Very happy that I went with JD 911 windshield for my newly cracked windshield! Cracked my windshield at 9:45AM, found 911 Windshield at 10:00AM, reached out at 10:05AM, had a response an estimated quote based off my 'dime-nickel sized crack' description by 10:20AM. My work schedule is very limiting during the day but I was really hoping to get it taken care of ASAP. He offered to come out to me after hours so I could get it taken care of. He showed up on time, and like all the other great reviews here was very communicative and detailed in his explanation of how he was fixing it. Not to mention his estimate was my total charge which was definitely reasonable for the services rendered. He handled the job in no time at all, professionally, and very friendly! He was even kind enough to give me some insight on what my insurance would cover on entire replacement and advised that if I later changed my mind and wanted to replace the entire windshield he would work with me since I will have already pid to repair just the crack. The repair came with a warranty for as long I own the car, which really can't be beat.
