I bring my two dogs here regularly, and my daughter also brings her dogs here. Kim does a great job on doodles, labs, Golden's, and keeshounds. My coworker also brings her doodle here and raves about the service and how good her pup looks. BTW, her prices are the best around, and it is clearly posted that there is an extra charge for matted dogs and flea and ticks. People who bring in poorly taken care of dogs, expect perfection, walk out without paying, should be ashamed of themselves and their opinions should be ignored. When a business tells you the cost of their service, upfront and before doing anything, the customer has a choice to accept that service or walk away. Just like any service business. BEWARE!!!! DONT TAKE YOUR PETS HERE!!!! The place is dingy, dirty with clutter everywhere. My pets were left unattended when I came to pick them up. One pet was traumatized, hiding under a chair when i walked in. She quoted a price $120 per dog and then wanted an additional $60 and when I refused to pay the additional fee, she called the police on me. After the encounter with the police. Funny thing is one of the officers had brought a pet there, lets say he never came back. I didn't have to pay the additional fee. She called animal control on me for the number of dogs I had brought to be groomed. They showed up at my door this morning. What she didn't know, they weren't all my dogs, nor was it her business. The owner is exceptionally kind, extremely professional, and thoughtful to both the dog and the dog's caretaker. I was taking care of my daughter's dog after my daughter had been injured and had to leave the dog with a friend. The dog had been frightened and uncared for, for a few months. Also, I have severe allergies to fragrances. The owner was very gentle with the dog, used her own "invented" fragrance free shampoo, and brought the dog's trust and appearance back to a shiny, happy doggie self. I will always be very grateful for the owner's care and expertise during a difficult time for my family. read more

If you love your pet, don't go here. My animals were abused and neglected while in Storms care. So many visits to vet and a long recovery period. I used this facility years before for grooming and had no problems. I feel so bad to this day for trusting this owner & staff with my pet family. This woman is absolutely ridiculous.. took our dog there for grooming and she came back scared and trembling. I contacted her about why my always outgoing dog is acting this way and all she could do was insult me....Kim was very loud and abusive to our family pet that is 3 pounds of fun but for almost a week she's hid under the couch. I am very disappointed in this place. My first experience was with my chihuahua and that was a decent job. Kind of inconvenient that it's cash only, and she didn't tell me that over the phone either. My second experience was when I wanted to bring in my poodle. I was told by the vet that my dog only had a couple weeks left before we would have to put her down due to her declining health. At first, the owner I spoke with didn't want to do the job. She said it would be too stressful on my dog. I assured her the knots and mats were more stressful on her than a shave would be. She needed a shave down, not even a poodle cut. The owner told me that she would do the job if I washed and blow dried her at home myself and brought her in to be cut. I don't see what difference it would have made to have her washed and dried at the salon, but whatever. After trying to schedule for a few days, the owner told me she was having car troubles and she promised to call me that same day once she knew what was happening with her car. I kept trying to call for the next couple of days and never got through. It's now been almost 2 weeks and enough is enough. I was distraught enough about the news from the vet, and I had to go through all of this as well. Not good customer service if you ask me. read more

Its not like the "other place" I went to where they didn't even bother to brush the coats out and I was wearing half the dog when picked them up.
