I was there for a gel pedicure, and even though I arrived 15 minutes early, she got me started right away -- no waiting! She offered me water, made sure I was comfortable, and was incredibly attentive throughout. But here's the part that really impressed me: I've had a splinter lodged in the side of my toe for what felt like forever -- through several pedicures at other places, no one ever took care of it. She noticed it, carefully removed it, and honestly, it felt like she worked a little miracle on my foot. I left feeling pampered, polished, and actually fixed -- not just painted over. The entire time I am in the chair I have the massage chair running because I assume that is what they are for, to be used. In the middle of me getting my nails polished he turns it off and I thought it just turned off by itself so I turned it back on and he turns it off and tells me "no, I'm painting and the chair shakes." It's a massage chair and it didn't really shake that much at least not to me but I have been to other salons where I haven't had the nail tech make me turn of my chair. That ruined my experience right there because the massage chair is my favorite part! And as far as the quality of my nails go I liked my nails and they do not look bad. I just won't return. That was my last time. The previous pedicure I had started chipping off the next day (maybe old polish due to the thickness).
