I definitely wanted to try a new nail salon in the neighborhood. My wait time was pretty long, but I took that as a good sign because if there are many people waiting, this place must be good. During my wait, I observed the entire salon and it was very clean. I got a Gel Manicure done by Kevin. He was such a gentleman, he was very gentle yet fast and efficient with my gel manicure. Loved my nails when he was done. Definitely recommend this salon and will be coming back soon. read more

I give it one star because Helen who did my nails did a nice job but the products are trash, I got a gel manicure that after 5 days looked like I had it on for a month, peeled and cracked and damaged my natural nails in the process, and don't get me started on the rip off removal process. My regular nail tech is out of the country and I super needed a full set. I found this place on yelp and called prior to arrival to find out pricing. I was told a stiletto full set would be $28 and an additional $3 for nude powder. Somewhere in the middle of the initial nail prep, the woman told me the price would be $35. Not too great a difference; I said that'd be fine. After my tips were shaped, the female tech got up and announced a different (male) tech would be completing the job. He begins the application of acrylic and she (and another male tech) stays to observe. This would've been fine except I noticed that she was using her phone to record his work. I understand why she'd create her own training materials but, recording someone without their consent is just rude. After he applied acrylic to the first nail, he showed it to me to ask if I liked the way it looked. I said it was fine but asked if he could be mindful of the amount of liquid he was using because excess liquid makes a mess under the nail. Before he could respond, the female tech snapped "HE KNOWS" at me. Again, rude. When the gentleman starts applying a top coat, I asked if it was UV gel. He says it is and not to worry because he's not charging me the extra rate for the gel. Great, considering I did not request it and he didn't use a base coat. He then presents me with a bill for $45. I tell him that the female tech (who has vanished by this point) said it'd be $35 and he explains the discrepancy by citing the difference in brands of powder. I didn't ask for a particular brand; I asked for a particular color. I find this type of thing exhausting so, I paid the $45 and tipped $10. My nails are shaped nicely but the acrylic is paper thin and the service left much to be desired. I will not be returning. read more

After about 24hrs my fingers started peeling on the skin part. 2 days after i was cleaning i hit a cart handle (not enough impact) and my ENTIRE PINKY NAIL LIFTED PLUS THE ACRYLIC IS COMING OFF ! I decided to get my nails done here as I read good reviews. The worst experience ever. Not only did I arrived at the location at 2pm and left around 5pm, I had two technicians work on my nails because he tried to help the lady doing my nails. She messed all of them up. Due to having to correct my nails my fingers were hurting me so badly that same night from the mishandling; and even after voicing i didn't like them at all and requesting to have it removed she said they weren't able to do that. After all this misery I went through they have the audacity to charge me $80, which of course I forcibly had to pay! Will never go there again. Waste of money. Next day I went somewhere else and they charged me $60 for better quality. read more

I love this nail salon they do a good job every time I only go to the two men in the first 2 chairs for my fillings and only the women I know for my pedicures just like any salon they change staff often so I stick with who I know. They have a large selection of polish both gel and regular and they WILL ask you 20 times if u want to do gel I prefer regular polish. They do charge $5 to change the shape I do think it should be a little less like $2 or $3 it's just a little high. Other than that they are very clean and friendly and I will continue to come here. read more

I went to have a mani and pedi done with 1 color polish applied. The nail polish quality is complete trash. First of all, the quality of the color I initially picked was so bad that the young lady taking care of me told me that I should pick a different color. Then when I picked a different color, it literally chipped less than 24 hours later. I returned the very next day when I saw the chip and they tried to fix it by applying another 2 layers, which only made it look thicker and the indentation of the chip appear more. By the 4th day of application, most of my nails were 3/4 or 1/2 chipped. This was admittedly only polish, no gel, but why use products on your customers that are so poorly made that they can't even last 1 day? read more

This is by far one of the most horrible nail salons I had the unfortunate experience of going to. The guy who did my nail cut my skin while doing my cuticle and as it was bleeding nonstop pretend he doesn't see it until I requested antiseptic wash. He also grazed off my skin with the electric nail file. They are rude and never an apology. Busy talking to the next worker not paying attention. These people need our business but treat us like garbage and are so rude to us. Yelling with no customer service. I paid 49.00 on this only visit for awful service. My toes still burning in pain a day later. And this wasn't all. It was just terrible. He even did my polsh 3 times because he kept messing up. I canceled my manicure after I couldn't take it anymore. I had to write this because we deserve better service when giving our money and we need to stop supporting these places that don't value our business and treat us like garbage while collecting our money. No one speaks English or even cares to acknowledge if you ask for something. They just ignore you because you don't matter. They will collect your money either way. read more
