And it starred to bleed a little and she saw it was bleeding and did nothing but kept filling when it happened I was like okay wtv its not a crazy bleed it anything like that but after u got my nails done my cuticle is now gone. and the lady who did my nails didn't even use the color I wanted. Today I took my nails off and whatever glue that lady used messed up my nail and now part of it is stuck on the fake nails.I WOULD NOT recommend you coming here unless you want them to mess up your cuticle.

Make sure to call to secure a spot, as they can easily get booked! The place is cash only, with tax if you Venmo/Zelle. The place was very chill, with the nail techs chatting with each other throughout my experience while they casually work their magic. I got the Gel Manicure ($40). They started off asking me to pick a color from a selection of books. Then the nail tech asked what shape I wanted, and began filing, shaping, and trimming my cuticles. Note to self and other nail newbies that nails need to grow out super long if you want square gel nails, to prevent the gel from touching your skin. The process was overall very relaxing, and fascinating for me to see the amount of care the lady puts into perfecting my nails. The process took around 1 hour 30 minutes, and even with my first time nails, the lady was chill and accommodated with patience, tips, and skill in making the gel manicure work on my short nails. Both my friend and I were very satisfied. My friend had the Regular Manicure ($15) and she noted how they added a finishing nail enamel spray, which other places don't do. Sadly, our recent experience has shown that they care more about money than treating their customers with basic respect and professionalism. I sent a deposit to secure an appointment, clearly expecting it to go toward the booking. At no point did I say it was a tip. The owner had previously canceled on me last minute, and I was understanding. Instead of asking for a refund, I chose to reschedule. When rescheduling, I was told a time with no clarification of AM or PM. Since I asked for the earliest slot, I assumed AM. I traveled from Brooklyn to Queens early in the morning and waited 45 minutes without a single response to my texts or calls. Hours later, I was finally told to come back. Frustrated but still loyal, I canceled other plans and returned--only to be offered a free manicure to make up for the mix-up. That day, my Uber costs alone were over $100--more than the cost of the service. Given all the inconvenience, I chose not to leave a tip, which is well within my rights as tipping is optional. I usually always tip, but not after that experience. Later, I was refused service completely--because I wanted to apply the deposit I had already sent toward a new appointment rather than let them keep it as a tip. Denying a loyal customer over something so small and unjustified is beyond unprofessional. This business lost two long-time clients over a situation that could've been resolved with basic communication and decency. If you value your time, money, and being treated with respect--go elsewhere And I'm happy you responded the way you did because you only proved my point more of how viewed your customers as optional and I wasn't valued as a customer after 2 years of loyalty and consistent tipping !

YES, I was upset that my nails cost me $150 (no extension etc) when I went to check out! Despite me being surprised, I STILL TIPPED HER (something I regret had I known they would deny me service moving forward). What's more upsetting is that I had to CONTINUOUSLY CORRECT THE TECH (a "pro") while she was doing my nails. Why am I paying so much money and she can't make sure the white on my tips are actually covering the nails properly? Why did she leave actual gel on the sides of my cuticles? Lastly, why did I pay $150 and had BUBBLES IN MY NAIL BED? I showed the girl at the desk, and she HAPPILY TOOK MY MONEY DESPITE SEEING THE BUBBLES. Let me guess, that's all my fault too, right? I go here bc i can get callused heels and my go tos go in to leave them smooth. I don't like lights hands for pedis. The workers are cordial enough. The massage chairs are a nice touch but nothing out of the ordinary. Cleanliness: pretty clean. I always loved that they plastic wrapped the Pedi tub for each customers. This has me considering going elsewhere bc now they are on par with other locations which are nicer and offer more and Cody the same. The owner also doesn't really like when you pay with card. You'll get a bit of an attitude so take cash if you can. Deffinately cash for tip! Quality:don't expect to get trendy designs or the latest trend in nail styles. This is a ordinary go in for regular pedí or mami maybe a french. Now that price has risen i don't like the price is worth quality of service.
