I called Brian and we chatted for nearly an hour about my issues with our MH. Brian invited me to his shop in Beltsville. Our visit was quite educational. First his shop was quite expansive Two paint booths, frame rack and losts of service bays. Again we discussed my repair issues and he assured me he could handled all the repairs. He also recommended some maintenance service that should be done on a MH with 112,000 miles Leaving our MH there was a no brainer. They was lots to do so they had it awhile. Brian called me on a regular bases with t h updates. When the repairs and maintenance were completed the MH was washed and shining. I was quite pleased with everything Our motorhome has never ran better with better fuel mileage. Timeline: * April 3 - filled out detailed New Customer Form, provided pics. Asked to be placed on service schedule, and for $$ estimate. * [April thru May...repeat requests for info, including dropping off the RV with them...] * May 21 - Nothing. No emails or calls back from them, no clue as to when the work might be scheduled, or how much it might cost. Gave up and drove over to just get the RV back. Service providers in general are very, very busy, and we expected this process would take some time. But Atel failed at multiple basic business tasks such as acknowledging they had the vehicle, or providing an estimate--even an exorbitant one--within some kind of reasonable timeframe. Obviously I can't comment on the quality of any repair work they might (accidentally) be ready to (eventually) perform (at an unknown price). Speculation: I wouldn't be optimistic.
