Southwestern chicken salad. Pretty large salad. Delicious avocado ranch.

99 as a whole is a shell of its former glory and its sad to see. You just have to enjoy it for what it is now. Thomas was my bartender and did well enough but i miss visiting the 99 from 15 years ago. The portions were larger, cheaper, and the menu had more options. The restaurant still has tvs everywhere which is nice.

First of all, how are you gonna rate a 99 low? This place is a New England staple. Went in before my movie for a few brew dogs and some wings and left with a fully belly and laughing from the local conversation and banter. You not only can't beat the price , ($26 for 2 beers one tall and wings) but every time I go to a 99 in a new place the locals are super welcoming . 5 stars through and through . Also they have happy hour drinks and half priced appetizers . Shabooyah! Tell em Madi sent ya

    Shrimp Scampi Mac & Cheese

Went in for lunch today and ordered the Shrimp Scampi Mac & Cheese, it was loaded with shrimp and absolutely delicious. The service was quick and our server was very attentive. Overall a great experience!

I come in fairly regularly, and I usually get treated well. My food is almost always perfect. I ordered my food ToGo on Monday, was greeted as per usual and offered a drink while I waited for my food. I'm not sure if it was my server or if it was the cook, but when I got to my car I opened up my packaging and saw this. Unimpressed is an understatement. I decided to eat it anyways, but my fries were barely warm. My wrap obviously was falling apart and there were only 2 pieces of chicken inside. The chicken was supposed to be tossed in the honey barbecue sauce, but it seemed there was no sauce on it at all. There is usually plenty of cheese too but this time there wasn't much at all. I am not sure what happened this time, but it was extremely disappointing.

Great food. The best prices for be portion. Service tends to be a little slow on weekend nights. But still worth it for a chain.

A dear friend just bought a condo near Newfound Lake and needed to attend the HOA meeting, so we decided to join with them afterwards and they searched the food offerings and came up with Kathleen's Irish Pub. Arriving at the place we noticed a sizable parking area although I am sure it's on overflow at St. Patty's Day. For a first timer, the premises used to be a hardware store so there are several doors and although the one that seems to be the main door, is not. The entrance is towards the front and there is a ramp to the main door Entering the Pub, there is an ample bar area and the food area is towards the left, facing Main Street. We were warmly greeted by a wonderful hostess whose demeanor and customer care was the best I've seen in a long time. We began the afternoon festivities with, of course, Guinness, certainly slow poured, which is good for you. My other half had their Harviestoun Old Engine Oil, creamy and tasty. The next course we had was their Giant Pretzel. Really giant. Baby Huey giant. It served as the appetizer for four of us. We got it with both, homemade beer cheese dipping sauce and the Irish Whiskey Dipping sauce. Both sauces are delicious, really so. Then they brought out the main courses; I had their delicious fish and chips. Perhaps one of the best, tastiest, crispy pieces of fish I've ever had. My spouse ordered the Galway Girl, a true half pound prime Black Angus burger topped by Swiss cheese and fried cheddar curds, poblano dressing and chips. The mix of the fried curds and meat and sauce was amazingly tasty. Another friend had the Boxty, basically a potato pancake filled with a delicious chicken stew. The quality of the food was amazing. Really so. But that wasn't enough, we ordered both, their Bread Pudding, and their Sticky Toffee Pudding. The Bread Pudding was amazing, but the Sticky Pudding was unequaled. I am glad we shared the dessert among four people... At the end of the lunch, the owner came in and engaged us in conversation. Affable, full of energy, friendly, and she knows the path of excellence where she's taking the place. We learned a second pub is planned for Franklin. If it is anywhere near the quality of Kathleen's, Franklin will have one superb eatery. Absolutely recommended.

But overall and current experience has been excellent. There is a mix of authentic Irish dishes and some Irish-ish fare. The Shepherds Pie and Fish and Chips are consistently excellent. Bangers and Mash is also, very good. Salads are fresh and appetizers good, though most are on the heavy side. Good selection, of beer and a number of memorable irish whiskies are available. Service is usually very good, especially when the owners are present. Everyone is friendly. We'll be back again. Very soon.

We were able to park close by and get in before the big crowd. Barley seems like a happening place. An upscale Irish Pub, for sure! The set up is a bar with a decent amount of restaurant booth seating. Of course, there were tables of different sizes available, as well. We were given a 10 minute wait after meeting with the Hostess. There was alot of activity around the bar and lots of drinks coming out of the bar well....always a good sign! When our time was up, we were quickly escorted to our table. We were each given a menu and a drink menu. Lots to choose from on both menus (see the pic below) I ordered the chicken sandwich with caramelized onions and my son ordered a Chicken Pot Pie. He had a beer and we both had water with a lemon. The food came rather quickly. I was immediately taken back when the caramelized onion was not on my sandwich. I was going to ask the waittress to fix it but it was far to busy and it was not a big deal. Of course, I would have enjoyed the onion but "no big deal". My son's Chicken Pot Pie was a good size and was thrilled with it. We both ate everything on our plates. Our waitress checked in with us a few times to refill, which was nice and came to take the plates away after we were finished. We did not get any dessert. To be honest, we did not see a lot of dessert plates coming to other tables, either. We were thinking maybe people leave to get ice cream at one of the nearby establishments. 5-Stars Price: Fair Parking: plenty near by Vibe: perfect...I would like to watch a game, someday, at the bar Pepsi/Coke: Coke Would I come again? Sure...we enjoyed ourselves and the food and service was excellent

Everything our party of four ordered was a disappointment, starting with an ice-tea cocktail that was undrinkable-- our nice waitress took it off the bill. My grilled salmon on a bed of rice arrived as dry as the Sahara, surrounded by burnt roasted carrots -- at least I think that's what they were. My husband's steak he ordered medium rare was also way overdone, served a block of with cold mashed potatoes. The overly sweet Apple Pumpkin Bisque (for $9) went uneaten after each of us tried a spoonful -- it was more like a bowl of pie filling than soup. Even the dessert, bread pudding with some whipped cream, was gloppy and unappetizing. This is a great place to go if you are fasting.

The food was just okay, but seems to have potential with a few tweaks. Gorgonzola cheese was somehow replaced with blue cheese?? Hamburger bun should be grilled maybe? Waited for a table to be clean, and it was 15 minutes before someone came to take a drink order. To be fair, the waitstaff was running, clearly busy. We each got a cocktail. My husband's spicy pineapple marg was good. My strawberry spritzer was bitter and flavorless. The short rib nachos were amazing. So flavorful and a great combination of ingredients. Slider trio was just okay per my husband. I'm told the pulled pork had a strange sweet flavor. My burger was incredibly disappointing, it was not seasoned...at all. Spear pickle on the side, ended up stealing my husband's chip pickles to flavor my burger. There was not enough ketchup to help. Ate half and could not stomach it. Overall, not a great experience,
