After that, communication completely stopped. I had to call or text every week just to get updates. Multiples times to voicemail no answer. It took over 3 weeks for the parts to come in. About a week later, I received a text showing a $0 estimate and that my car was ready for pickup -- with no consistent communication throughout the entire process. The whole warranty repair took about a month. To make matters worse, my key fob was returned ripped. I asked the service advisor about purchasing a replacement cover and never received a response. Now I'm stuck having to replace a key fob after a month-long manufacturer warranty repair. Customer service here is poor. I understand this was a warranty job, but I guarantee you wouldn't receive this level of service if you were buying a vehicle. I would recommend going to another Dodge dealership.

When I offered a refundable $2,000 deposit to hold it while I got it inspected, you personally refused it -- the only deposit you'd take was one that locked me in no matter what I found wrong with the car. That's not a sales process, that's a con. He knew what was going on in my life. It had already come up in his texts with someone close to me before he ever spoke to me directly. He knew I needed a reliable car fast, and your team tried to use that against me anyway. But you refused that deposit, and that refusal is the only reason I didn't take the car. If you'd let me hold it the honest way, I would have committed right there and been stuck with an overpriced, damaged car. Instead I bought a BMW -- a better car no accidents covered in wrap. . So genuinely, thank you. You saved me from a huge mistake, and you did it by trying to force me into one. That Audi is still sitting on your lot, unsold, weeks later.
