Seafood trio of baked fish fillet, shrimp and sea scallops with rice pilaf and steamed broccoli
Wendy S.

Came here for lunch with a friend after not being here since 2020 due to Covid. It just went by the wayside as we navigated with all the restaurants. Hostess was very pleasant and we were seated quickly. I still love the free popcorn!!!! We both decided to try the SEAFOOD TRIO - $19.59 - Tender shrimp, baked fish filet and North Atlantic sea scallops baked with seasoned cracker crumbs and butter. Served with two sides and a fresh grilled lemon. I had it with steamed broccoli and rice pilaf. It was really good! Pleasantly surprised as mostly I think the food is just ok. But my friend and I both enjoyed the baked seafood in the butter lemon sauce. We had both asked for the broccoli to be soft, and it was. However it was cold and so not very appetizing. The rice pilaf was just ok. Not much flavor. So now when I crave that, we can go there as it is very specific. Their sea scallops are also good. You just have to decide if you want to spend almost $30 on lunch with tax and tip.

5 dollars for this "side" of sweet potato fries. Did someone eat the other half?? The rest was fine but come on now.

Fried Chicken

I forgot my phone, so no pictures , the fried chicken was really moist inside crispy outside!! Honey corn bread is the bomb and everyone should be serving it!! Hubby had the steak tips, cooked as ordered and the squash was delicious sweet but not too sweet! Our waitress Kim was great, forgot our popcorn then literally ran for it when she remembered, was attentive and not pushy!

This place has been on my list for a long…read moretime and when I realized where it was I thought this would be great to check out after a busy afternoon of errands along Route 1. It's located right at the entrance of an industrial area. There is a very small lot for parking but it was completely full when we visited today, so we parked along the road where a number of other cars were also parked. This seemed to be okay and the signs just requested folks not park on the grass. The entrance is set back from the street so you kind of need to go around towards the back. We saw they had a food truck, Farm to Sandwich, which although kind of pricey, was super delicious. We both got the All American Smash burger with fries. Fries were so crisp and well crafted and the burger was amazing with a great sauce reminiscent of a Big Mac. For beers, since it was our first time here, we decided to try a bit of everything with flights. Their flights are $13 for 4, 5 oz pours. I chose the Coffee Milk Stout, You are Such an Ass, Bienvenu and Justin's Jangle. We started which the You are Such an Ass IPA, which was described as a light IPA but really didn't taste like an IPA at all. We honestly thought they had poured us the wrong beer. As IPA enthusiasts, this was disappointing. The Bienvenu, which is a Red Ale with Panela (unrefined Colombian sugar cane) was infinitely better. The Coffee Milk Stout, I understand is very popular, but I thought this was average. Justin's Jangle, a Maple Praline Porter was my favorite! Really nice, complex brew! We also really enjoyed the live music from Jake Frezza, a local musician out of North Providence. He sang and played guitar and covered a diverse sampling of songs including Brittney Spears (Toxic), James Taylor and Marvin Gaye. His version of "What's Going On" was particularly excellent. I normally dread listening to live performers at breweries but this guy is actually very talented! Kudos to Ravenous for engaging such a high quality musician! Also, for a Saturday, it was not overcrowded or over run with kids. There was just one family with a super quiet baby and we noted just one dog inside. On exiting, I saw they have a nice memorial where they offer to pour a beer to a fallen service member. Very nice! Gender neutral restrooms Pinball Separate rooms make it quieter than breweries in just one big industrial space. Friendly service at the bar and no lines! Bar stools with no back, kind of uncomfortable and there seemed to be no other seating options like chairs or sofas. In summary: Highlights: Bienvenu Red Ale Justin's Jangle Jake Frezza live music Nice memorial to fallen soldiers Low Lights: You are Such an Ass IPA Barstools/ seating Would definitely stop back here again when in the area!

