I know this won't be typical of all service requests but I wanted to highlight how responsive the team was throughout the whole process. I put in a quote request via Yelp and got a response within 10 minutes. I provided detailed pictures of the leaking water heater along with the brand and model for reference. Patrick from Water Heater Doctor was quick to respond and gave me a call back with the details I needed along with a quote. Their quote was very competitive and was a good value for all the work they were doing to replace the water heater and haul out the old one. My gas water heater starting leaking, so I knew I had to replace it. I called Water Heater Doctor 1st to get an estimate. I talked with Patrick and he answered all my questions. I sent him pics of my water heater and told me that I had a direct vent gas water heater and told me the differences with what I had vs the other type of water heater. There was no high pressure sales and gave me a quote. I called 3 other companies (based on yelp and other reviews). All but 1 quote was higher. The other quote was very competitive in pricing. I spoke with Patrick again and decided to go with his company, which I am glad I did. Patrick was able to get us the last slot of the day.
