He Asked for my patio door measurements, which I didn't have but he wasn't rude about it and instead chad sent me two sliding patio door measurement estimates of what he believes I might have. I went through the paper work and honestly, the pricing was perfect! it wasn't too cheap where i was going to get a shitty job done or too expensive. I believe the price was right and not pricey at all. The estimate was good for a month, so I decided to shop around and see what other options I may have but Covid-19 hit and I just put everything to a pause. A month later in April, I decided that I really needed my door fix ASAP! I decided to email Chad back and from there we made the arrangements to have my sliding door fixed! Everything went smoothly and no miscommunications at all. (That's a plus for me!) He did sent out his contractor (very nice) to make the final measurements of my door before ordering the sliding door. My date for installation was anywhere from June 11-15. I waited a month but well worth the wait for installation. The guy who came was nice, I forgot how long it took him, but it was a one day installation. He suggested a 'spray stucco' that would not disturb the present pattern. I was hesitant to 'spray', so we called the man who did our ORIGINAL job and asked about doing yet ANOTHER 'hand trowel' stucco. He informed me that you only hand trowel a pattern, ONCE. After that, you spray the stucco if needed. He asked me who I contacted to spray the stucco. As it turned out, Victor had worked for him for a number of years and got a great recommendation from him! :D He did a wonderful job, and although he did not carry the color we wanted, he told us where to order it and it came out great! They were in and out in 3 days, subfloor replaced, flooring replaced, trim repaired, all electrical and plumbing repaired, AND crappy old kitchen cupboards removed and then reinstalled without any damage either to the cupboards nor the tile backsplash. This was all done last week. We just had a second contractor get back to us with a late estimate for the same job, insisting that the kitchen cupboards would almost certainly fall apart and need to be replaced (for more money obviously). So we sent a photo of the job already done with cupboards intact. We will only be hiring JJ from now on.

Robert called and stated he was ten minutes away. 45 minutes later I receive a text stating his vehicle would not make it up the road to my house. This is often an issue as there are two roads to take. One is impassible. Google Maps knows this and routes people the easier route (which semi trucks and large vehicles take daily with no issues). Prior to the conversation with Robert, Jose stated if Robert couldn't make it up that day he would schedule me for the following Wednesday for Inspection. No one called or showed up Wednesday either. When I called Robert THE OWNER to ask what happened to my Wednesday appointment he said I wasn't honest about how far up a dirt road I live on (like I didn't provide my service address originally.) When asked why I never received a call about the missed appointment I was told I should have called him. Why is the customer responsible for confirming an appointment the contractors office made? Absolutely horrendous customer service and an absolute joke of a contractor who takes zero accountability for his companies poor organization. If I could give zero stars I would. DONT BOTHER CALLING THIS COMPANY. They'll just waste your time.
