The customer service is probably the best I've experienced in a long while. They have a filing system that records what you've ordered in the past, so my friend was able to see his order from 5 years ago. That's wonderful. The employees were so attentive and patient. They assisted me with making my bowl and gave me recommendations. They also check up on you while you eat, which was a kind gesture. Enter Ramen Studio. The quality of the ramen was excellent but the service felt a little unpolished? I am not sure if the store is relatively new but the ordering process was a little complicated. I feel like their website (where they send you if you call to place an order) and ordering process needs a little work. The owner/manager seemed a little strict as well but overall the service was fine. My son enjoyed the ramen and bubble tea so for now i am giving Ramen Studio a solid 4 stars.
