The Ninety Nine Restaurant, in West Lebanon, NH, excels. We had an excellent dinner there, with very solid, quality, tasty food, and good service. The young lady who welcomes you at the podium, is extremely kind. This (West Lebanon) Ninety Nine goes above the Nashua, NH Ninety Nine, and serves their (excellent) chicken teriyaki, with additional teriyaki sauce. The turkey was OK, salty, and industrial grade. It's a 99. Pretty standard. But also good. Staff here has been great every time I have visited. Foods come out in a timely manner and has been consistently good. Menu is decent. Don't judge a book by its cover... or its reviews. I can't tell you how many times I've driven by this place and turned my nose up. Yesterday was the day I finally decided I'm going to stop and give them a try. I was not disappointed! First of all, our lovely waitress Sabrina was a doll! Secondly, the food was amazing! Shout out to the cook who made that buffalo chicken Mac and cheese! Received multiple ad's for steak this week It got my taste buds excited. Went to 99 Restaurant in West Lebanon, NH. Got seated and drinks ordered than came the food order. Guess what they ran out their promotional steak. That was a great time to tell us. We ended up with my wife ordering the steak tips that you needed a chain saw to cut through them and I ordered the seafood trio which was tasteless. Normally I give them 5 stars for the value they offer for the price but couldn't due it this visit. I took two off for both meals. read more

I really like this 99 location. They have such a variety of dishes on their menu. We stopped in for drinks and apps. Always friendly staff. The food is really good. Honestly, I haven't had a bad meal there. I sat at the bar on one occasion and it was very enjoyable to sit with patrons. Of course that was pre covid times. They serve complimentary popcorn while you wait. Full bar w nice drink selections. We shared the boneless Buffalo wing combo w potatoe skins. I wish I was hungrier or I would of stayed for an entree. My Fav entree is the boneless fried chicken plate. I also like that they always have new selections. Located right off the highway. Stop on in!! read more

After long day at dhmc, we stopped in for dinner. We both picked meals from the 14.99 specials. I had the big chopper beef patty with mashed and broccoli. It was very good cooked to my liking. Hubby picked chicken marsala, came with spaghetti. This was the third time getting this meal but this one was disappointing. Large bowl of spaghetti with marsala sauce and mushrooms and a piece of chicken. This time it was a very small piece of chicken, certainly not worth 14.99. He told our waitress and she offered a different meal. He didnt want different but an adult piece of chicken! She sent the manager over and he asked how we wanted to handle this. Hubby said I would like an adult size piece of chicken! Well, that was agreeable. I just about finished my chopped steak, and he waited with some spaghetti and sauce to have with additional chicken. Manager mentioned the cook is in training and new! Ok thats fine but someone needs to teach him portion sizes! It was just annoying as I was done with my meal and he worked on the chicken. The waitress was very nice and very helpful and we shared with her it wasnt her fault. We paid and left a good tip for her. Not sure of hubby will attempt the Marsala again. The dining area wasnt that busy either. We will return again, not sure what the menu will offer though. This is a typical 99 Restaurant and not the cleanest either. Got seated pretty quick in the evening. Where we sat, the carpet was filthy around us. Popcorn in the floor and other food. There was an odd smell in the air. I couldn't pin point it either. Ordered the American Burger as I figured no one can mess up a burger. It was wet and dripping, which was gross. They put onion on with bacon and neither was cooked fully. The burger wasn't very good. Medium well doesn't have a lot of pink and mine was loaded with red. Basically the burger was not cooked the correct way. The meal came with fries and cole slaw. The fries were hard. I didn't touch the cole slaw because it looked wet with too much mayonnaise. As with many of these restaurants, they always play music so loud you can't talk to the person across from you. I don't know why they turn it up so loud. The menu diverse butlunch portions small and like many restaurants the price is higher than just a year ago. My reason for only giving 3 stars has to do with the deterioration in the cleaning of tables and menus. I observed the washing of the tables using one rag/green disposable cloths going from table to seats and back to tables, then on to the next table with the same cloth. if any disinfectant was used I never saw it. Eh. Avg at best is my take on this 9s. Let me start by saying this is my family's favorite restaurant for yrs and I have been to many, multiple times throughout NE. But it seems not all of them are created equal. Nor is the service the same every where ya go. I ll start by mentioning this is the oldest building I have ever seen in a 9s restaurant, it seems to have been repurposed from an old Chinese restaurant or something, food is status quo for a 9s but the bar is very small. There aren't many viewing options if you're looking to watch a game (i was), and the service was just not good unfortunately. It seems like this particular waitress was used to catering to a few locals and sort of ignored my table. I'll likely avoid next time I am in this area for something else. read more

