My family came here on the last night of our vacation and I can't believe we didn't discover this place sooner. We had an absolute blast, including our almost 16 year old daughter and a 14 year old son. The food was some of the best that we had in MB. Only 4 pool table which wasn't a problem early April but I could see that as an issue during summer. We only came to play pool. Last year on a rainy day of our vacation we decided to check this place out. It's literally across the street from our condo. It was very clean and not overly crowded that afternoon. However it did seem to take awhile to get our shoes. They have "happy hour" specials at the bar area & a few special prices for bowling or pitchers of beer while you bowl. The staff was very friendly. We ordered a few appetizers and some beer. The food was just average. It was good but everything feminine of bar food. The service was more on the slow side. We played two rounds and were able to add a third game with out a problem. Which was nice we didn't have to change lanes or anything like that. What I loved about this place was they had an arcade area, with air hockey tables, and plenty of games if you didn't want to bowl, you still had many other options to keep you busy. If you are in Myrtle and it's not a beach day this is a great alternative to do something inside and get something to eat at the same time. read more

The Crazy Mason - Milkshake Bar is inside 810 Billiards and Bowling. You CANNOT order anything from The Crazy Mason while you are sitting in the seating area! You MUST wait in line (and it is always a loooong line), they will not take or deliver your order for the Crazy Mason!!!! Just beware service isn't easy to get! Yes, I understand people don't want to work and places are short stuffed however 810 Billiards and Bowling had at least 4 servers for approximately 15-20 tables. You seat yourself and the waitress will come to you to take your order! We had a group of 8 people. We waited 25 minutes before one of us had to get up and go looking for a waitress. At this time there were only 5 tables with people already eating. Every server looked at our table and refused to come over to take our order. Pretty simple order to take soft drinks and a few appetizers. The rest of our party went over to order milkshakes. It took over 2 hours to get these milkshakes and over $50 for 5 of them!!! Okay we were here strictly for the Crazy Mason. Beware you are going to spend anywhere between $9-$14.50. The milkshakes were pretty good, the food was good, but the attitude from a few of the Jworkers could have been a lot better. OK, wow. I am so happy we stumbled upon this place earlier this week during a rainy day. We showed up to bowl and were disappointed for only about 10 seconds. So this bowling place used every inch of their space to accommodate anyone. There are arcade games, air hockey, corn hole, ping pong, bocce courts, a wall with a broad selection of board games, high top tables, lounge chairs, and even a black light bowling area for when you do actually get to bowl. With a local ID, renting certain equipment is free; with a not-local ID, renting was about $5. We rented a set of bocce balls and ping pong stuff. The bocce Court was actually much better than I thought based on first glance. It is not a flat surface, simulating an outdoor court. We had a blast playing. Beer (Bud light) tower of about 6-8 beers was only $20, a pretty good deal. Perfect amount of alcohol for pre-bowling activities. When we finally did get to bowl, we had a waitress round on us a few times even though we declined any food or drinks. It was nice to know we had someone checking in though! I highly recommend 710. I really liked this place and it has great potential but they should consider hiring new management or new staff. My family and I often travel to myrtle beach for mini vacations and this time someone mentioned bowling for our family activity. The staff was blah from the minute we walked in. For some reason we were seated in the lanes in the very back of the alley where it was very very dark and very very very cold. We walked back up to the front and asked to be moved. I hate being cold and who wants to bowl with a coat on. After being moved we decided to go to the bar while we waited on some of our other family to arrive, plus it was happy hour. The bartender took our order after not acknowledging us for a bit and then telling us that a server would come to our lane. She gave us our drinks and transferred out tab. The server who took forever to show up and seemed to be working almost all the lanes alone was very slow and often times I saw her standing at the bar talking as I'd be looking for her to order another drink. There were also many other staff members and what seemed to be managers standing behind the bar talking as the bartender serviced the bar alone. The food was okay and the drinks weren't anything to rave about. The place has so much potential! Bowling lanes, corn hole, bocce, arcade games, etc. But I don't think I can say honestly that I'd be willing to go back for if that's the kind of service I'd receive. I'd also like to mention we went there around 4:30 on a Saturday and although it was a kinda full it wasn't crazy busy to the point where I could give them a pass for the lack of service. read more

