We purchased a new vehicle from this location, no problem. That was a painless experience…read more Unfortunately with less than 100 miles on it, the issues began. I brought it in and was literally ghosted. I was not able to get a straight answer regarding the repairs or when they could/would be done any of the times I called, which were numerous. Almost a month later I finally called the national number. They had similar difficulties with communication but were able to tell me that the "special order parts" I had been waiting on were never ordered. In fact the work order had been closed the day before I called them. Ok, I tried again. This time I was assured not only did they have the parts but that everything would be fixed the day I brought it back in. That was the 5th of August. I got my vehicle back at the end of the day, but only bc I inquired at the end of the day if it was ready. Picked it up.... and.... Nope. Not fixed. I don't understand what the problem is. Communication is not a strong suit for this establishment. I just want my new vehicle to function and operate like a NEW VEHICLE instead of a pick n pull special. 2 strikes.... Come on people.... Restore my faith...

I have no complaints against Victor. My jeep was done by my requested time…read more This is a general complaint against the pricing policy of this dealership, Ford and Chevy as they are owned by the same person. Let me give you the facts: 1) the air filter: there are two hex bolts to be removed and there are four fasteners(hinges) to be undone. Labor: 50.00 dollars Air filter; 35.12 dollars On Amazon: air filter- 18 bucks- I picked the most expensive one. 2) Corrosion on negative battery: this is a good one as I have done work on my own before using a batter terminal wire brush. All you to is twist the brush clockwise and counterclockwise a few times to remove the corrosion. Use a vacuum to suck up the mess. Labor: 125 dollars Parts: 37.16 dollars(using Amazon: CRC terminal protector cost about 18 bucks for the WHOLE can. What did I get?- a few squirts here and there. 3) Brake flush: I actually done that my self- it was not easy for me. So, I will not complain about this service, but I feel IMHO that the charge was on the high side: 386.50 dollars. 4) the driver side windshield wiper blade; I am just stating the facts here: In the early morning there was heavy dew. I used my wipers and they performed as normal. And I was watching them closely for abnormal streaks-none. I get a report that the driver side wiper was ripped apart. I decided to replace it myself as I carry spare wipers in my emergency box. I had to ask for a quote for replacing the blade. I cannot imagine what the dealer would charge for labor and replacement blade. Victor was a very professional and courteous as I brought up labor work/charge on cleaning the battery terminals. I deducted one star for labor prices.

Very Disappointing Financing Experience…read more I'm extremely disappointed with my experience at Watsonville GMC. I came in seriously interested in purchasing a 2027 GMC Terrain and was ready to put $5,000 down. The vehicle selling price they showed me was $32,535, which I was happy with. The first payment worksheet I received showed 6.99% APR for 72 months. After submitting the credit application with a co-buyer who has strong credit, the financing offer I received was 13.34% APR for 72 months. With my $5,000 down payment, the amount financed was about $31,538.75, but the finance charge alone was $14,706.85, with payments of $642.30 per month for 72 months. That would mean more than $46,000 in loan payments, plus my $5,000 down payment, on a vehicle with a selling price of $32,535. I understand that interest rates depend on credit history and lender approval, but I was extremely uncomfortable with how dramatically the financing changed. When I questioned the rate, I was told they did not receive other approvals because of my credit history. I specifically asked about using my co-buyer's stronger credit or having her qualify independently because I was not willing to accept a 13.34% APR. This experience left me feeling pressured and very disappointed. A low advertised vehicle price does not necessarily mean you are getting a good overall deal once financing is included. My advice to future customers: do not focus only on the vehicle price or monthly payment. Before signing anything, carefully check the APR, amount financed, finance charge, total of payments, down payment, and any warranties or add-ons. Get everything in writing and compare financing with your own bank or credit union. I ultimately was not comfortable accepting these financing terms. I hope the dealership improves the transparency and customer experience around financing because buying a vehicle should not leave a customer feeling this frustrated and disappointed.

From the moment I arrived, Joseph greeted me with a smile and was genuinely committed to helping me find the right vehicle. I had my heart set on a red Challenger I had seen at another dealership and was having a hard time deciding. Then Joseph showed me a black Challenger with a red interior, and I instantly fell in love with it. His professionalism, patience, and positive attitude made the entire experience enjoyable and stress-free. The team at Gilroy Car Club has been incredibly helpful, understanding, and flexible with my situation. I truly couldn't have asked for a better car-buying experience. I'm so grateful that I chose to purchase my car through them. Words can't fully express how thankful I am for Joseph and the entire Gilroy Car Club team. Highly recommend!

Thank you Aurthur' Manager,…read more Your salesman tried to sell me a once damaged Audi at full, undamaged price. When I offered a refundable $2,000 deposit to hold it while I got it inspected, you personally refused it -- the only deposit you'd take was one that locked me in no matter what I found wrong with the car. That's not a sales process, that's a con. He knew what was going on in my life. It had already come up in his texts with someone close to me before he ever spoke to me directly. He knew I needed a reliable car fast, and your team tried to use that against me anyway. But you refused that deposit, and that refusal is the only reason I didn't take the car. If you'd let me hold it the honest way, I would have committed right there and been stuck with an overpriced, damaged car. Instead I bought a BMW -- a better car no accidents covered in wrap. . So genuinely, thank you. You saved me from a huge mistake, and you did it by trying to force me into one. That Audi is still sitting on your lot, unsold, weeks later. That tells you the price was never honest. Anyone who does buy it at your number is getting the same treatment I almost got. You should be ashamed of how your team operates -- but I'm grateful your greed was too clumsy to work on me.
