I used the phrase "broker" because that's the language that was given to me by the company he sent out to do the replacement windshield on my car. I recognize that companies grow and demand outpaces availability. So for that, I apologize for misusing the lingo that was given to me by non-911 Windshield employees. On another note--JD's first response to my review was fairly negative, but he edited it immediately afterward, and while I appreciate that, I think his initial "Well, you can't please everyone" and "I'm surprised with all your reviews that you'd say this" in his feedback to my 4-star rated review is indicative of why I mentioned that he was abrasive. I'm not going to penalize the review because of it, but I just wanted to clarify that the current response is not what was initially written.
