I've always had a pretty good experience at this location. For the most part they keep their pastries stocked. Seating area is clean. Never had any issues with their customer service. It's always busy but that's like every 85 location.

Omg! Best breads and pastries I have had in a long time!!! Every single one was amazing! We got 15 different one... can't remember them all but the ones that stick out in my mind, since I like spicy stuff (lol) was the jalapeno cream cheese bread and the Hawaiian chicken bread which were both so so good we devoured it in a couple bites. We also tried the spicy sausage bun and that was also amazing! I ate it all and didn't share with the rest of the family! The cafe itself was so clean and the displays were perfect. The buns and breads were all packaged in its own wrapper so you didn't have to worry about people touching your food with their dirty fingers (thank goodness). The only thing was that our cashier didn't seem too enthusiastic hahaha but it was pretty busy so maybe he was just feeling tired. We also ordered drinks too and the tiger boba latte and some coffee and they were all great!!! The boba was perfect texture. I am so surprised at how good everything was considering they are a chain. Usually when you have like a chain their quality seems to suffer but here...not at all! The baked goods were top tier! Seriously. Every thing was so so amazing! Wow. I am definitely planning to buy a ton more and take it to my extended family so they can try it. We don't live around here so we are going to definitely going to hunt down locations near where I live and see if the quality is the same. So happy with this experience! Everyone come!! It's amazing!!!

I don't come often here but I should more but I was in the area eating dinner and I had a hankering for some good sweets for dessert and this hit the spot I've always had great customer service and yes it can run out of baked goods but it's not their fault Good drinks too and usually all the tables have people in them happily eating drinking chatting Always good choice coming here for some chocolate buns or custard buns

This place was open on Christmas which was great! I love their breads! They were even open until 9pm. I feel bad for the workers, but it was awesome and convenient to get a cake for my family for Christmas. I got the Ube cream cake. I tried it when it was still frozen, but it was still good. Had a good Ube taste! I also got the Ube bun which didn't really taste like Ube to me. The cream seemed more buttery sweet than Ube. I also got the mango bun which did have a mango like taste. I preferred that bun vs the Ube. I also got the brown sugar lattes it was hot and sweet. I should have gotten something more bitter to balance all those sweet treats. They had pretty much all their flavors of buns out so it didn't look empty. Everything looked so delicious!

I love stopping in for a milk pudding bun and fudge brownie cookies. This place is almost always busy and nice for a sweet treat

I love 85 degrees, I love their bread and cakes! But the lady who made the coffee seemed to have an attitude and she made the coffee so poorly. There was so much sugar and syrup. There was barely any coffee. Never again.

Friendly stuff the place is cozy a little different setting than the other 85's. A little smaller and less variaties of bread but decent collection. Love the ambiance - decor and the views looking out through the windows

Baked good are what they're known for! 10/10 can't be disappointed with anything here. The staff is very friendly. Fast paced environment. Sea salt coffee was amazing. Kinda over priced .

Do you accept EBT as payment?

No their system does not have any choice of cards that allow usage of ebt. We have tried with 3 of their workers and 2 registers. This is one of the very few bakery chains in the area that do not permit ebt usage. Seek other bakeries if using ebt

A few small tables for seating in there and a lot of random paintings on the wall. Menu is simple and easy to follow. They're a bit quiet when you walk in but they do greet you when you walk up to order. Like any other coffee shop, they're busy making your coffee so I don't blame them for focusing on making the drinks for their customers. They also sell pastries and breakfast there too if you want something to munch on with your coffee. I got the large iced tiramisu latte and large iced banana pudding latte. I asked the lady helping me how many shots came in the drink. She mentioned that all their large drinks comes with 3 shots of espresso, which is a good amount. There are also milk substitution available for those that are lactose like my husband. That's an extra charge on top of adding an extra shot too. Drinks are a good size. Pricing is already $8 for the drinks I got so add ons can make it go up. All up to how you like your coffee. Wait time is average and not long. The only hard part is the door to get out. If you have two drinks in your hands, it's hard to pull open the door. Thankfully there were a few nice guys sitting near by that I was able to ask to open the door for me since my hands were full. Kind of wish their door was reversed. Pull open from the outside and push open from the inside so you can easily open/push it yourself when your hands are full. Lol Other than that minor inconvenience, it's a hidden gem and I will definitely be back.

