I had a very disappointing experience at this nail salon. After noticing that a small corner had been cut off, I politely asked the nail technician if she could fix it. Instead of simply correcting the mistake, she immediately became rude and started raising her voice at me. She repeatedly asked if I wanted her to remove everything and leave, as if asking for a small fix was unreasonable. I wasn't being disrespectful, i was simply asking for the service to be done properly. No customer should feel uncomfortable or be spoken to that way over a polite request. Mistakes happen, but poor customer service and an unprofessional attitude are unacceptable. I will not be returning. read more

CROOKS! BEWARE!! My 14 year old daughter had her nails done. My receipt came to $111. Checked my bank and was charged $233! Called them for clarification, after she 'investigated' she told me she didn't realize and thought she was left $122 tip (On $111 bill!!!!) LIES. She then said she would give me my money back via Venmo in 30 minutes, a process that takes 10 seconds. She never sent the money. How do you sleep, Ha (that's her name)? Taking advantage of a CHILD. This is my go-to nail spot! They're always busy but always make time for clients - typically the wait time isn't long if you make an appointment. Super professional & the owner is so kind! Reasonably priced for services and feel like most of the time they put in a great amount of effort and time. A few nail techs aren't as good as others - so would recommend finding the tech you like and requesting her for service! I used to love coming to this nail salon, it's a no-frills easy- to -get-in spot... gets job done/ fast/ and it's a little less expensive than some other spots.... the service has never been amazing but it has been good enough to come back. Recently I had a really bad service. My gel x manicure lasted 1 week before the nails started lifting and popping off (what a waste of money!). I think it was because he didn't use a primer, did not size the tips correctly to the shape of my natural nail & he didn't leave the light on long enough. The woman who did my pedicure was not engaged at all in what she was doing, and thus, it was a painful experience. She had long nails that dug into my foot in sensitive areas - especially when she was gripping my foot while removing calluses... She gave me an actual cut on the cuticle of one of my toes from over buffing. It was bled during the service and afterwards I had to clean it with antiseptic wash for 3-4 days and monitor... not to mention the sensitivity when walking/wearing shoes. You should never walk out of a manicure or pedicure with a wound... I should have asked for a discount but I didn't unfortunately. There are so many other salons around so I likely won't return to this one. read more

I followed my nail techs, Kelly and Kim, who used to work at another salon, to here. I absolutely love this salon. It's such a hidden gem! Everyone is very professional and does amazing work. I believe it's a family run salon and I just adore that. I tell all my friends and coworkers about this place. While the outside appearance is a little rundown, that shouldn't turn you away from coming inside. What matters to me, is it's clean, well maintained, friendly, and they do incredible work. Every time I get gels, they last at least 3 weeks. And my pedicures always look fabulous (normal pedicures, no gel toes here). All the people who work here are professional and do great work. Parking in the afternoon can be a little crazy, due to the amount of shops and restaurants share the same parking, so be prepared and come a little early to make sure you find a spot. read more

Heya! It saddens me to write this review but here goes nothing while I'm still sitting in the shop. I've been coming here off and on for the last 3 years when I want "specialty or harder designs" because the quality is work is great (At least Michelle is), with that said I don't mind traveling an hour, overlooked the overpriced / non-consistent prices and communication issues from to time. Now that the quality of service is not there, it saddens me but I'll take it as a sign to find something closer to home (cause there are a few!!) as my natural naiks are very long in there own, I completely clipped them to start fresh... Today I made an appt for Gel X full set and gel Pedi and was quoted $60 for fullest no biggie. Well I arrive as scheduled to be informed that what I explained over the phone and told was Gel X is not accurate and apparently, my request was a gel extension that doesn't come / can't be done in a full set form :(. I explained it was done on one of my nails that was wrongly shaped in the past and I loved it. Well after telling Michelle I'm sorry cause I don't like acrylic nails she understood and said "i'm sorry, not sure what was discussed at time of booking" understandable! So I decided to get a regular media/pedi since I'll need a color change next week that be told by the lady during my feet they were all booked up and she couldn't do it my $17 medi WAiT WHAT?!?! Yes I also witness them take a walk-in, but instead of making a scene I paid for a $30 regular media to drive somewhere else to get a pedicure. It's unbelievable to me that I've been loyal, brag and refer people to them all the time, that this is how it all ends. It was good while it lasted. read more

I fell in love with this place the second I walked through the door because every single staff looked up at me HAPPILY, inviting me in. I felt so welcomed, they truly wanted me to be there. As I waited for my friend to arrive, they filled up a foot bath for me so I could soak my feet. When my friend arrived our pedicures and manicures began and I loved the fact that this place was PERFECTLY STAFFED! When people came in for services, the staff weren't frazzled that they didn't have enough people to attend to customers, thus not throwing off the relaxed atmosphere. My pedicure and manicure turned out perfectly too. I even opted for a 20 minute long foot massage and it's exactly what my feet wanted! In total my whole experience cost me $51, which is a great deal considering I got a pedi/mani/long ass massage! I've been coming here for over 3 years although I've tried a couple of other shops in the Valley, this is where I feel at home. Ha is so nice, funny, and accomodating. I've probably had all of the nail techs do my nails at least twice and the quality of service is consistent throughout. They have TV's facing the pedicure chairs which help you to relax and "zone out" of the process which I really appreciate because some shops are hard to relax in with a lot of commotion always going on. I love this place. It is a little out of my way, but I would drive for the service and quality. Deana is an amazing owner. She cares about the people who are in the shop with her and she doesn't over book appointments. I have had the 3D nail art and most recently their marble nails design. I think they are fabulous! The price is great, too! I will always remember the quality and durability. I was unable to go to the shop for just over 2 months and my nails lasted about 7, almost 8, weeks before one nail finally chipped enough to break. It was ACRYLIC nails!!!