Love this place!! First time coming in since 710 and we bowled, played corn hole, ping pong, foosball, drank and ate! Only issue was it was a bit warm with all the "game action" so I was sweating profusely!! Maybe turn AC down a notch? Great for kids and adults alike and we are coming back today with 10 people!!!! My family and I came here for a night of bowling after dinner. We came in and the receptionist was very kind and had us write our names on a card, so he could punch it into our game. But, he still spelt our names wrong. We got lane 18, which if you get, I recommend asking for a different lane. The lane was constantly having difficulties, and I'm not sure if it was just ours. At first the game was going fine, and about 2 turns in, it started to malfunction and the pins wouldn't go back up. Then a few turns later, the bowling balls got stuck in the back so we had to use the 'call' button. The man who fixed it behind the lane did it quickly. There was a big area for food, and plenty of different games other than bowling (pool, cards, etc.). We didn't go into that area since there was a little section for bowling in the back. The waitress for the back section came back literally every 5 minutes asking if we wanted refills or anything to eat/drink. At the end we realized she gets paid and not the company, so she was just doing it to get money. read more

We returned Monday evening (03/29) to bowl again and staff were rude, not only to us but also to a group of kids that came in. Fun, great food, lots to do, trivia night, football, good people, reasonably priced. One of my favorite places in town.

I arrived on Sunday for a birthday party (9 year old) and was pleased the find that the inside looked nothing like the outside, and that this place could potentially be awesome. There were a lot of TV's showing football games, and my team was on, so that was a win right there. In addition to 14 lanes for bowling, they have a bar that serves alcohol and food, with plenty of seating to rest and relax while you catch up on the scores. They also have ping pong, billiards, cornhole, bocce, video games, jenga, and shuffleboard. On top of that, there's a back room in the back that has about 6 more lanes of glow-bowl, which was normally something we only got to see once a week back home. I'm pretty sure the kids had a good time, but the parents did too, which is a lot to say since we're normally at the arcade place with the old gray mouse. read more

We were visiting North Myrtle and uber Ed over to Captain Jacks calabash seafood buffet at 8 pm and they wouldn't seat us so I pulled up yelp and saw that there was a bowling alley with restaurant across the street close so we walked over and sure glad we did. It was fabulous. Our waitress was amazing and she and he manager really took care of us. After our meal hey set us up with a lane so it was ready when we finished eating. He place was busy and a great atmosphere. Our waitress continues to serve us at the bowling couches. We had so much fun. I got a bit tipsy so didn't go play pool or video games but the place was huge and had lots of things to do. I'd say we had more fun and better food and drinks for same price as we would have spent at the seafood buffet and didn't feel like gluttons. Will go back! read more

Bowling was great. The girl behind the counter was super friendly and helpful. Jump ahead to the food service...our server was new and probably does not have a lot of experience in the service industry...not my problem though. We ordered 1 of everything g from the happy hour menu at 4:05 pm (we were the first order in the cosmic section), at about 4:20 the serving plates were brought to the table. We told our kids to go wash up, the food was on its way. After we watched 4 other parties receive their food and eat it, I began to wonder. I excused the hold up due to the capacity of our order. Time now is 5:05 and Stacey, our server walks back, looks at me, looks at her IPad, pushes a button...turns and walks away. Something is up. Find manager, Stacey never sent the order in...we are walking out. Manager says "I am going to take money off the tab", so we return to the table and wait about 15 minutes before the food actually makes it out. The entire time asking for a high chair, but that was also forgotten. Luckily the girl from the front counter was able to help out. 10%...that was what was taken off of an order that was placed 1 hour and 25 minutes before it was completed. The manager also through in a basket of sweet pretzels. Insult to injury because my wife, kids, and myself were past the point of hungry and these things are not that great. Anyhow, great disappointment overall. I sin like the devil and still have a better chance of meeting God before stepping back into 710 (I am agnostic). read more