All said, two entrees and an appetizer of this quality came out to be over $50. Service was the high point in all this. Stopped in today 7/23/22 for lunch. It was a coughing frenzy in there today. Almost walked out. The older lady bartender always hacking coughing whatever you want to call it. She coughed In her shirt just once cause she saw I was looking at her other times just coughed in the wind. Then this young kid waiter with a feminine voice coughed in his hand and then picked up the drink for his table....that grossed me out. I tell you times like these pandemic times you would think if you were management you'd have some type of etiquette training...if you have to cough and cannot make it to a private place then cough into your arm. He was the most friendly and enthusiastic server I have ever encountered and he 100% deserves a promotion for all of his hard work. Very bad experience here. The server mixed up my order and gave me something I didn't order. They tried to fix it by giving me something else I didn't order. My granddaughters steak was overcooked, was sent back, and while it was less overcooked the second time, it was still not what she had ordered, medium rare. She kept it as we had already waited for two steaks to be cooked and didn't want to spend the entire night at the 99. The server didn't seem to understand my concerns, so she got her manager. The manager took care of the entire meal, but that really didn't help the tone that had been set for our evening. I have never in my life sent food back before this experience. I usually just keep it and make the best of it, but the server was so rude and unapologetic that I just didn't care. read more

Service is always great. I always order the Royal sirloin. Was my favorite place in town 6 - 8 times a month. I'm single and can't/hate to cook) Last 5 times, and many time before that, I order my steak medium and it comes out rare/medium rare. I "Always" have to send it back. The last time I sent it back, for what they call a "reheat", it took 20 minutes. That was after about 15 minutes I started bitching. Bartender tried to comp it and I refused. Accepting free food belittles my complaint... as if im just trying to get something for nothing. The bill was about 25 and I left a $ 20.00 tip, because it was not her fault. Said I just wont come back. 6 months later I decided to give them another chance. Only ordered water, and the royal. Said to the same bartender "Do you think they can cook a steak medium"? And then I ordered. She spoke to the manager asking for it to be a true medium this time. Came out medium rare. I told her I cant believe a steak house cant temp the steak, can't cook a steak right again and again. No wait and they were following covid precautions with great responsibility. The staff was outgoing and very kind. The appetizers were great. I got the broiled steak tips and they were just okay. For my main dish I has the boneless wings and did 1/2 buffalo and the other gold sauce, both were solid but would be amazing if they mixed the two for a gold buffalo sauce! My husband got the chicken parmesan with pene pasta. I got the chicken strips with mashed potatoes and corn. My meal was okay. My husband said his meal was terrible. The chicken parm didn't have much taste, and the so-called sauce was bitter and bland. It tasted like old sauce out of a can. I had a taste, and he was right. We also asked about getting a side salad with our meal. The waitress told us it would be $3 each. We were charged over $5 for each side salad. They charged me $3.99 for a diet Pepsi. I asked for a refill and they charged me an additional $3.99! We will not be going back any time soon. Not very many choices on the menu as well. Our server's name was Tristan. He was very nice and enthusiastic even though we stayed passed closing time. He deserves a promotion and is a model to what every server in customer service should be. I dined in last night. My "waitress" was Audrey. She came to collect my drink order. I asked what do you have? Audrey grabbed the menu out of my hands and set it down back side up and said they are all here. I didn't have my glasses so I just asked for water. She brought my food out. Set it on table and walked away. Audrey did not ask if I needed anything. When I finally had to approach her cleaning another table s few minutes later to ask for A1 sauce. She finished cleaning the table z d brought back my sauce. By then my good was getting cold. I was able to stomach half of my burger. I sat there for over an hour and Audrey still never came to check on me once. I finally was done waiting so went to the host stand where I asked the young manager boy to please bring me two boxes and my check. He brought the two boxes and check pretty quick. I was splitting the bill with my friend and he needed change. He went to the host stand to ask for change. While he was gone Audrey must have noticed the manager bringing the boxes and check and finally came to collect the bill. I told her no I was already being helped. She said I didn't do anything. I said that is correct dear you did nothing the whole night for me. So as my friend went to get change Audrey said to another manager that I threatened her and she felt unsafe. The other manager comes to my table threatening the police. I said what for. As I said that she noticed the bull on my table with the money on it. She said oh you have your bill. I said yes the other manager brought. It. The lady manager cleared out plates with no apologies at all. I loved this place 10 years ago, but it was in decline. The place got so bad, that 8 years ago, we had our last meal there and said goodbye. Recently I heard that the place was renovated and under new management. So we gave it another try. My first impressions were good. There was a far better atmosphere: TVs on the walls, nice layout, good music, clean, smelled great. The waitress was prompt, friendly and courteous. She got busy with a big table toward the end, and because she took so long to return, we didn't order desert. But that was the only negative of the evening. I ordered the royal sirloin with broccoli and mashed potatoes. The steak was cooked perfectly, was delicious, and the meal was the perfect size. My wife ordered the apple ribs, which she also loved, but couldn't finish them and packed them up. They were great for lunch a few days later. Wondering if this was just a fluke, we returned two days later. Our wait time for the food was amazingly short. The meals were piping hot and the waitress, Brittany, was attentive, friendly and very efficient. This time we stayed for desert. The brownie sundae I had was perfect and my wife's pie was the best dessert she had ever eaten (I forgot the name of it, but it was like a chocolate peanut butter mousse). On top of the amazing food and service, the prices were surprisingly reasonable. We can't wait to go back. read more

