After 5 additional minutes passes I asked does Safie know I'm here? She asked another lady who works there and she said oh she has someone else in the room. The receptionist asked oh two people came in at the same time. I was just a bit taken back because the communication for a client was non existent - no greeting, no explanation of check in just no acknowledgment. When Safie did come out she said you can go to the room in the back and get undressed again no greeting. The room was on the smaller side and I didn't see any place to hang my clothing. I waited for an additional 5 minutes for Safie to come to the room. When she came the she asked if I was getting a Brazilian which I responded yes, and she said I gave you time to undress and I indicated I couldn't locate a place to hang my clothing. She closed the door and showed me the hook on the back door. I would have never thought to look there as the door was open when I came to the room. Someone should have given me instructions want me to the wrong as it was my first time in that location. Safie, services were good but a bit rough and I've been sugaring for 10 years. I visited this business in its old location and had a better experience before they moved here.

Then as I'm standing there talking to her about how she didn't have my consent to do so, she charges my card over and over for another $75.24. I asked her why she keeps charging my card and she says don't worry about the Brazilian was on the house and I did not owe anything. I confirmed multiple times before I left and she said I did not owe anything since she messed up and charged my card without my consent. She admitted to being in the wrong and confirmed multiple times that I didn't owe her anything for the wax service. Now five months later on 7/25/26 I wake up to a random charge of $75.24. I called and spoke with Kayla who said she was sorry and would reverse the charge. She remembered exactly who I was and how she messed up the first time on 2/7/26. I called again on 7/26/26 to confirm that she actually processed the refund but I spoke with another employee Sierra who told me that Kayla never processed the refund. Charging my card five months later out of nowhere and no nearing is fucking insane especially after kayla told me I didn't owe anything. I never returned to EWC after 2/7/26 so how the fuck are you gonna charge me randomly five months later. And Kayla herself told me that she had to manually enter my zip code to authorize the charge on 2/7/26. So this girl went into my account, got my zip code and entered it to charge my card. I am beyond pissed and want my $75.24 back NOW!!!!! I have filed a claim with The Department of Consumer and Worker Protection (DCWP). Kayla you are nothing but a thief!!!
