I have never been to Florida. I asked them to verify my identity using my driver's license, but they refused and embarrassed me in front of other customers. They even placed my wife on the "Do Not Rent" list. What has been especially distressing is learning that this inaccurate information appears to have been communicated to other rental car companies, resulting in further denials and damage to my reputation. This has caused significant emotional distress and frustration for my family. I have attempted to get this matter corrected without success. This Yelp review is my first step toward seeking accountability. I intend to pursue this matter in small claims court and seek appropriate compensation for the harm caused.

Another woman helped me (I wish I remembered her name) with the logistics of signing paperwork. It took no more than 15 minutes and I was on my way. Upon returning the vehicle, Jacqueline helped me again. I really appreciate the customer service along with the vehicle being ready on time. The vehicle I rented was also great on mileage and it drove smooth as well, Nissan Altima. We'd definitely rent from Enterprise again