99's in West Lebanon New Hampshire was fantastic. I was out there for a very quick service job from 3 hours away and I stopped in with no battery on my phone. Asked for a booth with an outlet to charge it and the hostess, Molly, found one immediately. Unfortunately my charger didn't work with the outlet so I didn't stay in the booth to take up space and moved to the bar. Molly came up and allowed me to use her portable charger while Cheyenne greeted me immediately and promptly took my order. From ordering my drink to receiving my meal (honey mustard chicken salad) took around 5-10 minutes. Recommend this place and ask to sit where Cheyenne serves! read more

Really enjoyed the service, ambiance, and food here. My boyfriend and I were seated immediately, and the server was very friendly. There was trivia going on in the back but it did it bother us. I ordered the chicken kabob salad and my boyfriend ordered the lemon rosemary chicken tips. We also got a seared steak and four cheese flatbread as appetizer. The flatbread was good. There was a substantial amount of steak and cheese on there. A very filling appetizer. Loved the chicken kabob salad. The greens were very fresh and the chicken was juicy and tender. The dressing was almost unnecessary. It was a bit heavy actually, I recommend asking for it on the side and using only half of if. I tried some of the chicken tips and though they were mediocre. I'm not that big on chain restaurants and neither is my sister so I was really surprised when she suggested we visit the "99" during my Christmas visit to the north country. My wariness about eating there soon went away once I tasted both their Margaritas and Vermont Cheddar Burger. The margarita was as good as any that I've ever had and the only suggestion that I can make would be to more fully salt the rim of the glass. The cheeseburger was just the way I like it...juicy and hot. In addition to the melted cheddar cheese and bacon it was topped with leafy lettuce, tomato, and a favorite of mine, onions. The french fries were a dark golden brown and hot out of the oil. We ate at the bar and were served by Jean (John) and Sonia (I apologize if I misspelled her name) who were very cheerful, friendly, and attentive. It couldn't have been a nicer time and I'm going to check out the 99s in my area. If they are just half as good as this one I won't be disappointed. read more

I love me some food. I'm not scared to eat a couple thousand calories over the healthy limit so I obviously know what's up. The aesthetic of this restaurant kind of screams hardooo. It tried to go hard and look nice but it's a family restaurant... chill. Food is pretty good. I ate a lot and it made me feel bad about myself so I'm a little mad at you guys.
