I was extremely impressed then, but now it is time to try the new concoctions Gabriel Mason has added to his successful endeavor of feeding us locals. So today we tried the Loaded Texas Nachos and the Bull Sandwhich with potato salad and Mexican corn. I am absolutely in love with their blueberry chipotle bbq sauce. It is a perfectly balanced, slightly sweet bbq sauce; which is on all of their bbq offerings. This massive pile of crispy salty chips with their over the top, smoke ringed, ultra moist, cure your craving Texas brisket with melted cheese, sour cream, jalapeños, bbq sauce, and hot sauce was out of this world; and is more than enough for four people to eat. The Bull sandwich was loaded with moist smokey pulled pork and some of the best gator sausage I have ever had; which was stuffed in between a super soft cheddar jalapeño bun.
