Surprisingly, they did. The lady on the phone asked for quite a bit of information and penciled me. When I arrived, I was greeted by a woman. She had a spunky sense of humor and was friendly and courteous. Her massage was really good, much better than some other ones I've had recently. I had a Swedish massage. She did a great job and it was well worth the price. They do charge tax, and of course, you should tip your masseuse. I would recommend this place. In the past I've had trouble booking a slot, so don't expect to walk in and get lucky like I did. Call well in advance to book an appointment and it will be worth it. I also noticed facial equipment and other services, so they offer more than just massages. Overall, a good place.

My deep tissue massage was amazing, and their bathroom has a sauna and shower, which made the experience even better. I'm coming back for a body scrub for sure. Nails were the only disappointment. The tech kept insisting my builder gel was acrylic, and my manicure came out messy with hangnails left. I wouldn't recommend the nail services, but for massages and body treatments? Absolutely yes.

They broke down the payment plan for me and even asked exactly which dates I wanted to pay and were considerate of expenses during the holiday season. I rolled out of bed and came into this establishment and often times when you're not put together people tend to treat you less than, but they treated me even better. Also my wax specialist Albina was so professional and gave me such great advice on cleaning up my ingrown. She was so kind, started conversations, made me feel so comfortable and cared for. Loved this experience, thankyou again ladies!

I wish I can give negative reviews. Extremely disappointing experience at this location, especially…read morethe manager Talesha. After 5 years as a customer, this is how it ended. I had a confirmed reservation under a 24-hour window, received a text at 1:35pm the day before stating my appointment was confirmed (no reply requested), then a separate store-sent text at 5:10pm asking for a YES/NO reply within a few hours. I missed that second text and my appointment was cancelled the next morning with a 50% cancellation fee charged -- despite already having a confirmed reservation. When I went in to discuss this with the manager, Talesha, her explanation was that the first text is an automated corporate message and the second is a separate store confirmation, and that since I've received these texts for years and it's all logged in their system, missing one was my fault. But by her own policy, this second confirmation request came less than 24 hours before my appointment -- so was I supposed to sit by my phone waiting to reply the moment it came in, knowing I'd already be inside the no-cancellation window regardless? That's not a reasonable expectation, and it doesn't match what actually happened on 2/27, when I only received the automated message with no store confirmation text at all, and wasn't charged. She also told me that even if I opt out of texts, they would force me back into opt-in so they could enforce this policy on me. I have texted STOP in the past and it confirmed I was opted out -- so either that was false, or they're overriding customers' opt-out status without telling them. Either way, that's a serious problem. When I asked for this to be looked into and showed her the message timeline on my phone, she called me rude and tried to end the conversation. Meanwhile, two staff members and herself at the front desk were loudly talking and laughing while I was trying to receive my service. Completely unprofessional. I've seen some bad reviews here, not sure why she's still there when so many customers experience her bad services and attitude.

She told me what I was doing and advised what I should do to clear up my skin. The facial took about an hour or so to complete and was well worth the price tag. She cleaned out everything!! She also made sure to ask if I was on any acne medications before she used anything. Overall, great experience and I will be coming back.

I'll absolutely take responsibility for not canceling ahead of time, that part is on me. What bothered me was how it was handled afterward. The confirmation text I received after the scheduled appointment was written in very casual slang, which felt unprofessional for a spa. Then when I explained that I had a medical emergency, the response I got was dismissive and snappy rather than compassionate. I understand policies and no shows, but tone and professionalism matter. Especially in a business centered around care and client experience. It just left a bad first impression, which is disappointing because I was genuinely excited about coming in.
