After the last job, he did on our 2016 BMW that got hit quite hard by another vehicle. He did the repairs they looked great. The rear alignment was out when we got it so the rear tires scrubbed till they had all the belts showing on the inside Called him about it. He said to call my insurance company and do an additional claim which we did. They never had the car aligned which put my family in serious danger. For the fact that we could've been going down the road at a high speed Internet turned and had a blowout. I called that gross negligence. I took the car to Bmw to find out that there were more items that were broken and not repaired. Call Kevin Pylant again at this point basically got the blow off since it's not his job to do those things which we're gonna have to find out through the legal system. A cover was missing off the right rear portion of the car that Bmw found and showed me. I asked him about that and he said well it was there when it left so we got the blow off at this point. I thought there would be some warranty because apparently if it was there it was installed incorrectly and fell off the car, but by his attitude at this point, I did not wish to proceed with it anymore and I'm now taking it up with the legal team at State Farm. I'm sure we're both in a agreements that we will not no longer work together. We paid fair money, and did not expect to get this kind of treatment.
