In terms of price, I'd say it is about average for what you'd expect out of a good repair shop - they worked on my car a full day and the whole thing ended up being around $1K total. Really great customer service by Nick and his team - I'll be coming back here in the future if I have any other car issues.

I went back to the shop 3 times over the course of ~9 months, each time discovering some issues and replacing the pad/disk (this is where i felt good about the shop, everyone welcomed me back and did the diagnose and replacement for free). I end up relacing the two front pad/disk with another brand (zimmerman? that's what i heard) and resolved all issues. Maybe I just got unlucky, but I have to leave my honest and true experience which exhausts me over the last year (imagine every time you back out of your garage and hearing this "click" sound from your brake system, with a baby in a car. You natually worries about your safety).

Today my 1997…read moreToyota Camry failed to start and I thought it had to do with the alternator or the starter this time since I only recently changed my battery. Since I've gone to Pedro the last 3 times something happened with my car, I knew he'd be able to fix it. I called him and asked if I could have my car towed there for him to fix and he said yes. Got my car towed there and I told him what was happening with my car. He told me a few scenarios that could be causing the issue and then proceeds to diagnose my car right away. Within seconds he determined that it was because of the loose terminal on the negative side of my battery. (Now, this loose terminal had been loose for years and my previous two mechanics attempted to fix it but could not replace it because it was stuck and so they had to come up with alternative solutions (literally one solution was to jam a nail so that the terminal wouldn't come loose)). Pedro went to work on my car right away and I thought surely that this was gonna be a repeat of the past and the terminal wouldn't come off. BUT HOLY SHIT HE GOT IT OFF!!!!! I literally have seen a the buffest young mechanic fail to get that terminal off. Pedro replaced it in like 10 minutes and my car was able to start again without any problem! And because it was so quick, he didn't charge me which honestly after all the stress of car troubles really made my day! I've gone to Pedro for spark plug replacements and an air intake tube replacement and the service and diagnosis was always fast, reliable and most importantly the price is never bullshit! Pedro is also very accommodating, one time he even let me pick up my car after operating hours because I told him I work nights until 8pm. I also appreciate that he takes the time to explain the problem to you and every time I bring my car in, I learn more and more about how my car runs and how cars in general work which honestly is such important info to have! He is truly the best mechanic I've ever had and he takes away any anxiety that comes with bringing your car to a mechanic. I already plan to bring my car to him whenever I save up some money for some more major work. If you want a reliable, passionate and expert mechanic, then Pedro is your guy! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I've been ordering tires online from the same place for over a decade. I've never had a problem…read morebefore. I've also never been to this installer's location before. I ordered on Friday and instead of scheduling my appointment for the first available slot (which was shown as the next day) I scheduled it 5 days out (the very next Wednesday at 9:30am) Upon arrival, the technician took my name and phone number down. I also wrote down the make and model name of the tires I ordered. And he tells me It'll take around 1.5 hours or so as I'm the only appointment they have so far and the only vehicle they have ready to work on. A few minutes later the manager comes back and takes my information, again, after I already provided it all to the tech. The manager then tells me he doesn't know if they have the tires yet, and asked me if I got notification they were delivered (I've never gotten confirmation ever for any order shipped to the shop, because I'm not the person receiving the tires, they get sent directly to the shop) Yet still, the manager tells me it will be about 2 hours or so and sends me on my way. About 5 minutes after leaving I get a call saying they don't have the tires and can't work on the vehicle, so I need to come back and pick it up. When I got back, I told the manager that they should be aware of whether they can install tires for their appointments or not for the day. They opened at 7:30am, and my appointment was 9:30. They could have called me to let me know not to come in. They could block off their schedule and not allow bookings unless it's more than X number of days out to account for extra shipping time, etc. They could have told me they would check the shipping and that they'd arrive later today so I can leave the car there and they'd let me know when the tires were delivered/installed. There was so many options available but the manager refused to take any responsibility. When getting in the car to leave, my partner was walking back to her car and head the manager call me an idiot. Seriously dude? I was never rude, understandably dissatisfied, but never raised my tone, spoke ill, or cursed at all. This dude should not be in charge of or have to manage anything when he clearly can't manage a basic customer interaction. I drove 45 minutes one way to get there on time for my appointment. My partner drove 45 minutes so that we could leave the car there for them to do the installation. We both had to drive separately, another 45 minutes each, to get back home. Overall, 3 hours of our collective time was wasted due to something incredibly simple and easy for any one of Skip's corporate engineers to implement, or a QA person, or a customer service representative, or a simple AI assistant that scans tracking numbers and flags appointments that are scheduled before estimated tire delivery. I will NEVER go back to this location, or any "Skip's Tire" shop. Do better. Hire better people. Take responsibility. Don't waste peoples' time. And don't verbally insult or assault your customers. AND FOR THE OTHER YELPERS OUT THERE: READ THE BAD REVIEWS AND UNDERSTAND THIS IS NOT THE PLACE YOU WANT TO TAKE YOUR CAR. I WISH I READ SOME OF THESE OTHER REVIEWS LIKE THE ONES FROM William M, Pierre J, Jay A, Negar A, Zhaidar T, and Gabe U.