It was exciting when they moved to the new location and have a big beautiful building now. It's a great place to hang out and is quite large so is perfect for events. They have had fundraisers and music there often. There is a nice outside area , perfect for the nice weather coming. They usually have a food truck or you can bring your own. The beers are always reliable. They have had the bievenuto red and coffee stout as long as I can remember. There is always a good amount of choices , if you don't enjoy those flavors as much as I do. It's a really great spot and a great place to visit. Cheers

It had a perfect kick of spice, very tasty and the portion was huge. The quality of all the dishes seemed higher than expected at a tavern/sports bar type place. There were a couple empty seats at the bar, some of which seemed suspiciously untouched and we soon realized why; the AC was blasting overheard and although it felt nice in the beginning since it was HOT outside, after 10 minutes it felt frigid. We stayed there anyways since there was a huge TV right in front of us. I wasn't sure what to order, but the chicken and burrata sandwich sounded really good, mostly because of the sweet, salty, and creamy contrast. I ended up ordering it and upgraded my fries to parmesan fries. My friend ordered a burger with sweet potato fries. After about 15 minutes, the food came out. I knew the chicken would be grilled since I asked before ordering so my expectations were low, but it was surprisingly still moist, did taste grilled, but lacked some seasoning. I did not open the sandwich to check how much burrata there was, but adding some more would not have hurt. The fig jam was definitely the star of the show. It overpowered some of the other flavors, but I didn't mind. The caramelized onions might've also contributed to the sweetness; they were soft and good. I was glad they did not add too much arugula since it can get bitter. The ciabatta was a good choice of bread for this sandwich, and it came lightly toasted. I did not taste much of the garlic. The fries were good. They were like regular fries, but with some parmesan cheese sprinkled on top and a parmesan dipping sauce. I also ordered some secret sauce for my fries because I went down a Reddit rabbit hole and was compelled to try it. I was not impressed and it indeed tasted a lot like ketchup and mayo, with maybe a couple other things. We stayed for the full match including overtime. Thankfully it wasn't busy enough where I felt they would kick us out for taking up chairs for too long. Our waitress was great.

Decor wise, there's not much to write home about. Outdated with lots of wood but, hey, it's a pub. Which is why I didn't expect fancy restaurant prices. The evening started out fine. Our friendly young server brought us a basket of warm Irish soda bread with real Irish butter, which was delicious. Our water was served in cute logo glasses. Strangely enough, the beverage menu listed wine prices but not cocktail prices. And we wanted Margaritas, which weren't listed. When we asked our server, she immediately said they didn't offer them. Since they have a full bar, we asked why. I honestly don't think she knew what a Margarita was. She said she'd ask the bartender & came back to tell us they could make them. We asked the price. Again, she had to find out... $12. We agreed, but when she returned with two drinks in Old Fashioned glasses, I refused mine. The drink was literally 4 sips! My dining companion kept hers & said it was nicely made but not worth the price. I ordered a ginger ale instead ($3). We both ordered fish & chips ($21) and, again, were disappointed with what we received for the price. The chips appeared to be hand cut & were tasty, but the small, thin fish fillets were breaded in what I believe was cornmeal. Edible but certainly not what you'd expect from an Irish pub. Where's the beer batter? Neither of us liked the tiny cup of coleslaw. Afterwards, we asked for a dessert menu. Again, no prices. There were three desserts & several coffee drinks listed. We opted for Irish coffees ($13) and were pleased with the coffee, whiskey, brown sugar and fresh whipped cream concoctions. With tax & tip, the total bill came to $105.76, way too much for this kind of place. And, they ended up charging us $13 for that mini-Margarita. Whatever. We won't be back.

Amazing craft beer menu, but I wish there was more of a cider selection. I'm an absolute creature of habit so I typically get the same menu items but everything is amazing. I believe that between four and six you can order either Nashville or Smashburger sliders for like seven bucks and a side of hand cut fries for like five. I would suggest doing that if you want to leave room for dessert. Otherwise, the Nashville chicken sandwich is literally the best chicken Sammy you'll ever eat in your life. They offer two types of fries and they're both good but the hand cut ones are life-changing. You'll never order fries from anywhere else ever again and enjoy them. The pit craft mac & cheese is creamy, cheesy, wonderful. The Smashburger is equally amazing. Forget five guys or anywhere else really. Truly the best burger. Anything smoked (burnt ends, pulled pork, all of it, delicious. If you have room for dessert, I highly suggest the waffles. They almost taste like they're candied with a little bit of caramelized sugar and served with a berry compote, vanilla ice cream, and whipped cream... I can't explain it, but they are absolutely delicious. So put on some stretchy pants and go stuff your face here. Ask for Jalice, she's the sweetest. Owner Jared and Beth are wonderful. They always listen to feedback and are constantly improving. I believe right now they're working on the backyard and I can't wait until it's open.
