and didn't even get to finish the round. Drinks good, waitress fine, arcade good for kids. This is probably one of the coolest places in this town and I wish that there was something like it in the Charleston area! I can imagine that during the summer season that this place can get packed, especially on a rainy day. They have so many games: bowling, bocce, corn hole, arcade games, there are jenga towers on the tables and they also have a full bar as well as food! My favorite part: to come in and play corn hole or bocce, it's free!! The customer service was great and the prices seemed to be reasonable as well. This visit was absolutely atrocious. We stopped by just to grab two milkshakes from mean mugs. From the start the poor guy behind the counter was struggling cause he was doing everything by himself, so we tried our best to be patient. After 5 or so minutes someone else came from somewhere and took our orders. While we waited on our milkshakes we figured we'd wait at the bar and get a drink. After 30 minutes of waiting and still no milkshakes. (But other people came after us and received theirs before us) we were finally approached by one of the bar tenders and asked did the main bar tender help us yet. We replied no he keeps going to the new people that show up in the middle and didn't come down to any of us on the end. She apologized and took our order. (Two shots of amaretto) after about 5 minutes main bar tender asked if we've been seen and we say yes the lady got us and he left back to the middle of the bar. We see her leave out the bar area with two customers after about 10 more minutes (still waiting on milkshakes) she finally comes back to bring us the two shots (which were way overpriced and cost $27). Finally after easily over an hour of waiting we see the guy at mean mugs making one of our shakes so we walk over there. He ended up making both of them wrong. (One was the complete wrong shake and neither were in souvenir mugs) so we tell him it's wrong and say we'll just take the mugs and down worry about remaking them just make the one we ask for. After another five minutes he walks over and says he's out of toppings for my milkshake do I want anything else. We finally just say no we're done and leave. We had a great time bowling here. Bought two games each and shoes and it cost about $45 for three of us. I thought it was a little high for this part of the world, but what do I know. I think it's cheaper in Los Angeles depending on when you go. The bowling balls were good, the lanes were nice, the atmosphere was fun. We had our balls get stuck a few times...hate when that happens. So they had someone in the back push them out. But overall it was a great time! read more

My boyfriend's family and I came here last night. The place itself is clean and cute. The lanes are nice. The furniture could be updated as it is peeling all over. The associate at the front desk was rude. I think his name was David. My boyfriend went to the restroom and so we told the associate we needed five pairs of shoes. We told him our sizes and that there would be one more pair (the fifth). He responded with "Lane 4". I clarified and said we need 5 pairs of shoes and he replied, "Not 5, Lane 4." I repeated myself again and he goes "I understand that, you're in Lane 4." Then he finally realized he had misunderstood and then goes what size and says we should've clarified we needed 5 pairs. The food was pretty good for a bowling alley. It's just bar food but the wings were good and the garlic knots were good too. Our server was super nice and helpful but he seemed a little flustered. One of our wing orders came wrong and he had forgotten to put in part of our order. Our server asked if we wanted our time extended, we said yes and saw him call up to the front. The guy at the front never added more time so we had to go up and ask for it. Overall, the bowling was good and the food was good, but the service was a little subpar. However 810 has terrible customer service everyone was mad at us at 9:00pm for trying to bowl as a family. They give you rude glares and talk shit about you to coworkers. Then we wanted to play anything we could and we're turned down. You mean you can't even give us bean bags or ping ping paddles? TERRIBLE. Drinks for 4 people was $90. First we had just amazing and personal service from Ashlee- she was so sweet!!! This was our first time here and we had a blast! We were greeted by the nice girls at the front counter and bought 2 games of bowling. They told us our server would be with us in our lane and we were like- server? Sure enough we had not only a couch but a waitress too!! They had a pretty good selection of craft beers- both draft and bottles so we were happy about that. We bowled our games and had some beers. We asked Ashlee if she could move our tab over to the bar area so we could eat and she did and continued to be our amazing server. We ordered off the happy hour menu and the food was outstanding!!! Just delicious and not what you would expect!! Wonderful coconut shrimp and fried green tomatoes. I asked for well done wings and while they were not cooked quite enough for me- I like them dead- the chili Thai sauce was good. My husband loved the fried cheese wedges but thought his flatbread was just ok. The manager came to check on us during our meal and we raved about the food and service. After we cashed out we continued to play games- air hockey and about 10 games of basketball..... I would advise going before 10- I think it could get a little thuggy late night. We were looking for a fun spot to go out as a group of 20 people and settled on this as something that was walkable and looked like it had a lot to offer. I went in with some skepticism but was immediately impressed. The space is very modern looking with colored mood lighting. The games and bowling are - in my opinion - fairly priced. We went on a Tuesday night around 7pm to discover that there was unlimited bowling for $10 (including shoes) and plenty of open lanes. This means that you get your money's worth in two games. We ended up playing four so it was a total steal. The other games looked like fun as well and there was a corn hole tournament while we were there. Overall the vibe is grown-up and trendy but the price is reasonable. The reason this was not a five star experience was the food. Everything food-wise was a bit over priced but the drinks less so. The single most disappointing food endeavor was the mozzarella triangles. Now, I wish I had taken a photo of them. My friend ordered them and was served the saddest, emptiest plate with four little mozz triangles on it and a small dipping sauce... for $8. These things were marginally bigger than half-dollars. He said they tasted okay but I would say, do not order them. Overall, great to bowl and there is a taco bell across the street if you get hungry. read more

My family and I stopped by on a rainy day hoping to enjoy a little family fun together. After paying, my 75-year-old mother was turned away and told she could not enter because she had a cup of coffee from McDonald's. She was told that she could buy their coffee or stay out! What kind of people treat a 75-year-old lady like that??? It was small cup of coffee and she was more than happy to buy her next cup from them, but we didn't stay to buy anything further from them... I demanded our money back and we went to Little River Lanes. We had a terrific time at Little River Lanes (only 4 miles away) for less money. Little River Lanes was only $2 per game, $2 for shoes, and the staff was extremely friendly. I would strongly recommend taking your family there for an afternoon of fun! Stay away from 710 Bowling, they are NOT family friendly or customer service oriented! I never write bad reviews, but these are not good people. Good people treat the elderly with the respect they deserve, and not worry about silly, petty rules. PLEASE TAKE MY ADVICE AND GO TO LITTLE RIVER LANES!!! read more
