This review is for 907Alehouse - Tikahtnu/Muldoon. My family and I are regulars at their Old Seward location. It was only a matter of time before we finally got to this side of town to visit their 2nd location. 907Alehouse took over a building that used to be a taco place (we never got to visit), and before that I believe it was a Firetap Alehouse second location. It's the perfect size bar/restaurant. Very clean and bright inside. Extra long booths for families and some tables in the middle section with a really nice bar area off to the side. Large TV's hang on the walls for sports games. Both the food and drink menus are noticeably smaller here. The brew/local tap selection is a lot smaller at this location. They serve some mixed bowls here that they don't at Old Seward, but they were able to accommodate special requests we made such as "chowder fries." Service was superb here. Food came out fast and hot. They had a special holiday drink menu that I quite enjoyed. We can't wait to return for a sports breakfast someday. read more

We were visiting Alaska and was craving some comfort food from home (Kona) and we looked up the menu and found they had just that!! I had their Po' Boy Shrimp special and it was a lot of sandwich , bread was soft, shrimp were huge and crispy. My husband had the Fish and Chips and loved it, he said it was crispy on the outside but nice and soft on inside. Our server was attentive and so friendly. The space was loaded with TV's playing sports, Rodeo's, and music , more pub atmosphere but not noisy it was perfect! I would recommend and would definitely eat here again. My family and I stopped in here for lunch after a quick trip to Target on our way out of Alaska. I had one order of the fish tacos. Lots of sauce, but just a little too spicy for me! My daughter also loved her kids meal (chicken teriyaki rice bowl). I appreciated that the kids meal had something besides fish sticks and chicken nuggets. We sat outside and loved the weather. Service was still great even though we were the only ones outside when we first sat down. read more

We ate lunch here one day. It being a nice, warm, sunny day, we ate outside. The service was good despite sitting outside; sometimes that's a problem, but not here. They had a decent selection of local beers, but I was surprised they do not make their own. To eat, I had the cowboy burger, which was good. My wife had blackened halibut [fish] tacos, which looked good (she said they were good). Our daughter had a plate of diced chicken with rice and broccoli which was pretty good as well. The food was all good, the decor inside was good, the service was good. I would definitely eat here again. This might be a good alternative to the breweries downtown that have a 90 minute wait if you walk in off the street at dinner time. read more

I went with low expectations since the parking lot was empty, but wow- we were floored. This place is outstanding. First and foremost its beautiful inside AND they a have outside patio. Thats rare in Anchorage. They have an interesting mix of drinks and American cuisine. I asked for recommendations and the server's thoughts and she didn't steer me wrong. She was beautiful, friendly and bright. I was also happy to see the staff was multi-ethnic. The design of the restaurant is really interesting as well. Most important, the food was delicious, well prepared and the bartender had a very heavy hand. My husband especially loved his hand cut French fries. And the sauce on my fat belly tacos was out if this world. Will definitely revisit this jem on a sunny day to take advantage of the patio. They also have pull tabs if that's your thing. read more

Amazing service they were super friendly. I got the halibut sandwich and it was amazing! The fries were just kind of there, nothing special, not much flavor. With the astounding flavor of the sandwich I assumed the fries would match the taste, but they didn't. Oh well! I'll try something different next time! read more

My Hubbiee n I had date day here and it was delicious. The server we had was on point n knew his thing. The only thing we didnt like was there were lots of flies buzzing around, other then that, the restaurant was clean and lots of food for the amount you pay. read more

Went in on a Friday night with 9 people and they got us right in. I did call an hour before just to give them a heads up, but they don't take reservations. Our food was amazing, I had the Halibut Tacos and a "side" (giant freaking basket) of fries! One of my friends ordered a steak salad and the steak came out slightly over cooked, so the server gave her a second salad free of charge without her even asking! They kept our table clear of dirty dishes and cups (which is rare) and everyone was friendly! Adding it to my new list of favorite places here in town! read more

Nice hometown feel, food is quite good and service is friendly. Overall, it's nice to have more of these restaurants in the Muldoon area

Went in for a drink and snack. Our waiter was very pleasant and friendly. We ordered the steak nachos and they were very good. The waiter offered some homemade hot sauce with them and it was delicious. Good place for a beer and food. read more

The 907 Alehouse in Tikahnu is a nice looking place with a convenient location in NE Anchorage. It is located right near the VA, JBER, High School. There was plenty of parking. The inside is really nice looking with plenty of things to check out. We were seated in a nice clean booth. Our server Jaycie was right there to assist us. She was very nice, knowledgeable and made sure we had everything. She knew all the specials and reminded us it was Taco Tuesday! She brought us our drinks right away and promptly took our order. We took advantage of taco specials and ordered some onion rings and fries. Our food came out pretty fast and it looked and smelled great. The food was good but we felt the tacos were a a little dry and we wished they had put some more ingredients and or sauces available. Jaycie checked on us a couple times to make sure we were getting and enjoying everything. They had some nice easy going music in the background. They have a nice looking well equipped bar area too with easy to see the TV's in several areas. read more

Good atmosphere, delicious food, friendly service. Leo was prompt and attentive even during a lunchtime crowd.

I'm not huge on writing reviews, but strongly felt the need to with this place. I sat at the bar with Leo and he was fantastic, very friendly and approachable. I'm not from this state, but he told me they just recently opened this location a month ago. The food was amazing I got a few of the tacos! The pork belly taco was my favorite, but they were all great!! I definitely recommend this place! read more

Service was good. Food, on the other hand was subpar. We ordered burgers, which came out almost burnt. (There was no option on the cook, as they do smashburgers). The fries and tots were drowning in season salt. The place wasn't busy by any means, which makes the food quality an even bigger disappointment. Will not be returning. read more

907 Burger is the BEST BURGER I ever had. Being from San Diego, Califroni Idk how well my review will be accepted but I've tried a ton of different burgers in different states and that one is among the top 5 best burgers I ever had. Beer selection is pretty good too, wish they would stock up on rainiers again. read more

Service is mediocre, food is great if it is not busy. We love the cheese curds but again, only if it is not busy. We've noticed they'll come out over cooked during the busier times. Same with the nachos. The spicy food can run a bit on the heavier side. I got the blackened halibut Caesar salad and it was great but the spice was too much to finish. Same with the Steak Street Tacos, way too spicy to finish. If you like spice, then these are for you. If not, order a different sauce. read more

First time visiting 907 Alehouse. Great atmosphere. Ordered the fried shrimp basket. The order was dripping with oil from the fryer and was inedible. Ask to see the manager and was told that they were aware but nothing was done to correct the problem. read more

Checked out the new 907 Ale House on the north side and loved it! The raspberry martini was spot-on--delicious and not too sweet. We had the poki tacos (nice and spicy with fresh tuna) and some solid potato skins. Everything was great, and our server Alex was super friendly and on point. Can't wait to go back! read more