I asked the staff at Kaza Mazza what they thought of it and they said it was their bakery too! I love Kaza Mazza and figured their bakery would probably be pretty spectacular too...and I was right. Step into Marhaba and you will find yourself in a quaint coffee shop and bakery welcomed by some of the nicest people. I don't recall the young man's name but he worked there on 1/13/26 @ about 830pm and was so hospitable. Im not too knowledgeable on Mediterranean sweets so he explained their menu in detail...unfortunately, most of their goodies were gone. I had their Baklava w/pistachio, a slice of their Knafeh (which I have never had before and knew nothing about) and we also had their Caramel Macchiato and Lavender Latte. I dont think I can properly describe their baked goods other than it was a delectable experience. The Baklava was crisp, rich and not too sweet while the Knafeh with its cheese and various textures just melted in my mouth. My hubby even enjoyed these and he isn't much of a dessert fan! Their coffees were also very good. We both enjoyed what we ordered and look forward to many returns. Thank you Marhaba for your kind hospitality delicious desserts and amazing coffee!

It was warm and the door was left open and there were 2 tables that had customers waiting for their orders. I ordered 6 pcs of the baklava then asked about the matcha and the guy said he had no idea what it tasted like. Red flag, my husband definitely was not having him make his matcha lol. I ordered an iced Americano with a splash of half n half thinking that this was a safe choice. He left the register and went to the back where him and a lady spoke loudly to each other for about 5 minutes. He came back and proceeded to try to ring me up. He had no idea how to use the clipp coupon and made several attempts but failed. He finally called the owner who then walked him through the process. Then came the worst part... He went to make my Americano. First he made the espresso shots, great! Then he filled a cup to the top with ice, excellent. THEN He filled almost the entire cup with half n half and put the shot in! I'm talking there was 1 full cup of half n half in my Americano. I'm talking 300 calories not 60. If you know anything about Americano you would understand how wrong this is. The cup should have been at least 1/2-3/4 filled with water first! It was not drinkable and I did not try to explain and I was not going to wait for another drink because at this point our quick stop for drinks and a treat turned into a 20 minute ordeal. Overall he seemed like the wrong person to lead the store. I know this is a new bakery and I know that a lot of blood, sweat and tears go into new businesses. I am all for supporting them. But it was a bad decision to put someone that was inexperienced alone to run it. It would have been better practice to just put up a sign that said. Sorry no drinks available today instead of risking him making a bunch of drinks wrong. The baklava I thought was excellent, tasty and not too sweet. It's unfortunate that I will not be back.

Canvas Coffee caught my eye, and I loved that it felt community-driven right from the start. It's located next door to a church, and you can tell there's an affiliation because the space is huge, open, and welcoming. Everyone inside was genuinely kind and friendly. It has that warm, community vibe that makes you feel comfortable immediately. I can imagine it being especially lively on a Sunday morning when services let out. The menu is fun and extensive. I originally considered the "Katy Perry" drink (which sounded adorable), but it's a layered drink and I wasn't in the mood for something sweet or decorative. I went with my usual: a sugar-free vanilla latte topped with salted caramel cold foam. I was only the third person in line, and my drink came out almost immediately, which I appreciated. They also had several breakfast options that looked really good. The jalapeño bagel stood out to me, and the veggie bagel sandwich looked tempting too. I just wasn't hungry enough to commit this time, but I'd definitely try one on a return visit. As for the coffee itself, it arrived piping hot, which I love. On first sip, though, it was lighter in flavor than I expected. If you prefer a blonde roast or a milder coffee profile, this might be your spot. I personally tend to gravitate toward a more medium or bold roast, so it didn't quite hit that depth I usually look for. Overall: Atmosphere - great Service - friendly and efficient Coffee strength - lighter than my preference Four stars from me. I'd come back, especially for the vibe and to give the food menu a try next time.
