My husband arrived home with the ultra bag with the two items I needed. I asked my husband did you go to the register ? NO you made it so easy for me to get what you needed by the pictures. I purchased the items before you called them. I called Ultra to let them know they can put the two items back for someone else. Jasmine answered the phone in the sweetest voice. I said hi, and I explained that my husband picked up a lip liner pencil in "cork"and a silky matte creamy lipstick in " Twig Twist #690 " and that I have the two exact products on hold at the register and I gave her my husbands name. Jasmine said " Oh Thank You for calling and letting us know." " We truly appreciate you letting us know." I said no " Thank you!" This is WHY I love Ultra and the employees here are all amazing.!!!