Tonight we came out for a family night, we are well aware of establishments being understaffed so we were preparing ourselves for the worst and that's what we'd received. Not do to the staffing but to the customer service. When we arrived we was told that it was going to be an hour wait, okay no problem. We went to grab a table. The waitress there watched as we came in, saw the tables were not clean, and she didn't try to clean them. My sister-n-law had to go and grab a towel and clean off the table. Once we were seated she came and asked did we have menus, we replied with only one and she didn't try to get us any more. When we asked her for the flavors for the wings she did not respond, she just gave us a dumb look so we had to grab that one menu that we had in order to get the flavors. Once we all placed the order, and received our food we didn't see her again and we were the only table she had at that time. I yelled out her name and she was aggregated that we read her name off of her name tag. When she interacted with other guest she was friendly with them and had a big smile on her face. We wished we could've had that kind of experience due to the fact that we are locals. Gratuity was added in the bill due to it being more than 8 of us mainly kids. I don't feel that it was right leaving her a tip due to her having a dry personality and lack of customer service, and making us have a bad experience during our visit. Not to mention we all spent over $63 per person. We needed napkins, straws, salt, sauce, and etc., couldn't receive none of that because she was no where to be found. The waitress name was Shanice. We went there to pass the time because it was raining. It was a lot of fun. We bowled for over an hour. They have waiters come to you. We ordered an appetizer, nachos, and pizza. The food was ok but all great. Service was ok. I wouldn't go for the food. You get a lane for an hour and we went over. They also have shuffle board and arcade games. read more

Came here twice while on vacation. We bowled 2 games each time and had a party of 6. Lanes were available each time we went bowling. Server comes to your lane as soon as you sit down. Poor service. Overpriced. Mediocre food and drinks. When we arrived the front bowling lanes were all full so they put us(8 people) in a lane in the back which was still completely empty. The screen kept malfunctioning for the first couple turns and we finally figured it out when someone came back to see if we wanted food or drinks. We asked if there were any smaller bowling balls for us to use and they told us "up front". While looking up front the place they should have been was clearly empty so we asked someone again. She waved her hand in my face and told me to try the front desk, which was busy but eventually, again we figured it out on our own. A few other people joined in the back lanes and we noticed that other groups rented multiple lanes because each lane only had 3 seats for those not current taking a turn while bowling. We quickly asked the server if we could split our group into the other lane to avoid being stuck with only three seats each. She said they could figure that out up front. By the time we got the front another group had booked the lane next use and now two lanes with three seats each are accommodating 12 people. Great spot for good food and fun bowling! The lanes have big couches, the bar is big and happy hour is good. Prices on happy hour items are not that much less than regular food prices. if you are looking for a place to get the low rates that you would typically expect of an old bowling alley you are out of luck. If you are looking for a nice date place or a fun and clean place for your kids this would be more your speed. A limited number of lanes but they are in nice shape. The house balls and shoes are in decent shape. They have a variety of other games and activities including complimentary board games that can really make the whole night very pleasant. The food is really not all that great. I found it overpriced for what it was, such as "fancy" burgers and wings. my kids seemed to like it ok, but I think that it could use an upgrade in quality for the price they are asking. Denise was very nice upon arrival. It was a busy night. However she informed us if we wanted to wait 10 minutes there would most likely be a booth available. It was already empty. They just held it in case of an emergency. Kevin the manager , with no customer service skills decided to seat us at the end of a table where a party was taking place. 15 minutes later and after several requests for the booth. KEVIN, would not accommodate what Denise kept telling him we requested. 24 minutes in, 3 empty booths. They know we are locals who come here frequently. I don't know KEVIN, do not want to know him. I typically only leave good reviews, but I feel very compelled to leave this review. We arrived at the facility and was told it would be a wait, which is fine since it's a busy Saturday night. We were told to wait at the seating by the front desk because a lane would be opening up if they didn't extend their time. I said "okay, is that it?" She said yeah. I figured this was sufficient because we were right in front of them, so we would be addressed when a lane was ready. So, then a large party walks in with a reservation and are given their lane. That's fine because they have a reservation. Another large party (A) walks in, and someone with the party said they didn't have a reservation. They were given their shoes and lane ahead of us. Then, another large party (B) walks in and were directed to wait. Mind you, they had the same amount of people (or more) as my party. Someone from our party proceeded to address what exactly the process was in waiting for a lane. Apparently, you should be given a buzzer to alert when your lane is ready. The front desk personnel said "we should have asked for a buzzer." Ummm well, how would we know that? We were finally given a buzzer and decided to go to the arcade to play games until we were alerted. The prize machine was down, so no one was able to utilize the points they accumulated. This should have been posted by the card dispenser (not in the arcade area which you go into after buying a card) so people could make the decision to continue to play knowing there would be no reward - specifically for children. 30 or so minutes had passed and a buzzer never alerted us. The party (B) that came after us without a reservation was sat before us - once again. So, someone from the party proceeded to the front desk to check on the status. They said the reason we hadn't been given a lane is because we needed two lanes. There were 7 of us, which can fit in one lane, and we never stated we wanted two lanes. I'm not sure why this was the assumption. Finally - we were sat. The bar order was a whole different scenario which was terrible too. Overall, the only pleasant experience came from our lane server and actually bowling. Unfortunately, everything else was unprofessional and subpar. read more

