Our party of 18 came here and we had the best service. Scarlett's our server was so amazing and she did a great job. Service was so fast and we were in and out under 1.5 hours. The food was so good and fresh, and the raspberry martini was out of this world.

The food is pretty decent but there is room to improve. The house salad Lettuce was very wilted either from being preplated or being old. We ate out at the back bar and enjoyed it way more than sitting inside. Staff are friendly. Make reservations or come early. Its a popular place. 2beer, 1 cocktail, 3 entrees =$172 with tip

Introduction: Representing 2021 in the alphabet series, J is for Joe's Bar. I've taken 2 Myrtle Beach trips under a friend's timeshare in 2020's in August 2021 & September 2024. Technically, 2021 was more of a North Myrtle Beach trip and 2024 was Myrtle Beach proper based on where our stays were. These were different trips as most of the time spent was in the cities we were staying in. I just realized on the map, Joe's is across the street from Barefoot Landing, which I liked that place in 2021 & in 2024 my girlfriend & I got tickets to a cover band there from timeshare friend. Joe's Experience: On our 2nd of 3 nights there, we wanted a nice sit-down restaurant with either seafood, steak, or something nice. We were committed to going to a Pirate show on the last night, which came with a meal. Wow, Joe's did not disappoint. We walked in to this fancy lodge setting with white tablecloth. I got the prime rib, which came with potatoes, and I think maybe a side salad. While it was expensive, certainly no where near the most expensive for a prime rib, it was worth it! This is one of the best prime ribs I've ever had, definitely in the top 3. It was tender & succulent with a fair amount of the fatty portions, which I really like too, but a good sized meat. The potatoes were great too. Service was nice & efficient. I'd come back here for that prime rib again in the future.

Great food and service. Server was Gary. He is a wonderful server with great presence and knowledge of the entire menu and specials. Food is always excellent. I haven't had a bad meal while dining here. The environment is inviting with regular dining room seating, bar seating and patio seating with stunning views. Must stop dining if in the area!!

Excellent meal and service. Called the day of to try to get a reservation and hoping that someone had canceled as we had tried a few days ago, but they were fully booked. Thankfully, they were able to take us. Overlooking marsh Lake area Russia feels very homey yet it is jazzed up with white tablecloths. Lovely, indoor dining area as well as casual outside. We started with the ribs and clams appetizer and both were phenomenal. So full of flavor. We actually debated about ordering a second round of ribs, but thought that may be a little too much. For our dinners, we had one of their fish specials topped with blue cheese sauce, prime rib, kids cheeseburger and the New York strip with mushrooms. We devoured everything. Our waiter Gary was also amazing. Huge props to him for making our meal extra special.

Joe's Bar & Grill is a New American restaurant located on Conway St. in North Myrtle Beach. They are open every day from 4:30PM - 9:30PM. My family and I stopped in last night for our 5:00 reservation, and our table was ready right when we arrived. The food was good, service was friendly, and I Ioved the view of the marsh. Complimentary crackers and butter were provided and already set on the table before we were seated. For appetizers we ordered clams, mussels, and bacon wrapped scallops. The clams were sautéed in a rich blend of white wine, butter, and garlic, while the mussels came in a bold, spicy marinara. They are both served with garlic toast. The bacon wrapped scallops were cooked to absolute perfection and served on a bed of rice. They definitely stole the show! For my entree I decided on the steak au Poivre. It consists of an 8oz filet mignon coated with peppercorns and topped with a brandy and Dijon cream sauce. The steak was cooked to my liking, but I didn't love the accoutrements. All beef entrees come with roasted potatoes and a house salad. You can substitute a cup of soup for $2.00, which is what l did. I got the low country seafood chowder. While the flavor was good, there was barely any seafood. It was mostly vegetables and potatoes. Our server, Gary, was great! He was personable, accommodating, and had a great sense of timing. Everything arrived just when it should. Joe's has indoor and outdoor seating. Happy hour is Sun - Thu 4:30PM - 7PM. Reservations recommended. Joy was our server. She was an absolute delight. We enjoyed bacon wrapped scallops, wedge salad, tomahawk pork chop with apple chutney mango, turtle caramel martini and also the peach martini. She brought us a birthday brownie dessert as a surprise. Great view of Spanish moss trees upstairs. Great staff. Best meal of the trip.

We each picked a couple items, and at first I was skeptical about how well such a mixed menu would come together. That skepticism didn't last long. What's impressive is how they manage to cover different cuisines and still execute them well. The shishito peppers came perfectly grilled and paired with an amazing sauce that really elevated them beyond a typical appetizer. The meatballs felt like something straight out of a family kitchen comforting, rich, and reminiscent of grandma-style cooking. The shrimp scampi was another standout: flavorful, well-balanced, and not overdone with butter or garlic. But the real highlight of the night was the pistachio espresso martini so smooth, creative, and easily one of the most memorable cocktails on the menu. Overall, it's a great spot for sharing plates and trying a little bit of everything. It turns what could feel like a scattered menu into a fun, consistently solid dining experience.

I…read moredid not make reservations this time since it was more of an impromptu trip but we were seated immediately. We went on a Thursday night which is probably less busy than a Friday or Saturday night. We sat inside this time and we started with some fried green tomatoes which had blue cheese sauce on top. I actually loved it better than the usual aoili most places serve with FGT. I got the ribeye this time, medium rare and some creamed spinach. My steak was prepared as requested. Flavorful and delicious. The creamed spinach was also good. My entrée did come with a salad as well. I had the Ceasar which came with a flaky, buttery mini croissant. My husband thoroughly enjoyed his burger. Last but not least, I ordered the molten chocolate cake. Sadly, I was a bit disappointed as the molten part was really only some thick chocolate sauce on top of a slightly warmed (maybe via microwave) chocolate cake. The place was exactly as I remembered it. Service was quick and friendly and even though we were seated inside, we still had a great view of the marina and some parts of the water. I will always come back to Clark's for steak next time I am back in the area.

We started with the crab dip appetizer and the bacon-wrapped scallops. The crab dip was just okay, while the scallops had such a heavy bacon flavor that you could not taste the scallops themselves. We also tried the she-crab soup, which wasn't anything special, although the clam chowder was very good. My friends ordered chicken sandwiches and were satisfied with them. I chose the entrée salad with shrimp and hot bacon dressing, and it was awful. I definitely won't order it again. The "hot bacon dressing" didn't have even a smidgen of bacon in it -- it was basically flavored water. The service was fine, but overall the food was disappointing.
