So many fun fall breads out right now! Some of my points were expiring soon so I wanted to claim them. It was my first time doing that and the girl that was helping me was so patient and helpful to help me claim my rewards!

Absolutely LOVE this place! Their Strawberry Matcha Latte is hands down one of the best matcha's I've ever had. The fresh strawberries bring the perfect amount of sweetness! Seriously such a treat. Also the customer service here is always amazing. The cashiers are always so sweet and patient. 10/10 HIGHLY recommend!!

Good stuff but mostly heavy. These pastries taste clean and aren't too sweet but still leave you feeling heavy afterwards. But it's good stuff. Also the coffees are great. The sea salt and Viet ice coffees are awesome. Cool spot to grab a quick bit and coffee, if you can find parking.

I stopped in today to check out 85 degrees Bakery and Cafe. Such an amazing array of tarts, cakes, and pastries. I also noticed some savory pastries as well. They also pride themselves in their Guatemalan coffee. Picking out just a few things was extremely difficult. Everything looked picture perfect with so many unique flavors available,

I always have a great experience when I visit 85C Bakery. The pastries and cakes are so fresh, and there are many different flavors to choose from! The drinks and cakes are ordered at the cashier, and the pastries are self serve, which you select what you like and bring to the cashier to pay. There are also tables inside where you can sit and enjoy your pastries/drinks.

There were a lot more choices this time! The service was quick today too! The brioche bread was my favorite!

My stepmom loves this bakery, so we made a point to come here on our last visit. All of the baked goods are individually packaged which is nice; use a tray to keep your items together if you need one. There are cards describing the items to help with any allergies or aversions - I am allergic to almonds and almost chose an item that didn't have almond in the name but they were hidden inside. I picked out 3 pastries to take home, 2 cinnamon twists for my dad, a loaf of Japanese Milk Bread, and ordered 2 drinks at the counter (Americano and iced milk tea, no boba). The workers were friendly and efficient. The total price for everything was not bad at all in my opinion (for fancy bakeries), $27.55. I wish I had taken a photo of the receipt because the individual pastries were priced well. Everything we tried from here was delicious. My stepmom bought a chocolate mousse cake for my dad's birthday, and it was delicious! The cake included birthday candles and a decoration to include on the cake when presented. It was boxed up nicely, and may have included a serving spatula (not sure). The cake looked very heavy but it was surprisingly light! Overall, very happy with this bakery and will definitely return.

I headed over and this was the first time since the expansion I had seen the updates. It was amazing to see in person. I ordered the lunch special and had the option to pick between caesar salad or mixed greens and I chose mixed greens. The soup of the day was tomato bisque. The sandwich options were tuna or chicken pesto and I went with tuna. While I waited for me to go I also got a sweet treat. I got the oatmeal cookie. Everything was so yummy and perfect amount of food. The salad came with a dressing on the side which I think was olive oil and lemon?

Today, my wife and I had the pleasure of visiting the one adjacent to the Zion Market. We were delighted to find this spot open - we'd been walking the mall since she hadn't been there in years and we'd skipped breakfast so we bought a couple pastries and coffee and tea and it was all very good. I can't wait to be back. Service was good and quick - so many choices and we were pressed for time, but the cakes looked amazing and we enjoyed everything bought. We feel really fortunate to have places like this near enough to Denton that we can take family to visit when they come out and treat ourselves every so often.

This might be, truly, the best croissant come across my tastebuds! If you're familiar with Lewisville, TX, you know for number of years some parts of it were run down and not taken care of. Vista Ridge Mall, was one of those neighborhoods that was neglected for years and sadly looks like a ghost town inside and out. I recently walked through this mall with family and it was sad to see what once was a very prominent shopping and dining place, became almost abandoned. So I thought. When you drive around the mall, you'll see a nice corner lot of the building, full parking lot that has a small town of its own. Full of Korean shopping and dining. You'll find a large, "Zion Food Market," and next to it... "Paris Baguette." As soon as you walk through the large glass doors, you're immediately be transported into French atmosphere. The fresh baked goods aromas are crowding into your nostrils. To your right is pastry galore options. "Prosciutto Fig & Goat Cheese Pizzetta," "Hash Brown Bread," "Pastry Franks," "Mini Grain Cream Cheese Pastry," "Mini Croissants," "Strawberry Croissants," "NY Cheese Tart," "Tiramisu Tart," "Sweet Rice Doughnuts," "Sausage Stick Bread," "Snow Bunny Cake," "Chocolate Strawberry Cake," "Red Velvet Cake," and surprisingly... so much more. The amount of fresh, handmade, pastries this particular location has can be overwhelming. You can walk around and try to find the perfect pastry for yourself and you'll find yourself lost in your inner desires. After walking around, on an empty stomach, trying to select the best pastry, I ended up settling on, "Prosciutto Fig & Goat Cheese Pizzetta," "Pastry Frank," and "Strawberry Croissant." When you place your order, you have such kind and friendly staff. They were extremely helpful in helping me with my large selection. "Strawberry Croissant," had fresh fruit with fluffy texture and sweet creamy filling. This might be, truly best croissant I've ever tasted. "Pastry Frank," was soft to the touch and the meat inside was evenly cooked that with every bite, it was a perfect dance combination for your tongue. Their New, "Prosciutto Fig & Goat Cheese Pizzetta," was very delicious. The large peace's of goat cheese, mix with other meats and seasonings made a perfect choice for a snack or a meal. In fact, costing under $6, I was full after eating it by itself. I had to take the rest of the pastries To-Go. Definitely recommend this location for pastries galore and friendly staff.

The interior isn't big but there are 4 small tables for seating and a bench for waiting. They have sweet and savory morning baked goods - croissants "croix", daily made sourdough flavors, sandwiches, and coffee. The service was great - the cashier was super helpful and gave good honest recommendations. I got a sandwich (mortadella, burrata, pistachio), 3 croix's (strawberry and cream, everything, and pistachio), and a black cold brew. Food came out in about 10 mins (about the time it took to write this review and take a couple pics). Food was really good - bread was super crunchy and everything was very flavorful. Not gonna go in detail. Try it yourself. I promise it's worth waking up at 7am and driving out here! Note - while I didn't get any, I did notice that the sourdough is premade and you get it instantly.

So the baker, Rodrigo, is from Mexico and you can taste the influence in the cream. The crossaint have perfect flakiness - soft on the inside and perfect flakiness on the outside! This goes for the pistachio crossaint and the vanilla cream cruffin. The size, portion, flavor are all done right (though I wish I could taste more vanilla in the cream cruffin). The kougin amann is also more traditional - caramelized and hardened (I suggest adding some fruits inside, a bakery I went to in Jersey City did that and it was all I ate from them for awhile.) I'm giving 5 stars because while there is room for something new, you have to go for the pistachio crossaint.
