In the process of swapping the condenser they damaged the fan blade that now shakes very aggressively and will cause more damage in long wrong if I don't replace. They will charge extra fees that aren't necessary and call it "modifications" they are not modifying anything. When I questioned the manager about the modifications he just cussed at me and told me to pay him. This company will try to scam you into paying more than you should. I would look elsewhere.

The existing gas heater had been identified as unsafe by the gas company, so it clearly needed to be replaced. The home's only air conditioning was a poorly installed do-it-yourself mini-split left by the previous owner. It was severely underpowered even for the main living area and did nothing for the rest of the rooms. M & A HVAC helped us design and install a proper whole-home solution using four mini-split systems. They installed the indoor units, the necessary outdoor condenser equipment, and all the connections needed to provide reliable heating and cooling throughout the house. The work was completed professionally and efficiently, and the improvement in comfort has been substantial. What impressed me just as much as the installation was their follow-through. We experienced one minor issue afterward, and instead of disappearing once the project was finished, they stood behind their work, responded promptly, and helped us get the system operating correctly.
