I stopped by this place due to fail service else where. My sister called for a Reservations on the spot for 8 and they got the table seated for us quick, even if they were very busy on a sat night. The women server was very prompt in her service. ( wish I remember her name) She took all of our orders down and delivered to us and came back and ask if we needed anything. DISAPPOINTED. I am someone who was a very big fan of 99, when they actually had good staff and food, that is. But this time I made the mistake of going on trivia night, it was loud as trivia should be, but it seemed to distract our waitress. So much so to the point where when she brought our food out it was cold! The second order of drinks we placed never came, and the bill took another half an hour to come. Insane! On top of that, the food wasn't even very good. The chicken seemed microwaved and the blue cheese was ranch.... disgusting! The steak was not cooked to order and the fries were soggy and cold. My wife and I went to 99 Restaurant in North Attleboro for a family dinner. Once the server found a table for our relatively small party, the server brought our water and took our orders. The server did her best, but the food arrived sporadically. Indeed, some in our party didn't get their food until after a long, inexcusable wait. My wife and I were the last hungry diners to receive our meals. Grumbles@99restaurants I ordered the famed Lobster Roll with sides of corn and cole slaw. The Lobster Roll and the cole slaw were fine and the corn, a side dish, was pretty good. Decided to come here for dinner one night as I was close by with my fiancé. Usually, the 99 is our go to place for some good food at a budget friendly price. It wasn't busy at all for a Saturday night at like 7:30pm, which was a little surprising, so we were seated right away. The waitress, who's name I forgot the second she walked away, was a little slow to greet us. When she came over I couldnt really hear what her name was, and the angle she was at made it hard to read her name tag. Now, I dont know if I couldnt hear her name because of the mask or if she was mumbling. Fiancé ordered a pepper jack burger, which was a new menu item that she apparently didn't know was on the menu, and I ordered chicken parm. Took the waitress a while to even give us straws for our water. Food came out and my fiancé didn't get the pickles he asked for to go with his burger. Mind you, this is also after the food went to another table first. Took a little while for silverware, ketchup, and grated cheese too. It all finally came, pickles included, but the food and all was delivered by someone other than our waitress. After a while she came over to see if we were ok. That was one of the very few times we did see her throughout the night. Then she came to bring us our check, and when she came back with our cards (yes we split the bill), she oddly said "I only have one pen" not that we cared how many pens she had. I called the management team because my card has been charged twice for different transactions. I called management as I should to report it only to be provided poor customer service. I was given very general answers about pending and posted transactions and literally had to repeat myself in order for my specific transaction to be verified. Management did not apologize for the error on their end nor offer anything for the trouble caused. This business did not just lose service with me but with many others as well. read more

We come here all the time because it's kid friendly. The popcorn is usually stale so when it's offered, pass. The kids meals are free with adult purchase on the day after the Red Sox win. The Balsamic glazed chicken is really good. Their mashed potatoes are the bomb. All of the wraps are pretty safe as well. Nothing spectacular here but decent and very inexpensive. For those of us in the Rhode Island and Massachusetts area, kids eat free when the Red Sox win. So, depending on how they're doing, visiting here can be very budget friendly. The only complaint I have with this place is the fact that there's no consistency with the waitstaff. You can go and have a fantastic server one day, and one that totally dropped the ball the next day. In the drinks, as with most chain restaurants, are very watered-down. Ommmmaaaahhhh Gawd! Prime rib, baked potato, and asparagus. They grilled the asparagus! Yay! A chain restaurant I love! Good salty crust on the prime rib, just how it is supposed to be. The food was cold, the service was lack luster, the table was dirty, and the wait (over an hour) was just not worth it. I hadn't come here in a while, and the family and I were in the area, and decided to stop in. Ordered the salmon but got chicken by mistake so we asked to send it back for salmon and Cassie our waitress was so apologetic and great through the whole matter and Lisa the manager came over to apologize and she offered to take the salmon off the bill which she didn't have to do, but did. I go to 99 once a week with my mom, usually everything is great. The servers are always friendly and the food is usually really good. Today though, I ordered the honey bbq chicken wrap( which I've gotten many times) I ate half at the restaurant and saved the other half........ WELL I'm at home eating just enjoying my food when bam something does not taste right and I immediately know what's up. There was a shrimp in the wrap, yes y'all a freaking shrimp. I love the 99 and this one is no exception. Went for dinner around 8 on Tuesday night. Our waitress was awesome and the food was delicious. My friend had the barbecue chicken flat bread and I had the tropical chicken salad but they let me substitute shrimp, it was so good! If you go for no other reason, go for the free popcorn! I'm not a huge fan of chain restaurants but the 99 is a personal fave. Great food, great service, great prices, you really can't go wrong! read more

What a surprise, to be honest I had pretty low expectations after skimming the reviews and having to go along my mother in laws suggestion. Everything on the menu looked pretty good after being a bit indecisive Chicken Pot Pie kept calling out for me. So I went with that and man oh man it was so delish I can't wait to go back. I was with a party of 6 and everyone had nice things to say about their food. But back to the star of this review, the CHICKEN POT PIE was out of this world. When I go back in December....yum...I can just picture it now this nice PIPING HOT meal will warm my Floridian skin temperature back to normal. To my surprise I found only 7 reviews for ninety Nine!!!! I and my friends were there for a quick evening snack on Friday.. It was quite busy but luckily we were seated within 15 minutes. Coming to food we ordered Boneless Wings & Skins Sampler.........Chicken Wings perfectly cooked and a perfect combination with beer. Three Cheese Nachos Tortilla chips smothered in Queso, Monterey Jack and cheddar cheeses topped with salsa, jalapeños, fresh cilantro and sour cream. We visit the 99 often, sometimes to eat there, sometimes for take out. I can't ever remember having a bad meal. The servers are always friendly and quick. The last time we went was a rainy Friday night. Although the parking lot was very crowded we were seated right away. My husband and I were both in the mood for fish and chips. The fish was super fresh, crunchy outside and tender inside. Awesome cole slaw as well, and only $11! Other favorites include the chicken fingers (plain and buffalo), ribs and prime rib. Loads of food and drink specials which is always a plus. When the Red sox take it home, kids eat free the following day. My experience this weekend was pretty average. Called ahead, was seated within 7 minutes with 4 other family members. Waiter was over immediately, took orders. I had the Chicken parm. It was delivered cold, looked nothing like the picture. My sauce was on the side in a seperate bowl from my pasta which was as dry as it was clammy. My chicken was just a fried piece with melted cheese on top. In their defense the place was PACKED I mean people were standing and waiting everywhere for tables. But damn, I really at the very least wanted a half way chicken parm with enough sauce gor noodles AND chicken...but for $10 screw it, ill prob be back. read more

It was OK, my son and i ordered the Sam meal the steak stops and chicken fingers combo. The cuts for the steak tips were from a crappy cut of meat and they were over cooked.