Great atmosphere, very good food items, and once we ordered our food, it came pretty quickly. HOWEVER, the service was not up to par with the place. It was a Friday night and packed with people and there were only 2 bar tenders and 1 waitress! Then 2 manager types and 1 bowling check-in person. So if there was ever a problem with the alley, which we had, you had to wait forever to get it fixed. And there were a lot of people waiting to get drinks at the bar, and the bar tenders had to keep looking at the menu to figure out how to make the drinks. It took a long time. Needless to say, it took a while to order drinks and food. And forget about the waitress, we saw her avoiding customers left and right. She never once came to check on us. It's kind of too bad, because it a great concept and when it's not busy, it's fine. For the most part the staff was nice, but definitely not enough staff. The gentleman that checked us in was very good and pleasant. Our waitress was fine. The women's bathroom was flooding which was dangerous for bowlers. The biggest disappointment was that we paid for a third game and with four frames left, everything, and I mean everything, shit down. Game over, no balls returned. We we're not told this would happen or we would not have paid for the game!! No warning!! The worst part was that two of our players owned the bowling balls and they were held behind the pins. Lots of options for games and activities (ex. bowling, cornhole, ping pong, skee ball, air hockey, Golden Tee, darts, and board games), however the service was lacking and took away from what could be a great time. Took about fifteen minutes to get checked in and put on a wait list for a lane. Then waited for over ten minutes to get a drink at the bar (there were only two other people at the bar and it was the middle of a weekday afternoon). Service slow.....passed by 4 timrs when trying to order....Waiting list is not efficient.....tried to put 12 people on one lane ....did not have the right shoe sizes......video/arcade games did not work....it was a mad house. We didn't go to bowl because it was cheaper elsewhere. Went to play pool and realized they had other things to do also. The pool tables were in good condition. It took me a minute to find a straightener pool stick but it did exist. Took advantage of playing shuffleboard and darts also. The shuffleboard that we were playing with could have used a bit more sand but it was manageable. For $5/ hour for each I was impressed. The darts were free. We enjoyed throwing them. We ordered the pretzels with pub cheese, bacon cheese fries, and the buffalo chicken with chips which were all very good. They were served hot and the bartender even brought them down to our pool table which I thought was really nice. I also ordered a house margarita which I didn't much care for personally. I wasn't a fan of the mix but the drink strength met my needs. Over all good experience and will return. read more
