3 to 3.5 stars overall. I rate 4 stars as it's the only decent Asian market in North County. I hadn't been to 88 ranch for about a year and prices went up huge time!! It's still somewhat more affordable than regular supermarkets and their selection of produces is large. I have been living 12 years in Asia, so I cooked Asian-French fusion pretty much every day. 88 Ranch has everything to fulfill my Asian food cravings without having to drive down to Mira Messa! A huge plus for the live blue crabs (7.99/lb) and the live crawfish! 88 offers everything for the perfect seafood boil.... You'll find a large selection of Asian veggies (locally grown, see my photos), noodle and sauce you want as well as snacks and drinks (kids love shopping at this place!) The staff is very friendly and helpful. I never faced long lines at the register. Place is cleaned, organized and well packed. Recommended!

Asian market in North County with easy parking and a relaxed atmosphere. It wasn't too crowded when I went on a Sunday afternoon, and the prices were mostly decent. They have a good selection of fresh produce, meats, seafood, snacks, and kitchen essentials. A convenient one-stop shop for Asian groceries!

A great good-enough Asian market that will hit most needs.. However, their smaller fresh produce section is their Achilles heel. I dred going down to 99 Ranch on a weekend because it's always so crowded. And that fish smell... 88 Ranch is clean and well organized. Selection was satisfactory. - Good parking

This is the cleanest most organized Asian grocery store I have been to. I was really impressed. That's all I wanted to say. Lol.

I really love the pre-prepared things in the deli their produce is very good as well. I like the fact that they have a bulk section. Really want to like this grocery store, but there are too many things holding it back. I'll start…read morewith what is good here, the selection of organic food as well as alcohol is definitely above average (no hard liquor though unlike Trader Joes). It is comparable to Jimbo's, Lazy Acres, etc. but the produce and deli departments fall short of this greatness by a lot. The sandwhiches from the deli have been wildly inconsistent in my experience; from the price to the portions and overall quality. I am ordering the same sandwhich every time, mind you so it should be the same. One time they forgot to put the meat I circled in it. Sometimes the sandwhich is tiny and feels like a kid's portion. Other times it is a nice portion that's loaded but I would say that is rare. The staff is where things start to degrade as they could use more training in general. Cashiers could be friendlier, deli people need to learn how to read. The store feels a bit cramped and it always seems very busy which I don't like.. I would say this store is a cross between Jimbo's and Major Market or something. There is no self checkout so I have to deduct points there. They do have an express lane at least. Here's another thing I have to deduct points for: they let people solicit right outside the door and they are always there, sometimes even 2 different solicitors. Trader Joes respectably does not allow solicitors in comparison. The prices are decent and certainly better than Sprouts for the most part, but who isn't? About ordering groceries online: They are not on Instacart! They do, however let you order groceries from their website but I am unsure how good it is, haven't tried it. I thought about ordering online and having grocery's delivered and you do get $10 off your first 3 orders if you do this, but I found out I'm just outside the free delivery range by less than a mile and so there is a $10 fee which is pretty ridiculous. There are some hidden fees as well as I ended up buying everything that was in my online cart in person and it was significantly less. To summarize: Pros: - Above average selection of organic and "natural" foods - Prices are better than comparable stores for the most part - Decent alcohol selection (but no hard liquor) Cons: - Solicitors always outside the door - Inconsistent sandwhich quality, portions and price - Store isn't on Instacart - Staff could be better Overall cannot recommend Frazier Farms for reasons I described.

The kit comes with 4 small size regular marshmallows (nothing home made) and 4 TINY pieces of chocolate that wouldn't even cover one s'more. It's all Graham cracker one marshmallow and a smidge of chocolate. See photos. Yes they include a tiny bit of caramel sauce and peanut butter sauce on the side, but I'm sorry, these don't even make complete s'mores. More expensive ingredients...ok. But not including enough to make an ok s'more is odd. The Graham crackers are also run of the mill. Maybe try the s'mores made there? A take home kit your better off getting a bag of large marshmallows, higher end grahams and a nice block of fancier chocolate for $20. I'm not really a s'mores person, but wanted to check it out since it was new. The owner (I presume) said they've been open for about 3 months now. Décor was cute inside. They have kits you can purchase or you can order individual s'mores. They have a vegan option too, so you'll have plenty to choose from. Good service. Small s'mores, but I guess the vegan and organic ingredients make them a bit on the pricier side ($7-8/s'more). Not complaining, just thought they would be a bit bigger. But I guess I don't need the extra spike in blood sugar anyway, so it's all good. The Classic was good. I ordered mine with oat milk chocolate. This place is still new, so hope folks check it out. It reminded me of a s'mores shop in Portland, Oregon.
