This is my first time ever purchasing a Cadillac. I was very excited to purchase this car, but don't buy Don't buy a car from this dealership they are full of shit. I purchased a car from them one of the sales people and they told me that the car came with 2 keys when the car was delivered to my house. It only came with one key so I called them up and asked them what was the other key and they said that they didn't have any more keys to give me so I wanted to have another key made which was gonna cost me $675. I end up paying the price for the key just to remind you that I paid cash for my car which is over $40,000. They had no issue taking my money, but they had an issue giving me another key for my car. Don't waste your time with the general manager or the sales people there they all lie. take your business somewhere else. Do not trust them. i'm trying to reach out to someone in the corporate office to see if we can resolve this issue with this key process. I am very disappointed. I bought a 2019 GMC Sierra 3500 HD dually from them a few months ago. I am a combat veteran, and I purchased the truck to start my first veteran-owned business, a trucking company that hauls loads interstate. I am also located three hours from any GMC dealership. I told my sales representative this to emphasize the importance of dependability. Making this purchase remotely, I relied heavily on the on-site team to communicate the condition of the truck to me. They assured me that the truck was in great shape and that it was an excellent buy. They had it delivered to me in Oregon. When the delivery driver arrived, I immediately noticed an exhaust leak because of the chugging sound the engine made. As a former mechanic, I know that any mechanic would have known this. Still, I took the truck anyway. After a few days of driving, the check engine light came on. The truck had four codes, three of which were permanent, meaning they weren't new. This indicated I needed to have the glow plugs replaced. The other issue involved the fuel pressure sensor, and no one has been able to determine how to repair it. I'm sure the dealership was aware of this, and they simply cleared the codes and delivered the truck to me before the light came back on. But that's not all. Once I started hauling loads, the exhaust manifold gasket failed, making my engine brake unusable, which is vital when driving in mountainous terrain. That repair kept me off the road for three weeks. Several studs broke off in the head, and it cost a fortune to repair, not to mention the income I lost during that time. Once I finally got back on the road, I was hauling a load when the engine derated; the HUD showed an emissions system issue. I had to find a nearby diesel mechanic and drive there at 30 miles per hour. I had to find a place to park my trailer and cargo, then get the repairs done again. It turned out that one of the injectors went bad. This was another costly repair and delayed my schedule for the rest of the route. These major mechanical issues should not occur after a dealership has thoroughly inspected the vehicle to prepare it for sale. I used to work as a mechanic at a dealership, and we would have fixed all these issues beforehand. And these are just the big problems. There are also several smaller issues. The radio constantly malfunctions, beeping every few seconds and switching screens without being touched. I wondered why they covered the screen with plastic when it arrived, but now I think that was some kind of cover-up. There are warning lights on the dashboard that don't work. The air suspension for the rear axle leaks and needs to be inflated periodically, even when the truck is off--I can hear it running, which drains my batteries. The side steps that fold down when you open the doors have never worked correctly, and now they no longer function at all. There was obvious body damage on the right rear fender that they didn't mention. Additionally, the truck's alignment is off, and my front tires will need to be replaced soon. This dealership sold me a lemon, and they knew it was defective. I have reached out to them multiple times by email and phone. I even left a voicemail for the manager, but I haven't received a response. I do not recommend buying from this dealership. I usually don't leave reviews, but this has caused me immense suffering and financial hardship. I invested everything I had in starting this business, and this truck will force me to shut it down and lose everything. read more

DO NOT BUY ANY USED CAR HERE, PERIOD. I drove 1.5 hours from San Francisco to purchase my 2017 Prius Prime Plus as it was the right color, model etc. and now I am out $17K after paying cash for the sales price, $1.5K for catalytic converter replacement after one week of ownership and now it needs a new engine after less than 3000 miles at a cost of $10.5K. They claim after the fact I should have bought the $5K warranty which puts the car at the same price as a newer one yet tell you that the car was fine when they inspected it. They offer you a warranty of around $3500 for a year and $5,000 for 3 years....why so much, what are you hiding? I personally tried to add the 1 year warranty a few days later as my wire payment hadn't gone through and I had not had the car delivered yet and they refused to so it....not that it would have mattered with THIS dealership. read more

