They quoted me around $2,950 for an oil housing replacement, while the dealership quoted $3,000. So there is basically no price advantage at all. Then it got worse. On the first day, they gave me my car back without the underbody cover at all. When I came to pick it up, I clearly told them that I would take the cover myself and they didn't need to install anything, but instead they handed me someone else's cover, which does not even fit my car. On top of that, I had insurance that was supposed to cover specific damage, but they opened a claim for everything they possibly could, creating unnecessary complications. I would not recommend it to anyone.

They get a lot of business from independent mechanics and local shops but I've never had too long of a wait. Call ahead and they can set your parts aside for when you get there. I've mostly bought domestic car/truck parts from them GM, JEEP, and Toyota when I had my 4Runner. I'd recommended it and I know a retired worker from one of their sister stores in DC who vouches for the stores as well.

This is THE PLACE to go for windshield wiper blades…read more I looked online and planned to order online but the ones for my car were available in store so I decided to get them rather than wait for shipping. Glad I did since it turns out the blades were listed online as fitting my car but they didn't in reality as the awesome saleswoman let me know. She showed me the adapter for those blades won't work on my car even though they're listed as such online. She showed me the correct blades which saved me lot of frustration an extra trip back to the store and told me to come back for free instillation (I didn't drive the car that needed blades to the store) if I had trouble getting them on. Fortunately, I was able to install them but appreciated the offer. They're super helpful and knowledgeable here and I'll come back when I need anything for the car.

I wasted my time and the body shop time and money. So I called them to let them know the part was wrong so they ordered another one . I drove another 45min there something told me to check the part before I left .surprise surprise wrong shit again. How can you order two of the same wrong part twice.
