Absolutely incredible shop. After replacing the window There was a glitch in our video system connected to our window / related to a 3rd party battery we had. Something that even Subaru could not figure out. But this shop with their years of expertise went out of their way to fix it. This place is the best. Perfect job. I want to add that we did one of those window repairs with our other car with another company ( the company / chain that comes out to you) and they left a bunch of glass inside of the car. So... Easy 5 Stars...we got a crack on or X3 and had to find a reputable place to replace with a factory BMW windshield. Geico appeared to want to push me to safelite on their website and after reading reviews I stayed far away from that. Luckily i found 911 on Yelp and spoke to JD. I hope I never need this service again but if I do, I know exactly where to go. My fairly new car was hit by a giant rock resulting in a crack on the windshield from the passenger all the way to the driver side and it needed to be replaced. I contacted 911 Windshield for a quote and was asked very specific questions and to submit a photo and was given a very reasonable price. Their response time was fast which caught me by surprise. They scheduled me for a time and date that was convenient for me and got my replacement done in about 30 min and the calibration done in about 20 minutes or so. The quote they gave me is exactly what I paid. Overall it looks amazing, I can't even tell and all my sensors work properly. The team was helpful, kind, and overall great at what they do. Just an unbelievable service. Rear view mirror fell off. I reached out to multiple shops in the area. Some sent outrageous flat fee ($315). Some sent better estimates. JD is the only one who asked for details. And then, instead of charging money, he just took me step by step on how I can do it myself. Kept encouraging "it is easy". Even recommended a tool I need. Of course on a beautiful sunny day a rock would fly up and hit my windshield and chip it. I swear, my luck sometimes... So, with the OCD I have with my car of course I had to search for a place to fix my windshield ASAP. I reached out to a couple of companies and this one was the first to respond. Though the others had given me slightly cheaper quotes, this company was mobile and was able to come to me. It was more convenient since I had other things to do. With the arrival window that I was given, I received a phone call from the repairman with an ETA. He arrived and in just under 15 minutes, my chip was filled and repaired! Of course, chips don't disappear 100%, but this was dang near close! Excellent job. Service was great, the repairman (Corey) and I had some things in common and were able to engage in some small talk before he was done. My car's windshield had 2 quarter sized fractures and nearly a thousand sand chips; which made night time driving unbearable. I was in contact with JD, who provided me the information I needed to get my windshield replaced. The shop location was pristine, where I met up with Edgar and his partner. Both of them were friendly and invited me to chill in their lounge upstairs while they worked on my car. The job took a reasonable amount of time ~45min, which included recalibration of the cameras and sensors. When I sat back into my car, I could finally see everything in 16k. No longer did I feel like I was driving blind when facing the sun & oncoming car's headlights no longer scattered like a disco ball in the cabin. Now I do have to mention that I noticed marks on the back edge of the hood where the wipers meet, which could've happened when the wipers were flipped to their non operating position incorrectly. For the Lexus 4GS, the wipers must be pulled upwards first, parallel to the windshield in order to flip them up without risking damage to the hood's paint. I can't say for sure if they're responsible for it, but I do detail the car myself and notice when things aren't originally there. Fortunately, the marks can be polished out but I just wanted to state this for future reference. Anyways, I've seen glass replacement jobs where the windshield adhesive used can be seen coming out the edge of the glass, but not here. Edgar & his partner cleaned up the edges real nice. Ultimately, I think these guys did a quality job because it looks just like OEM. Despite the small paint issue, I will still recommend them. read more
