    We appreciate the immediate response to this review. If only the same time, effort and detail the owner took to defend his bidding system could have been applied towards full disclosure on the bids proposed (unit cost/warranty cost/labor fees/taxes), instead of being cloaked as a benefit passed onto the consumer as a streamlined one size fits all rate. All seasoned companies have templates on hand to swap out info based on unit and labor. This was not a complicated job, it was a small mini split single AC unit for a 10x10 bedroom. Additionally the owner changed his reply here, (which I screen shot and uploaded as he is likely to change again after this update) stating 4 options were offered. This is untrue. 3 Mitsubishi offers were submitted when we were clear we did not want a Mitsubishi. A single bid for a Gree model was sent only after we questioned why we got bids for units we said we didn't want. In all reality, nothing was overlooked, we were provided one option with no transparency. To compare our ask of an itemized bid on a $6,490-$7,430 job range, to the asking for an itemization of a "meal" at a restaurant is ridiculous. I stand by my experience, and again for what it's worth, if a someone asks for clarity, a company should be able to answer without resistance or opacity. Original review below We are really disappointed dealing with this company since it was referred to us by a friend. We are giving them 2 stars only because the salesman's dog had recently passed and ours did too, so we briefly bonded over that. Other than that, we did feel like we were misled. We stated we absolutely did NOT want Mitsubishi because it is overpriced, and he said there were other units and options they had that he can bid out to us. So upon getting the first email with 3 bids, they were for ALL Mitsubishi units and not one of them was itemized by cost for the model, parts, warranty, labor, taxes, etc. Just one lump sum for the brand we absolutely said we did NOT want. So upon reaching out and asking, why are we getting bids for Mitsubishi when we said we didn't want Mitsubishi? The salesman said he just did it quickly to give us an "idea" and he can get us more bids later on in the day. This was really frustrating to us as business owners, because now we're ensnared with additional emails back-and-forth which was either incompetence or a bait and switch. Either way it's a was wasted time for all. Additionally we also stated we needed the new bids to be itemized by cost with the make/model, any parts, the warranty plan, the labor, taxes, etc. We were told then told the owners "don't do that". We deal with detailed legal contracts for a living in the entertainment industry and never in our careers have we seen a bid come through where it is not itemized for the scope of the job. Nor when asked to itemize, was told it cannot be done. Anything can be done. As a consumer, transparency is paramount. Even a mechanic will itemize a spark plug cost and the labor cost for the work to be done and that is for a small job. To ask for a $6,490-$7,430 range job and not itemize any absurd. Again giving them 2 stars because we felt bad that the salesman's dog also recently died. But you can surmise for yourself what you think. A message to the company, if a potential customer wants transparency -- you should provide transparency.

    My AC went out right at the beginning of this last heatwave! I called my landlord who sent out 2 different companies. The first one wasn't even equipped with the right parts needed. The second didn't even show up I finally gave her the phone number for iComfort who I have used before at previous properties. They came out same day and got the AC running!! Technician Javier was polite and clean! He wore shoe covers anytime he was inside and communicated throughout the entire service. He explained that the system is very old and will need to be replaced. Fortunately, he had all the parts needed for an immediate fix. They will be coming back in a couple of days to provide a replacement quote. Long story short, both tenants and landlord are cool and happy

    We had a problem with power to our Nest thermostat. iComfort had been the original installers back in 2019 and we had a very positive experience with them at that time. When I called this morning it seemed as if we would have to wait until after the weekend, but then they called back and offered to fit us into what was probably a very busy day. Our technician, Henry B., was courteous, friendly and professional. My husband commented that it was one of the most pleasurable interactions with anyone coming to our home to solve a problem. We are very happy to have our thermostat working again. Not only did he solve our problem, he went over our entire HVAC system and alerted us to what could be future concerns. If we were to have problems in the future, iComfort would be our first call, and we would ask for Henry. He was terrific.

    It's hard to try to gain trust back when this is how my service went today I just came upstairs and this is what I came to.

    IComfort is an extraordinary company. I started having some issues that only happen first thing in the morning. Corey showed up at 6AM to troubleshoot the problem. Turned out it was my Ecobee thermostat. Can't say enough good things about this company & I love our new Bosch heat pump!

    Last 2 years you guys were really good and all, but this time when I had the AC tune up, the person who came to replace the filter did a horrible job. My AC keeps making a weird sound Every time it turns on, and I didn't know why. I had to go look and the person who replaced the filter (Gustavo Contreras), didn't even have the right size filter, so every time the AC turns on, the filter would get suck up into there making a loud sound. Good thing I have an extra replacement filter to replace this bad job. If he can't even get that right, now I'm pretty hesitant to believe the tune up job on the AC was done correctly. Update: Thanks for giving me a call back, I do appreciate the customer service. George tried to rectify the error.

    I trust AirWorks. Last winter I found a pool of water around my heating system and I called a…read moredifferent company and had them inspect my unit. This other company inspected my unit and said I needed to replace the entire system at a cost of $12,000.00 to $20,000.00. They offered a 10% discount if I signed a contract at that moment and had them replace my unit the following week. I didn't sign the contract. Instead I called AirWorks for a second opinion. The AirWorks technician was friendly and knowledgeable. He inspected my unit and determined the system was working fine. He said the water pump had failed and that's why I had water on the floor. He was able to replace the water pump in just a few minutes and it only cost me a few hundred dollars. Since then my heater has been working well and I've had no issues. Moving forward I will always call AirWorks first because I trust them.

Great sales tactics on their end if you are evaluating them from a business standpoint. Lots of AI interface and lack of personal human approach to business. I had an issue with my furnace. They came out and diagnosed it, and did the repair that day. Days later when I went to use it, same issue. They came back out and diagnosed two other issues, no mention of why we don't think that those things weren't present the first visit. So I paid for first and second visit. I think I should have been refunded the first visit since clearly that service didn't fix the job. Oh and the best is they already started trying to up sell me a whole new system...they installed mine 10 years ago. They were better 10 years ago.