Made the mistake of using kelly blue book to look up the value of my vehicle and selected the option that would send my information to dealerships. Both Vanessa and Kevin from this location called me and I assured them I wasn't interested in working with dealerships after having spoken to others and figuring out they'd all offer the same low fixed price. Vanessa called me multiple times and I let her know I was firm on what I was looking for and didn't want to waste my time with a trade in value. I was told not to worry, they were very "close" to what I wanted and just needed to look at the vehicle. I didn't listen to her the first time but, stupidly, did the second time and drove in. (Quick aside - given the age of my vehicle, it is in great shape. And if they're surprised by some UV damage to a fender on a 23 year old vehicle they have whole list of other problems to be wary of). They test drove it and offered the same amount every other dealership offered. Huge waste of time and I was livid. Seems very much like they're willing to say anything on the phone to get you to come in, in the hope you will make stupid decisions once there. Business practices that are beyond infuriating. Honesty. They got us into the dealership with low prices. Those prices were low if you gave up the rebate. Otherwise they were comparable to the dealership next door. One guy told us the car had a service agreement on it. When I took it to my local Chevy at around 42,000 miles, there was no service agreement on it. It had the usual warranty for 36,000 miles. They also didn't tell us about the battery being wonky because of some "testing" Chevy was doing. They handed that to us, as a printout on research they did from the internet, as we were walking out the door. It wasn't even from Chevy Corp. I received a call from Robert from this dealership claiming I can bring the car In to redeem a cash offer in the amount of $ 66, 600. So I came by with my vehicle which has 16,800 miles. I ask for Robert and he comes out to look at my low-mileage vehicle. I'm then turned over to a different salesman ( presumably the sales manager). He compliments me on the excellent condition of my LC and asks to follow him to the showroom where after about ten minutes he claims a similar vehicle located in Los Angeles is comparable and offers me $60,000 for my vehicle. I visited Watsonville GMC today 10/11/24 to check out a vehicle I was interested in. My visit lasted around 30 minutes, during which I looked over the car that was parked right in front of the office where the employees were. Despite several salespeople walking by, not a single one stopped to ask if I needed help or even acknowledged me. It was surprising, especially since the car was right outside their office. I finally was reminded to write this review for a used car I purchased in May, because my husband spilled coffee on the passenger side floor mat, and in cleaning it he said: "this mat smells like coffee and cigarettes!" I purchased my Bolt EV from Watsonville Cadillac in May 2024, and they offered delivery for a reasonable price to the Bay Area. I needed the car quickly, so I agreed to buy it without inspecting it myself, under the condition that it did NOT SMELL like CIGARETTES! The sales rep who sold me the car said it did not. I'm sensitive to fragrance, so I also asked that they not put that new car fragrance in there, since it makes me a bit nauseous. When the car arrived, the car seemed great overall, but it did smell a bit like fragrance, and as that smell faded, it very clearly smelled of cigarettes. Several people have gotten into the car and immediately told me it smelled like someone had been smoking in it. I wasn't going to return the car at that point because it was badly needed, but I called the sales rep and told her that the car smelled like the previous owner had been a smoker, and instead of apologizing, she claimed that not only she, but two other people had checked the car and determined that it did not smell like smoke. The only way that I can imagine this happening is if they kept on trying to remove the smell, and finally concluded that it no longer smelled like smoke to them. It is now late August and the mats (probably the easiest piece of the car to get the smell out of -- they could have just replaced the mats!) apparently still smell strongly of cigarette smoke. Maybe I'll replace them myself... The other issue was that the car arrived without a temporary registration in the window, as required by law. The sales rep claimed that they had put the registration in, and that it must have been removed when the car was detailed. Not sure why I needed to know that. It only mattered that they didn't deliver the car with the required sticker. She said they would mail the sticker to me, and send me a picture of the sticker right away, since I was on a road trip and was concerned that I would get pulled over and not have a valid registration to show the police. A week later, when I still hadn't received the sticker in the mail, she told me she was mailing it to me that day, and had thought the emailed image was adequate. Moral: If you really, really don't want a car that smells like cigarette smoke, either don't buy a car from this place (maybe everyone here smokes and they can't tell the difference!), or make sure to smell the car in-person before buying. And make sure if you receive the car by delivery that it has the registration sticker so you don't get in trouble for driving an unregistered car. read more
